The service was fine, but the food....ugh. Vegetables were mixed together, cheese all over the lettuce container, things seemed unkept and dirty. I'm not sure why - everytime I go in the place is empty, surely they have time to clean? I guess not.

I've been coming here 10+ years since I only live a block away, and I must say the quality of this restaurant has diminished quite significantly in the past few years. There used to be a solid crew working there all the time, now it seems like they're shuffling new people in & out each week who can't keep up. My biggest gripe about this place is that I'm ALWAYS overcharged. I think this has more to do with the inexperienced personnel more than anything, & I'm constantly having to correct the cashier for my total. However, I do like the open 24 hour drive-thru. Will continue to go simply for convenience.

Overall, I think Subway is at least a good healthier option when you're looking at fast food. This specific location leaves a little something desired... another location. The restaurant itself looks great as they recently did a major renovation and everything is nice, clean, and new. That's really where it ends, though. As a whole, they are ALWAYS under staffed and it usually takes between 10-15 minutes, at minimum, to order and check out. Then, assuming because they are overworked, the staff either gives up an effort at good and quick customer service and putt along at a snail's pace or are frustrated and unfriendly.

Poor and very slow service. Last time I tried the drive through I sat yelling in the speaker to order and still no answer. This was in the middle of the day. You bet I went to Tim Hortons instead

Man has this place gone waaay downhill lately. Every time I come here they're out of something (bread for the most part). The drive through wait times have shortened dramatically and so have the standards. I used to come here all the time, and by the way it's looking, a lot of other people did, too. The quality of the service absolutely sucks now, when it was the absolute best of any subway just less than a year ago. They always seem short staffed. This has been going on ever since the owner made it a non-24 hour subway.

Nice subway. They're a bit light handed with the toppings, but nothing the phrase "a little more, please" won't cure. The staff is always efficient and polite, and I usually get a coupon for my next visit on my receipt. Bonus!!

With its recent face lift I was hoping that this location would pull itself together but sadly it remains sub par. Despite the new drive through accommodations (which are much improved over the previous setup) the service is still lackluster and the food still not standard Subway quality. Sad to say that this location is still not so great. I'd opt for the Hilton location, although it's reviews are not much better their food is always appealing.

Yesterday I went there at 9:35pm, they close at 10. I went through the drive through and there was one car, just sitting in park, at the order screen. She wasn't ordering anything. She occasionally would look back at me, laugh then look away and continue to do her makeup. Pissed off, after waiting for 15 mins I drove away, and at 10:03 I drove back around and of course the car was gone. Looks to me like whoever was working in Subway that night wanted to get off work asap, and was having their friend make sure no one else could order considering it was St. Patrick's day as well. Or even if it was just a customer being rude and sitting there not doing anything, the employees should have done something about it. Never will be returning, and I will be contacting corporate about this.

This Subway is "sub" par (Lol). The employees don't seem to quite know how to make a sandwich or anything for that matter, and it is hard watching them try to figure it out. The store is clean, so that counts for something I suppose.

worst subway ever. they almost always mess up your order. egg and bacon, you get egg and that gross beef they use for the cheesesteaks. ask for a sunrise subway melt, you get a bmt. i suggest checking your order before you leave. i gave them an extra star because i still go here. its the closest one to my house. i like their breakfast sandwiches. maybe i'm a glutton....for punishment. love, juston.

Seems like I only write a review if a place does something really awful or something really nice. This is a case of "really nice". Note to businesses that provide customer service - it's the little things that can make a huge difference! First, the food. This morning I wanted to try the "buy a breakfast sandwich, get a second sandwich free" promo. I purchased an egg an cheese breakfast sandwich with all the veg (subs. spinach for lettuce - I can't stand lettuce!) and it was a lot of food. I go the veggie lunch sub same criteria for later. Nice quality food, and the egg was egg not whatever the other places serve up. So food = good. Now Value. I paid $3.50 for the two sandwiches combined. That's a breakfast and a lunch sub. So you can't beat the value. Finally, the best part - the service. I can't tell you how nice it was. It was just a little thing. But after placing my order in the drive through and moving to the window I was thinking: "Shoot. I should have asked for the dressing separate." Odd how fixated I got on that while waiting. Received my sub and the comment was, "I was thinking the dressing would make your bread soggy so I put it in a separate container for you. I hope that's ok." I was astonished that the nice young gentleman thought about that. And it made my morning. Peculiar I know - but there it is. This was on 4/26/2013 @7am if anyone at Subway is reading this. Thank you for just one little nice thing that made all the difference in my morning today!
