love the catfish tenders here. oh and the CORNBREAD, oh my god. it's insanely good. pulled pork sandwich with pickles? also good. not too long of a wait if you go on a weekday.

My boyfriend and I have been here a couple of times and for the most part had good food and service. We've noticed if we go later the food comes out cold and looks and tastes old. They also bring out our nacho appetizer with our meal almost every time. Service is good and the food comes out quiet fast. You get a lot of food but you're definitely paying for what you get.

We were in the mood for some BBQ and we were in the Flint area, so we stopped at Famous Dave's. I don't remember their prices being so high before... Maybe they were and I just didn't notice. Anyway, the food was okay. It came out fast and was barely warm. The chicken seemed undercooked and didn't have much flavor. I did like the pulled pork though. The bread that was under the pulled pork was tough - didn't even touch it. The corn bread had good flavor. Our waitress was good and checked on us a couple of times during our meal. There were several other members of the waitstaff that seemed to like hanging out by the hostess stand. That was irritating as they were being loud. Seems like the 4 people that were standing around in the entrance could have been doing something else. Maybe that's how they do it at Famous Dave's though.

Taking off a star here. These ribs really are mediocre. Tough, not tender, not at all falling off of any bones any time soon. Everything else is delicious though. Get the pulled (chopped?) pork, not the ribs. This has occurred at two locations now, and they should seriously just pull them from the menu or step it up a bit. They are an unpleasant stain on an otherwise lovely series of BBQ choices.

Came in for lunch and had a half rack of ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Everything came out very quickly and was very nicely presented! Food was great and if you have a taste for spicy the Devils Spit sauce is amazing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone hankering for a rib or six. Or twelve.

Best BBQ in Genesee county by far. The variety of sauces are delectable. Ribs are meaty and falling off the bone delicious. Service is great too. Nice portions and great prices.

This was a major disappointment! The portions was not enough for a child the price is way out of line and there was nothing on the ribs but Bone at what they want for dinner for 2 this leaves a lot of bad taste in your mouth. I have had better ribs at Lucky's by far. Too much for 2 little the best part was the staff they were friendly.

I love this place. Sure, it's a chain, but the food is good and they're not skimping on the portions. Add the great sauces, the decor and the blues music and this is a great place to have dinner at.
