Molasses with butter cream cookie. It was just plain awesome. We stopped for lunch at 3:30 pm. They stop serving lunch at 2 pm since they close at 4 pm!! Very pretty establishment... Pink color scheme inside.

Super fresh lunch place. The small menu changes daily. The seasonal salad and Fall Vegetable Chowder were delicious. More of a ladies lunch spot. But, they'll happily serve men too.

I love going here for lunch. I've never had a bad meal - I particularly enjoy the Squash Stew and my wife loves their molasses cookies.

Charming little place, very friendly service. We enjoyed a cherry crumble bar and a "giant" chocolate cookie. Our desserts looked great, and tasted even better. Looking forward to returning for lunch sometime.

This is the best place to eat in Grand Haven. Hands down. The ladies are wonderful and create a fantastic menu every single day. The quality and freshness of the food can't be beat. Their service is wonderful. Wish they'd add a few gluten free baked goods, too! Overall, you cannot beat this for a lunch/brunch spot. Grand Haven is lacking in quality lunch spots, wish Elegance of the Seasons could expand!

Wonderful little bakery/restaurant. Stopped in for a quick bite based on prior reviews. Menu is small, but incredibly delicious. We tried, and loved, everything. The owner was working behind the counter and is real sweet. And save room for dessert...all of the baked goods are heavenly!!

Ate here for the second time, absolutely enjoyable experience. Limited but creative and very tasty menu, limited but almost adequate seating, unlimited delights! Get here before the noon rush!

Wonderful place, made so by the food and the people working here. Was staying in town for an extended weekend vacation and celebrating a wedding anniversary with my wife and kids. Reviews on yelp led us here in search of healthy food...and we were really, really happy. The folks working here were really, really nice. The food was fabulous. Even got to sit outside and relax watching the world go by around us. I had the veggie quiche with side salad and scone, my wife had a bowl of soup and half sandwich, the kids yogurt with fruit and granola. All around a quality, healthy brunch with good coffee and great people. Followed up with cookies and lemon bar...great.

I was very impressed with this cute little bakery/cafe! Ordered a chicken salad sandwich to go (salad was mixed with Michigan cherries, yum), cup of asparagus soup, a lemon bar and a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie. I believe the lady putting together my order was one of the owners. Cute atmosphere, very friendly service, and most importantly, delicious, fresh food. Great alternative to all of the fast-food, heavy style lunch options in downtown GH.

The food is fantastic! Four of us had different selections and everyone raved about theirs. Very fresh ingredients tasted like the came from the garden this morning. The blueberry cream pie had glazed fresh blueberries that I would rate as one of the best I have ever had. I would drive 25 miles out of my way to experience the flavors at this restaurant.

My teenage daughter and I had one of the best breakfasts of our summer long road trip at Elegance of the Seasons. We both ordered the brunch plate...love to eat this way! Several light gourmet treats...and, good tea. The guy who was our server seemed a bit out of his element in this kinda girly place, but I give him a B+ for effort. If Grand Haven weren't so long of a drive from California, I'd be a regular! (Woo hoo!!! My 500th review!!!)

I've only just popped in, after my favorite bartenders at The Grand suggested it for their gluten free cake. Their menu looks good, it seems like a ton of goat cheese and I'm not such huge fan of taste or the smell. Long story short.... I wanted information on sheet cakes and had definite ideas in mind. The baker/clerk also had definite ideas in mind that didn't seem to jive with mine. It almost felt like her way or the highway... then when I said I was getting ideas for a June 2009 event she basically said she couldn't help me until around February. This was probably the most frustrating part... I wasn't looking to nail down anything just get information. My suggestion: hire someone who only does customer service.

My wife and love this charming little cafe in downtown Grand Haven. They always have interesting sandwiches, soups, salads, and cookies. Prices are reasonable.

DEEEEELISH!!! in a land swarming with golden arches and subways this cafe's daily changing lunch menu is a welcome oasis of fresh, good options. the cafe is quaint with plenty of seating and charming, friendly service with a smile. the fridge full of anteadote organic teas is a nice touch as well. be warned, it's pretty much impossible to leave without sampling the scrumptious desserts waiting at the counter :)

This is mainly a caterer with a small cafe that's open for lunch with a small menu. But everything they offer is gooood. I couldn't decide between soup, salad or sandwich so the owner, i.e. person behind the counter, said she could do a half order of any of the items. I had a cup of roasted butternut squash soup with creme fraiche and toasted pecans on top and a half roasted beet, goat cheese and spinach sandwich on whole grain bread. For under $6. Both were absolutely delicious. Too bad more people haven't discovered this treasure. In a larger city, there'd be a line out the door. But why oh why didn't I think to get dessert to go!? I wasn't hungry after lunch, but now, 3 hours later I'd kill for one of their homemade fudgy brownies, or cute Christmassy sugar cookie in the shape of snowmen or Santas, or chocolate raspberry torte, or carrot cake, etc. Stupid, stupid, stupid. The lame hot chocolate I'm having as I type this just isn't cutting it. But note to whomever chose the name: sounds like a high-end interior decorator or florist.

A nice little cafe/caterer shop owned by a mother-daughter team. The food is nice here. Pleasant service from the daughter half of the team. Great for a little lunch. It's also a great little space they have. Very quiet and elegant but right downtown where the action is. GET THE ROSEMARY COOKIES!
