Long wait times for food. When food finally came the steaks were overdone...medium rare was served well done as was the medium steak. When the food was served to the entire table we were notified at that time that they were out of macaroni and cheese. They replaced the kids meal very quickly with another option. Our server was super nice and attentive as was the manager. Maybe it was just an "off" night. I'd give it another try!

Was there this past Sunday (08-09-15) with my dad. Whilst we anticipated a bit of a crowd, we were surprised when the greeter claimed it would only be a 10 minute wait. 10 minutes soon turned into 25 minutes. Once we were seated, it took nearly 10 minutes for us to be acknowledged by a server. Once she did check in with us, she managed to take our drink orders (water for dad, strawberry lemonade for myself). In a rather stand-offish manner, our server expressed that "there are no refills on that" (i.e. the strawberry lemonade). I had read the menu and did know that there were no "free" refills on the drink and conveyed that to our server and expressed that I was fine with paying for refills if I wanted them. She proceeded to roll her eyes and walked away. Flash-forward another 10 minutes and our server did everything BUT return with our drinks. She was able to assist 4 other tables with taking & bringing orders, cashing out, and disappearing to God knows where. She did manage to return with my dad's water, but no strawberry lemonade. Giving the benefit of the doubt that this drink was made in the bar area, I let it go for a few more minutes. The server again checked on her 4 other tables (one a newly seated group) and then disappeared once more. Another group who had been seated after we had placed our drink orders elected to leave as they had not yet been acknowledged by this server. It was obvious that we were not a priority, especially when other servers in the area were very attentive to their patrons. Upon seeing our server assist another of her tables and turn back to walk towards the kitchen area, I elected to step down from my booth, physically cut her off from walking away, and told her to cancel my drink order and assured her that we were done with this experience. She proceeded to cop a feisty attitude and questioned "Oh you're done?" to which I repeated I was and proceed to leave the establishment with my dad close behind. We elected to go Golden Corral down the street where we were treated very well and able to eat (buffet style) within a reasonable amount of time for the same amount of money. I have been in many-a-Logan's Roadhouse and this (by far) was the worst experience I have ever had at one - so much so that I will be very surprised if I ever go back to one in the future. I am fully aware that servers have very demanding positions in the workforce, but there's no reason to have a terrible attitude and ignore people because of said attitude. If you don't like being a server and don't like people, don't be a server and don't serve people. Pretty simple really. (SARCASM) I'd like to thank Logan's Flint for ensuring only the most pleasant people are on your staff and ready to assist your patrons to the best of their ability. (/SARCASM)

Our waiter was incredibly awkward. He started rating every one at the table and was trying to be funny. He then was complaining to us how he had to work that day. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with mac n cheese. I tasted the mac and cheese and it tasted exactly like Stouffer's frozen kind. My mom and aunt agreed that it was Stouffer's. It came out very salty. Everyone else at the table said their meal was very salty too. It was disappointing to see a busy steakhouse serve lousy food.

We had a great waiter tonight. I got the twelve ounce ribeye and it was amazing. Since we came at 8 pm we were just in time for the late night happy hour. I prefer to sit in the bar and watch sports on the tv's.

Wanted to come here to see what all the hype was about. It's said that Logan's have peanuts you can eat and then throw the shells right on the floor. I don't know about you but this sounded really dirty. My friend twisted my arm to go here for her birthday. We went midday and the place was pretty quiet upon entering. Surprisingly at the front door, there were no peanut shells on the floor, I was really relieved. It took the waitress a long moment to come over to us, she was putting silverware together and talking to her coworker . Once she realized we were standing there she came over to us and said follow me. I thought that was quite rude not to say "hello" or "how are you doing today". She seated us, told us what the specials were for the day, took our Drink orders and left. Their special tea lemonade is the bomb! I had mango lemonade and it was delicious! I don't know how they made their lemonade, but it was amazing. The fruit was on the bottom and the homemade lemonade mixture was on the top, you had to stir it to get the full flavor of the lemonade drink. At this point I only wanted lemonade and hot warm rolls! The baby back ribs with broccoli and Redskinned mashed potatoes. Entre was very tasty, the sauce on the ribs was a bourbon barbecue tangy sauce...Mmmm. Oh and I didn't forget to ask the waitress about the myth of peanut shells on the floor! She said it is true you can actually eat peanuts and then throw the shells on the floor, I'm still not sure about the significance of this but all I could do is roll with it. So being the person that I am, I didn't throw peanut shells on the floor!( that decision didn't have anything to do with the fact that I don't like peanuts , lol you decide! Overall the food was pretty tasty, the food with medium priced for steak joint, in the hospitality of the servers was mediocre acting. Personally this would not be my first choice for a steak house! But it WOULD be my first choice for lemonade!

After the experience we walked out of at bar Louie today we settled on Logans instead. Our waitress was on point, the Sunday happy hour from 3pm - ? Was going on and we got hooked up with delicious deep fried pickle chips for $3 a $4 margarita a $3.50 giant beer, hot bread & salads with our steak. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. I'm so very glad we left bar Louie before we even ordered anything. Our bill would have been twice as much there for crappie food. lesson learned.

The bar was filthy. I blame the idiot manager who seemed more worried about being bros with the bartender than training him. Bartender was a nice kid who would be ok with proper training....keeping your bar clean, greeting customers, etc. You'd think a chain restaurant would have higher standards...

I have never been to Logan's, so we when we were invited for father's day dinner, it was time to give it a try. The first place that comes to mind when you walk in here is Texas Roadhouse. Exact same atmosphere, peanut setup and all. They do have good happy hour prices that go everyday (had to grab me a tall brew for $3). The first thing they give you when you are seated is rolls with honey butter, which are pretty pretty good (although i do prefer the roadhouse's with the cinnamon butter). For my entree, i had ribs, chicken with peppercorn Caesar, and sirloin done brewski style (With fried and sauteed onions). I was really disappointed in the ribs, they are just flat out not god at all, The chicken was probably the best thing (perfectly char grilled), while the steak was pretty good in its own right. For my sides i had fries (probably second best thing i had/very very good) and macaroni and cheese (your regular Kraft easy mac, which is also very disappointing). Overall good place, would come here again, but is nowhere near on the level of a Texas roadhouse.

I freakin' love this place. The food is wonderful!! Their Onion Brewski® Sirloin is awesome, there have been a few times they haven't put the garlic butter on it and that does make a difference but the onion on this steak OMG amazing! They occasionally have some great coupons where you buy a meal get one free and they are always overflowing on these days but the staff has always been sweet and friendly. Love this place!!

my husband and I love eating here at Logans... Monday through Wednesday you can get 2 meals for 13.99. they have happy hour specials that include drink and appetizers...free dinner rolls and peanuts... fun atmosphere and nice wait staff. if you do have a problem with your service just contact manager there great at working with you if you have a problem. but I myself have never experienced a problem here at this location. the macaroni and cheese is my favorite

This is the place you can eat peanuts and throw the shells on the ground. I see that as a slip and fall accident waiting to happen but thats just me, lol. Mother and I went and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was pleasant and explained the menus to us as we have never been there before. We chose the complete meal for two. You get the app. main meal and one dessert. The strawberry cheesecake was freaking awesome! Service was nice and the food, it was good but I have had better. But I really liked that cheesecake. Its not the worst Ive had but I have had better. I wouldnt drive all the way out there to just eat at Logans but maybe if I was in that area.

I absolutely abhor this place. The food isn't bad, but really isn't all that special. It is the service that sets this place apart as being so horrible. After having three different experiences, I have decided not to ever set foot in the restaurant ever again. My father once had his credit card information stolen there. This last time I went, the waitress brought out the salads for both myself, and my father, but entirely forgot about my sister's salad . One of the gift cards we were given as a present was apparently already used. The time before that, we were waiting to be seated for over 45 minutes. One of us was in a wheelchair. When we asked the hostess what was going on, she told us there weren't any tables that would work with a wheelchair. Meanwhile, each and every other party that came in, some with the same number of people as ours, was seated within ten minutes of coming in. These were mostly people that came in after us.

Poor service. Poor food. Don't bother going on Sunday at all. We waited 50 min for a table for 6. Never seated. Never informed how much time to wait. There were 2 other large (if u call 6 large) parties ahead of us. They continued to seat 4 or 2 ahead without trying to make room. I have been here at least a dozen times and it has gotten worse. My last time I had the Filet and it was stringy and tough. Go to Lucky's. I would give 0 stars

When a steakhouse is busy, it's okay that I have to wait 30 minutes to get a table. Popularity probably means something good about the product. But once I'm at my table, it is NOT okay to wait ten minutes for a server to appear for a drink order, and generally provide lackluster service with poor memory throughout the visit. By the time my requested mustard arrived, my burger was ready for the to-go box. The beef is good, but there are better dining options nearby.
