Service is pretty slow which seems like a people for a restaurant in an airport. It took almost an hour to get a sandwich. The sandwich was ok, but not great.

Shame on me for not reading the reviews on yelp before sitting down I paid $17 (including tip) for the egg white omelette and hash browns. The eggs were SO greasy I ate two bites before feeling disgusting. The hash browns were nice and crispy but it's kinda hard to screw up that. I tried to eat the wheat toast and after one bite I had to stop because it was literally DRENCHED in butter. The butter spewed out of the piece of toast and ran down my fingers. I would not have eaten this if I knew it was already pre-buttered. Horrible horrible place. Do not eat here.

Not a place to go if you are in a hurry. My order was taken pretty fast, but it took 25 minutes for my food order to appear - even though the place was half empty. I ordered their 'signature' chicken tenders - they were just the standard tenders you could buy at Costco. The person sitting next to me had a dessert that looked like waffles and ice cream, it was so hard he couldn't eat it - so he sent it back and left.

Well some days service and food are excellent. Some days it misses the mark. Today was one such day. I decided to try the breakfast entre here. Since am on the 6:45am till 3:30pm shift. Went into Chammps and sat down. Almost immediately the one and only waitress was there, wiping down my table while taking my order. I ordered the made to order ham, bacon and sausage omelette and a diet pepsi to wash down the food with. Service still excellent I thought, since have only a 30 minute span to get my break in. The Pepsi arrived almost immediately, with a lemon on the rim of the glass. Nice touch. The food took about 10 minutes. The sausages were over cooked to the point of chewing through bricks. The ham felt like rubber, and ample bacon. There was at least a gallon of oil used to make this special treat. I still finished my breakfast and ran out of there. Had to get to the men's room to wash down my mouth from all that oil. While returning back to where I work, I see the manager of the store walking in. I explained my experience and he apologized. Seems his cook recently had a death in the family, just returned back to work. Can't prosecute a man for that!

I don't typically expect a lot from a restaurant at the airport but they didn't even live up to the low expectations. They got busy after we got there. We ordered our meals and it took a long time to get our food. When we finally got it, our son only got his fries because the kitchen screwed up. He eventually got his sliders too but by then he was full. I ordered the Reuben sandwich which was OK. The waitress was good and friendly and apologized profusely because the kitchen screwed up.

The servers are somewhat friendly but obviously frazzled. The food is rubbish: sloppy, greasy, cold. Go to Le Petit Bistro instead.

Located in Detroit Metro North, the non-Delta wing, across from Gate 8. Servers are pretty quick and friendly. Was served in less than 10 minutes. (Hint: if it's a sit down restaurant it's going to take a bit longer... Mcdonalds is down the hall if you cannot wait!) Lots if open seating, so seat yourself. Music is loud and fun without being too overbearing. Lots if seats at the bar, and tons of TVs! Food was quick and hot, fries were great! They could a better job of greeting people at the door though. 4 Stars! Take a minute and enjoy!

Exactly what you expect for airport food (overpriced and mediocre). When my wife and I ordered we expected waffle fries based on the review by another fellow yelper. However, we were disappointed when we saw regular fries in our plastic basket. We asked the waitress and she mentioned they don't have waffle fries. Service was also very slow. Our water was never refilled even after asking. I guess they are used to customers that like to avoid airplane bathrooms at all cost. If you're hungry I guess it's an option to fill your belly before your flight.

Comically bad. My "cooked to order" salmon sat under the heat lamp so long it was like a brick and the veggies were literally ice cold around the edge of the plate. Seriously almost funny. Hot brick surrounded by icy veggies. Oh, and of course the standard upgrade me to a 22oz beer even though I didn't ask for it or want it.

It's almost like I'm invisible. Seems like there are 10 waitresses standing around checking their Facebook but ignoring me at the bar. Kim (bartender not even working my section) was quick to fix things though when she realized that the facebookers weren't doing their jobs. This seems to be the situation the past couple of times I have been here. Not many choices in this terminal at the Detroit airport though.

You have one person working on a Saturday - one person for the entire restaurant. Shame on you. She did the best she could, but covering an entire restaurant isn't fair. Beer was good, but overpriced. I won't walk all the way down the terminal again.

Breakfast Saturday morning before heading home. Breakfast quesadilla was very good. Hot. Tasty. Full. Big. Ham and cheese omelet moist. Large. Toast was5 large slices. Coffee fresh but weak. Service quick and responsive. Would return again.

Beware mix drinks are $27 and they don't tell. I've had drinks at over 20 airports and this restaurant is way off charging $27 for a martini.

This pub has excellent food. I had the turkey club. It was fresh and delicious. The local craft beer is excellent. The service is great and friendly. I eat at a lot of airports and I highly recommend this restaurant.

If you don't dress like a businessman, kiss your ability to get service goodbye. I came in for drinks and appetizers, got my drink, ordered my appetizer, my drink went dry with no inquiries wether or not I would like another. In the mean time my order for mozzarella sticks never arrive, while everyone around me got their order. It could be my skin color or maybe it was my Harley shirt. Drop them a visit if you would like to be annoyed by the lack of service. I eventually gave up waiting for my appetizer, 45mins was plenty of time I thought. B

Terrible hamburger, patty fell into pieces. They don't let you try sample for drinks. Never going there again

Decent. About what you might expect for airport food. Maybe it was the high I was on about being on vavay, but the waitress/bartender seemed far less than thrilled about our arrival and order. Mimosas and some french toast...not asking for too much. Was unpleased to see a young man back in the kitchen fiddling around with and cleaning one of the rubber floor mats only to start unpacking a food delivery seconds later. He did wash his hands (I think) once he noticed my terrified glare. Food was mediocre. They use real eggs and I couldn't tell if the bacon was microwabed. French Toast was just okay and my fruit plate was rotten. All in all, not horrible. I just wish airport fare would step it up.
