I miss the LITTLE PAL. Michael's is a better bar than a restaurant... just too loud many times for my tastes. The food is acceptable. The parking is sketchy. I go less and less as time progresses.

Unexpected place to find really great hand battered fish & shrimp. Try the Hand Beer battered mushrooms and zucchini. Good 1/2 lb burgers. Prime rib on weekends. Try this local dive and you will be surprised.

Took my family to dinner here. We enjoyed the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Food and service was great, and good value. One of the few family owned establishments still around. We will definitely go back!

My husband and I stopped in for a bite to eat after being at the Flat Rock Speed Way. I saw the good reviews on Yelp so we figured we would try it. It did not disappoint, the food was very good and very reasonably priced. I had the Turkey Reuben and my husband had the Chef Salad. The bar area could have used some music or something because it was very quiet. One other thing I noticed was the strong smell of stale smoke. Smoking does not bother me but it's been along time since I walked in a place that smelled of smoke. All and all we would go back again

The turkey reuben is something to behold, and is by far the star of the show. This little establishment has a decent beer selection and is conveniently located near Huroc Park so you can walk off your feast that you just took part in.

Yes, it's a bar. A dive bar. But they really have great food! Their shrimp and perch are some of the best I've had and their prime rib is good for the price. Their botana is awesome and their pizza is real good, too. Service is hit and miss and they get crowded but it's worth it for the food.

Fun and homey neighborhood bar, great to just hang out. The staff and the crowd is just fun all the way around!! Drinks are STRONG. I have never eaten there though.

Stopped in for a quick drink and dinner. Had a very good Bloody Mary to start. Ordered the buffalo shrimp as an appetizer and it was very good. Large hand breaded shrimp. Had the Cuban sandwich as well and it was very good.

The fried shrimp and fried fish are very good and fresh, and they were big pieces too! I am usually not a big fan of coleslaw, but the ones at Michaels is amazingly tasty. You definitely get more than you pay for. It does get a bit loud in there, It was hard to hear our conversation. The service was fair, our waitress was nice. I will definitely frequent this place and recommend it.
