Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This is the only place to eat Chinese food in Bay City, MI all others don't measure up. It's not the greatest on the planet but it's much better than all the rest in town I've tried. No buffet but I happen to like that they don't. The food is prepared to order and prices are fair!!!

Not really sure why the food cost more here than in Chinatown NYC or Chinatown Chicago. I can definitely point out that the vegetables are way less crunchy, the quantity of meat is limited, and the sauce they put on the entrees is thick and heavy and taste very cheap. If you want to get some decent Chinese food go to New Royal Wall in Novi.

I'll eat here again, not because it's an amazing meal of Americanized Chinese food, but because it's convenient and close to home. The food was eh - not terrible, not great, definitely not memorable. Decent portions but a bit expensive for what you get in my opinion. Service was good - friendly on the phone when ordering and quick when I was picking up.

General Chicken is very good. Cashew Chicken was more like Cashew Onion, good flavor but a little light on the chicken and heavy on the onion. Overall I like this place.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Service was good, but none of the food was good. Egg rolls and Crab cheese were both really chewy and didn't have much filling. Mongolian beef had some decent spice to it, but was rather watery. The General chicken had a very strange texture and the fried coating was pretty much falling off. I will not be going back. (also you don't get any chopsticks, soy sauce or fortune cookies with your order)

The beef and broccoli was very good. But I had to pay extra for two crab cheese that were not to my likening, over cooked and very skimpy. But over all clean environment and decent food.
