Had I been reviewing the food alone I would without a doubt be giving at least 4 stars. Unfortunately, things like very poor service, somewhat high prices, and the fact that there was a toddler in the food service area (yes, a sticky fingered little germ magnet was playing, crying, running through the kitchen area) prevent me from giving a good review. The first impression was not a good one. It's a small place with only a handful of tables. Four of them were occupied, the rest were dirty. But not just dirty, filthy, like dishes from many prior parties had been stacked up and left to sit on these tables. We were given delicious chips and salsa but silverware, napkins and drinks came at least 15 minutes after that. Sometimes the cook would bring the food out, because there was only 1 waitress. Unfortunately, he didn't bring ours out and we all watched it sit for a good 3 minutes. The food was good. At our table we had steak fajitas, baja burrito, milanesa, and the nacho-botana thing. But things like getting flour tortillas instead when you ordered corn, or refried beans instead of black and then not being able to correct the matter because the one waitress has disappeared aren't going to bring customers back. I love supporting small non-chain businesses. So, I hope the folks at Fuego can get the service issues worked out. Because unfortunately good food alone isn't going to be enough to keep the doors open!

This place is amazing. It's authentic Mexican food. U can tell that the veggies used in the meals are fresh and the products are good quality. They bring out hot tortilla chips and salsa as an appetizer. They kind of take a while prepping the food, so it's not a good idea if u want to come here for your lunch break and have only one hour. I don't mind the wait if I have time bc there food is worth the wait.

Sam and Nayeli Alvarado have pulled off a magic act. They prepare some of the best, locally sourced Mexican food anywhere in metropolitan Detroit in the middle of an Arabic neighborhood. They are like a hidden gem but I don't know how much longer they can last with economic changes. The Food The chips are all cooked just before you get them homemade salsa and a guacamole sauce to die for are just the start. No bulging burritos jammed with rice or beans to bulk them up. Delicate, refined tastes are the hallmark of dishes like a chicken mango salad or my favorite, chicken flautas. My only warning is that this is not Mexican fast food; go to Taco Bell for that industrial taste. All your food is made to order from chips to fried ice cream. Another "problem" is that Sam has been forced by economic to shut down for two weeks during Ramadan. Did I mention that the formerly Lebanese neighborhood has gone "halal" with strict Arabic observances. The Hood Those of us who appreciate Sam's food and service hope that the rumors are true: Look out Detroit, some real Mexican dining may be on the way soon "Dios mediante!"

Took out tacos my first time here. The friendly order taker offered a choice of meats and I was surprised shrimp was available--so I got two shrimp tacos. Amazingly savory, seasoned and grilled. Low price for $2.50, with the added shrimp only $3.50 ea.! Friendly staff and carry out took about 10 minutes, made fresh to order. Coming back ASAP!

I believe they are closed. I came here during lunch as well to use my Groupon and they weren't open as stated. I am getting refunded for my Groupon because it apparently has been cancelled.

Came here for lunch and they weren't even open during business hours. Looking inside the coke machine was unplugged and pulled out of it's spot. Called phone number and said voice mail was full. Either they are out of business or something weird is going on.

Everytime i come here it makes me smile, the food is astounding the food is made drom scratch, nothing is processed, Steak Fajitas is one of the beat things to order from here. The atmosphere is really good here. One of the best Mexican Restaurants i visisted in a long time.

Very good tortilla chips and dipping sauce. I ordered the Mexican sandwich, even though I have had better, it was was still very good and filling. Service was very friendly and we got our food rather quickly. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quick sit down restaurant that has good food and quick service!

Took a gander through my expired coupons (I went a little overboard with those in '12) and found Fuego Grill. Decided to grab a companion and head on over to give it a try, as I consider myself a bit of a Mexican food aficionado. We arrived late on a Tuesday (after 8:30pm) and I was distressed to see that we were the only table in the place. It dampened my expectations somewhat. I ordered Horchata (always a plus when a place offers it, even if it's not on the menu) and it was good, although a bit too sweet. The chips came out, and they were probably the only disappointing part of our meal - they were oily to the point where picking one up, I had to be careful because they threatened to drip oil onto my clothes. I ate a handful but didn't want to risk getting sick so I let the rest go. They did have an interesting seasoning on them. I ordered the Baja Burrito and my companion ordered the Big Sam's Mexican Sandwich with beef tips. Both were delicious. The burrito was tender, full of meat and avocado, and despite having a healthy appetite, I could only eat half. The rice was standard fare - nothing amazing but not disappointing. The cole slaw had a good flavor, but was more like soup - it was drowning in liquid. My companion's sandwich was HUGE - it was more like a stew than a sandwich, but it was absolutely delicious. She probably ate about a third of it, with plenty of leftovers. I'm a notorious water hog - the waitress was pleasant and did a great job refilling my water when it was empty (I think I drank four glasses). The cooking staff was nice and asked us how our meal tasted. Overall, I thought this was a wonderful meal with great service and I will definitely return, coupon or no. My only two complaints were the nasty oily chips, and as a few other reviewers mentioned, it's a bit pricey. Even though the portions are huge, there are other places to get a huge burrito for less than $12. The quality makes up for it though, in my opinion.

We are visiting from New York City and loved this place. The food is fantastic and the staff were so nice. Yes it took a bit longer than expected to get the food, but it was so delicious!! We ordered the chicken wings as our starter. We ordered the chicken quesadilla and steak fajita as our main dishes. Loved it all!

The wait staff are always friendly and kind. It's small and home-y, which is why I usually come to this restaurant when I've had a long day at work and just need to unwind to good food. The food has been good and consistent. My favorites are their steak con carne and chicken fajitas.

Fuego's is. Great location close to my home for a quick fix of Mexican food. The guacamole is amazing! Smooth as butter. I always order the black bean burrito with melted cheese on top. I don't to overboard with the stuffed burrito's that have rice and veggies in it. I keep it simple and get sour cream and guacamole on the side. Owners and staff are super friendly, place is spotless clean. Reasonably priced menu.

This was my first time eating at a Mexican restaurant that had halal meat so I have never really tried a real Mexican meal with meat in it. So keep this in mind. When we went in I was happy to see a cute little trendy seating area. It was actually very packed too but we were seated immediately. Our waitress brought us some tortilla chips and both hot and mild salsa bowls. The first round of this is free but if you want a second round its around $2. The tortilla chips were seasoned with something, not sure what but it was really good. We got an appetizer of shredded chicken tortilla rolls with Verde and fresh guac that the chief had just made (we could tell because it was very fresh and tasty, and the cheif told us lol). The appetizer was good. Moving on the entrees.. My husband ordered the breaded fried chicken and I ordered the shredded chicken Chimichanga. You can choose two sides with pretty much whatever you order. The portions were huge! Especially the breaded chicken, I don't think I've ever seen a piece that big! I liked my dish but the shredded chicken tasted a little funny to me. I know for a fact it's because I'm not used to chicken cooked this way since I'm limited to Halal meat and never had halal Mexican before. My husbands fried chicken was really good though. The waitress we had was kind of slow, she almost forgot to take out order. It was busy though, so I am aware that's probably why. One of the workers, I think he was the owner not sure, was very nice and took the time to tell us about some other halal places around even though he doesn't eat only halal (we were from out of town). All in all, I would come here again. It was a pleasant experience.

The server was very sweet. I got a chimichanga and a cilantro salad. The food was delicious. Especially the cilantro dressing. I had never tried a chimichanga before so, while I'm not a huge fan, the one I tried was good.

Picked this place on a whim when husband asked what I wanted for dinner. For about 9 bucks I had a takeout container full of soggy nachos. You'd think they'd put the chips on the side but no, that would be too much like right. The botana nachos came with a typical odd ground beef topping, a few sprinkles of green onion, melted cheese and bagged lettuce and a ton of sour cream. Hubs had tamales; said his rice was old and his food was hardly edible either. We don't like to eat out THAT much and this is one of the reasons. Want good Mexican plates, go to southwest Detroit ;)

Excellent Halal Mexican Food. Owners are known Muslims. Tried the Steak Fajitas which were great. Comes with Tortillas, Guac, Onions, Sizzling Platter of Steak pieces & grilled veggies, and your choice of side (I picked Mexican rice). They give you complimentary chips and salsa which are good as well. Friendly service with nice interior. Highly recommended.

Love love love this place. I love that it is so close to home and that the food is just amazing. There is nothing that I have tried that I did not like. The service is always super friendly and helpful as well if you can't choose. My favorite are their house made fresh chips of course, the enchiladas and burritos.

Over priced low quantity not authentic Mexican food. I went ordered 2 tacos and thought all they gave me was two soft shells with nothing inside, took a look inside n found there was actually meat and lettuce, I didn't need the soft shells for the spoon full of food inside lol

Fresh hot fresh fried tortilla soon after we were seated with salsa were a hit with our group. Though the salsas weren't chunky they were still very flavorful. Unfortunately everyone at our table essentially got the same thing, just with different meats. If you choose to get the spicy burrito player get it with steak. Apparently the chicken in that dish is not very flavorful. I had the "make your own" platter, and had a chicken chimmichanga and 2 ground beef hard tacos. My tacos were delish and fresh. Not authentic Mexican, but typical of an American mexican restaurant. Side of cole slaw, which was just a side, but was also so delish and fresh I got another! I was so full after the endless tortilla chips, taps and cole slaw, that I had to be rolled out; no dessert this time

Second time i ordered delivery. Both times two hours later i got my cold food. I tip well ahead of time when the order is placed in hopes that might expedite things. No such luck. Food so cold that flavor and enjoyment is lost so i can't really rate the food.

Mexican food is my favorite, so I'm extremely picky when it comes to choosing a Mexican restaurant. With that being said, I was a little hesitant to try Fuego at first, but my mom (who is extremely picky when it comes to restaurants) kept insisting that i try it. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. They greeted us and our server kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything or if we were doing alright. We ordered bean and cheese burritos, a grilled veggie quesadilla, and a chicken quesadilla. The restaurant wasn't too crowded (4 other parties were there?). Our food came in a short amount of time and it was great! The chicken was very well cooked, which is not something I can say about very many places. Everything else was great-- this is now our go-to place for Mexican food.

Whenever I need a Mexican fix i make my way over here immediately! My friends and I always come here because they accommodate to our Halal only diet. The food is always fresh and always tastes good. My friend & I always get the steak taco salad and Chicken fajita. It is enough food for the both of us, sometimes three of us. The chips and dip before the food comes out are always on point as well. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent food, in a family run restaurant that takes pride in its product. Nicely decorated small restaurant, casual style, good service. The food is outstanding- fresh, perfectly spiced, nicely presented. I had the fish tacos tonight, with a side of potatoes and roasted veggies. Perfect.

I should have read these reviews before coming here. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! GO TO THE OTHER HALAL MEXICAN PLACE IN DEARBORN, PLEASE!!!! 1. The food was not as good as I expected it to be 2. They ripped me off. Here's what happened while I was ordering: server: what toppings would u like me: um....um....let me see (looking for toppings on the menu) server: I can give u everything if u want me: u can do that? then sure, a little bit of everything the server did not mention that I was only allowed 2 toppings. Instead, he very unethically charged me an extra 7 bucks for the miniscule amount of extra toppings that they added. 7 extra bucks...thats nearly the price of another order... 3. We waited over an hour for our food. In that time, people who had come after us had gotten their food, had finished eating, and left. While we waited, we were classy enough to be super nice to them and to not bring it up despite their bad and slow service. 4. The staff was rude at the end when we finally brought it up. Instead of an "I'm sorry" they crudely gave us a "What do you expect when you bring 10 people here?" Geez Fuego Grill, I am sorry for giving you guys so much business. It will never happen again.

I have ate at Fuego a few times and every time it was absolutely delish! I especially like the Chile Rellenos (not on the menu, but occasionally a special). The fajitas are another of my top picks. I am sure in no time this place will have a 5 star rating. Like every new restaurant it takes time to work out the quirks.

I'm hesitant to pick at Fuego Grill too much seeing as it just opened and it is definitely working out some kinks. But the place has potential. Service was friendly and attentive but still a bit off- all three of the people in our party were served with our meals five minutes apart of one another. Food was fresh and you can tell that Fuego is trying to put a spin on some standards, but it still felt like a work in progress. For instance, the rice tasted great, with a bit of an almost creamy taste, but was a bit undercooked. The mexican sandwich was savory but just too salty. The tacos al carbon came back as just meat in tortillas- apparently if you want lettuce, cheese, etc you need to request it. They deliver and do carryout which I personally would consider since they do not serve alcohol (at least not yet).

I purchased a Groupon and recently visited Fuego. I was a little hesitant about a Mexican restaurant in a predominately Middle Eastern neighborhood of Dearborn, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Fuego is a store front restaurant in a newer development strip of stores with a well-lit parking lot. I immediately noticed that it was a Halal restaurant (permissible under Islamic dietary guidelines). We were promptly greeted by the wait staff and seated immediately. It is a smaller restaurant space; dining for parties of no more than 6 or so. We received hot, fresh tortilla chips and salsa. I absolutely loved the unique seasoning on the tortilla chips; different than any other Mexican food I'd experienced and a nice twist. We also ordered guacamole which was also a nice compliment to the special seasoned tortilla chips. For a meal, I ordered the fajitas which came highly recommended by the waiter/host; I opted for the vegetarian and I was not disappointed in my selection. The vegetarian plate came with traditional fajita vegetables in addition to broccoli and other vegetables. There was a separate plate of beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream. The vegetables were seasoned with a hint of traditional Mediterranean flair, which was unique and different for a Mexican restaurant, but was an added bonus. I would definitely visit Fuego Mexican Grill again in the near future. I love Mexican food, however sometimes I'm picky and want to stay away from pork or pork byproducts. The food was authentic and a nice treat for a Dearborn area restaurant. .

Food was decent...chips and salsa were plentiful. Service left a lot to be desired. One server to take care of the whole restaurant plus a very busy carry out business. I wouldn't go out of my way to go again.

Chips are hot and fresh. The chips are seasoned but they aren't overly salty like other restaurants. Two salsas are provided, the hot salsa is awesome. Its refreshing to dine at a restaurant that isn't afraid to add some spice! I've dined twice, and both entries were well portioned and fresh (I recommend the grilled veggies as a side). The dining atmosphere is bright, colorful and wasn't too loud. The owners are clearly involved and excited about the food they are serving. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to dining at Fuego Grill again.

This is one of only 2 Mexican restaurants in Dearborn, and the only one on the East side and it serves Halal beef and chicken. Although I haven't tried the Mexican restaurants in Mexican town, I have friends who have and tell me the flavors are comparable. The service is very friendly, the owner who is Mexican and/or his wife are usually there to greet you. The tortilla chips are fried as you come in so always fresh, and are served with 2 salsas, a mild and hot. The menu is pretty extensive with a variety of buritos, tacos, salads, and dinners. I've had the steak buritos (you can choose 2 sides, i recommend the grilled veggies and guacamole). The mango chicken salad is delicious and I couldn't get enough! My friend had the chicken enchalda and loved her dinner. The place is impeccably clean, this includes the bathroom, although the door didn't lock the last time i went..not sure if it has gotten fixed recently. Definitely a place I like revisiting!

As someone who has tried many of their dishes, I can honestly say that the goodness of the food depends on the price. I never really liked the combos but the main dishes are good. I just finished eating a sopapilla (dessert) and it was yummy!

I have been there three times already. I can say this place is a gem. You first walk in what hits you is the atmosphere the music, the decor, and the staff. We were greeted when we walked in and seat with down chips and salsa. I have read on here about the humus and had to try it. The idea of a Mexican restaurant serving humus was interesting to say the least. The display was great and the flip on the taste was great. I like to judge a place by two important items clowslaw and steak. Clowslaw because this is one of the most simple sides to make and if a restaurant can get that right they are on the ball. Steak is another point because its such a delicate item to grill and get right. I ordered the steak which was a healthy portion because of the price with a side of clowslaw. The clowslaw was great the the right amount of juicy and crunch. The steak came with a good display and grilled just right. Yea i would go again

This place is so awesome! A true little family run restaurant. halal Mexican in Dearborn! great idea. Great food. The owners are the cooks, the waitstaff, the cashiers. And they are a young couple with a toddler . But if you can have a little patience, this is food worth waiting for, priced much lower than it should be priced.

When I heard of a Mexican restaurant in Dearborn, I had to scratch my head. Not something that I would think of within that cultural part of MI. But I tried it because I had a gift certificate I bought (I'm game for trying a new place with a discount at least once) There service at the restaurant was great! We were greeted at the door and the waitress was attentive. It was not crowded (only 1 other table of people) and a weekday evening. The layout is really nice and I love the feel/atmosphere of the place. The food was another story. Smh The chips & salsa were alright. We ordered a variety of things as this was the first time there. I liked the chicken fajitas as it was still sizzling when she brought the skillet over (they are served on a hot cast iron plate). I could tell the veggies were fresh & the chicken breast was cooked (no seasoning though). It came with rice and a separate plate of fixing. It was okay for roughly over $12. I ordered a side of ground beef to go with the tortilla chips (there were a lot). What I got was a dish of grease & taco seasoning (if that's what you call it) and ground beef. The meat was swimming in the stuff. I tried to drain the meat (I was not in a mood to argue or send it back as I was actually hungry) and proceeded to eat. So why did I give a 1 star rating: I can't give any other rating beyond 1 star given the half cooked chicken wings that we received. I have never seen blood in fried wings at a restaurant until now. The bad part was I didn't eat them until the next day & I have to say it was gross. Out of 6 wings on 2 were fully cooked. I don't want to go in detail, but that killed my meal for the day. I still have flashback (yuck!) If you want to get weened off of meat then this is the place to go. I went an entire 2 days after that with eating vegetarian because of the horrid images of that meal. Smh not gonna go back there again. If I want Mexican I'm going back to SW Detroit.

Food is made from scratch by the owner. He does his best to locally source vegetables and such. Chips are brought Hot with fantastic salt seasoning on top. Not typical Mexican. Very fresh. Lots of vegetarian options too!

Coming from Houston where it is predominately Mexican food, I have a high standard of how it should taste. I used to live in Michigan and know many of the restaurants in Dearborn, but when I went to visit, a friend recommended Fuego Mexican Grill. After being hesitant, a mexican restaurant in dearborn, figured it would have been a fail. But I was soo wrong. Food was delicious and it was a huge variety. One thing that I enjoyed the most was the customer service, the owner came and spoke to us for a while and made sure we were happy with our meals. This is DEFINITELY a place you need to try out. I have uploaded some pictures of my meal, take a look

Our first time here and we had an awesome experience, The meza platter was on point and the mushroom something of another was to die for on it. The Mexican hummus was delicious and a unique twist on the arabic food hummus. Chips and salsa were good the only complaint I have is the quacamole could have been better and the chicken wings were too big. Would definitely come again service was great as well
I really enjoy eating here. I would go with my wife probably once a week. The owner was there pretty often and would talk to us with light pleasant conversation. The wait staff that have served us were never rude (it was usually one of three people, so we ended up getting on everybody's good side). Decor is nice, simple, modern. The food is absolutely delicious; perhaps a tad on the salty side, but not offensively so at all. Not over/undercooked and tasted very fresh. They constantly top you off with chips and salsa if you like.

I bought a groupon to try this place out and my dad and I ate here last night. The food was good, service was excellent. I had the Mahi Beach Tacos which I thought were heavenly and healthy! The grilled mahi mahi in the tacos was seasoned perfectly. I also had the cole slaw and black beans - also delish. I would definitely go back.

Ive been having dinner/lunch there for several weeks.... The restaurant is super clean and has a nice atmosphere. I walked in there a few weeks ago at night right before closing time and told them I would come back tomorrow. They insisted I place an order anyways. They were very pleasant and gave me service with a smile. I kept them almost a half hour past closing time. The service there is always friendly and on point. The food is very good and you can tell that all the ingredients are really fresh. The portions are a good size and the are reasonable. I love fuegos. I guess my only complaint would be I wish the food was spicier. I think I will order now! Oh and there is a desert that I think is called sopapia. Its a fried tortilla with cinnamon sugar and ice cream, one of the most amazing desserts I have ever had.

At first when I came on this website to see the reviews for this restaurant, I was a bit excited to go experience the food, but soon I was VERY disappointed with pretty much everything. This restaurant was in a "strip mall" which is not the standard of places I like to frequent when it comes to restaurants. Then when we came in the place, it was a "Middle eastern" restaurant disguise as a "mexican Restaurant. Me, being a latina if I go to a "mexican restaurant" I expect it to be one, not a generic one! The service was great (the only thing mexican in that restaurant was the waitress) and she was VERY nice! then came the chips. Not only were they EXTREMELY greasy, they weren't fresh! When asked for fresh hot ones, I was told that they would need to "re-fry the ones I had" can you say YUCK!!! and the salsa wasn't good at all and it had a terrible after taste. The Menu was not that great either ( not a lot of variety that you can find in other mexican restaurants)... I went ahead and ordered what it was safe to which it was the Carne Asada tacos. I had to ask for lime, cilantro and onions so I could actually make them taste a bit more authentic, so they were ok! My boyfriend ordered The chicken Fajitas and they were ok as well, but once again those are just the "norm" in a mexican restaurant. The rice wasn't good either or the refriend beans. Once again if we are going to open restaurants saying that they serve "Mexican Food" they need to research it a lot more than just throwing some dishes together in a menu! If you want some really good Mexican food make a trip down to Mexican Town and go to either Mi Pueblo or to Armandos!

For our second visit, which was in early April, we unfortunately had a very poor experience at Fuego. We went for dinner and there were only two tables occupied (including our table of four) by customers. The staff basically ignored us for much of the time. There were about five employees hanging out in the open kitchen talking with each other and not even acknowledging us. It was very frustrating. Our drinks, chips, food (basically every request) took quite a while to complete. The food is still very good, but because of the horrible service I doubt we will ever go back.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I drove by at 6 tonight and it was closed and did not look to be operating. Appears to be out of business

Came here for lunch and they weren't even open during business hours. Looking inside the coke machine was unplugged and pulled out of it's spot. Called phone number and said voice mail was full. Either they are out of business or something weird is going on.

Service is kinda slow or the day I went in it was but besides that, love their taco salads unreal
(3)Mousa K.
Everytime i come here it makes me smile, the food is astounding the food is made drom scratch, nothing is processed, Steak Fajitas is one of the beat things to order from here. The atmosphere is really good here. One of the best Mexican Restaurants i visisted in a long time.
(5)Ian T.

(5)Mel A.
The wait staff are always friendly and kind. It's small and home-y, which is why I usually come to this restaurant when I've had a long day at work and just need to unwind to good food. The food has been good and consistent. My favorites are their steak con carne and chicken fajitas.
(4)Tanya S.
Great food, great service! One of my favorite restaurants in Dearborn!
(5)Rola S.

(4)Ahllam B.

(2)O O.
Good burrito but was the smallest burrito i'v ever seen The guac was baaaad means u cant taste anything and i paid 2.5$ for two spoonful of tasteless mixture
(2)Irfan R.
(5)Amal C.
Love love love this place. I love that it is so close to home and that the food is just amazing. There is nothing that I have tried that I did not like. The service is always super friendly and helpful as well if you can't choose. My favorite are their house made fresh chips of course, the enchiladas and burritos.
(5)Sonny J.
Very good Mexican food. Love their shrimp tacos. Clean environment and a perfect place to take someone to unwind and converse while having inexpensive delicious food.
(5)Mario H.
Over priced low quantity not authentic Mexican food. I went ordered 2 tacos and thought all they gave me was two soft shells with nothing inside, took a look inside n found there was actually meat and lettuce, I didn't need the soft shells for the spoon full of food inside lol
(1)Aasima A.
I was so full after the endless tortilla chips, taps and cole slaw, that I had to be rolled out; no dessert this time
(5)Lenny S.

(5)Faye H.
(5)M B.

(1)Jessica M.
(4)John N.

The food was authentic and a nice treat for a Dearborn area restaurant. .
(4)Barbara R.
Food was decent...chips and salsa were plentiful. Service left a lot to be desired. One server to take care of the whole restaurant plus a very busy carry out business. I wouldn't go out of my way to go again.
(2)Al B.
Good food and family owned.
(4)Greg S.
(5)Jackie M.
(4)Zakaa H.
As someone who has tried many of their dishes, I can honestly say that the goodness of the food depends on the price. I never really liked the combos but the main dishes are good. I just finished eating a sopapilla (dessert) and it was yummy!
(4)Cynthia A.
Great fresh food in a really cute place. Perfect for vegetarians and dieters with spouses or dates that like their red meat. Lots of great fish and meatless options for lent.
(5)Carissa A.
Just left there the food is great..the service is amazing very clean restaurant!!! Was my 4th time there it only gets better!!!
(4)Samir M.
Good food. Was scared to try from the horror stories but it is alright. Don't see myself going back as there isn't much to attract me there. Menu is ok. Mexican owned so they know what they're doing.
(3)Lisa T.
Great food. Mexican fusion. simple atmosphere. the fish tacos are amazing. We love their chips and sazon!
(5)Kal B.
(4)mike c.
this place disapointed me the food was horrible idk what they're doing wrong but they should fix it cause the service was great one of the best actually only if they had good food I'd be there everyday
(2)Sheila S.
(5)Adela B.
I went back and things were better. The salsa tasted good and the tacos were good and fresh. I like that you can choose the sides that you want for your meal and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

(1)Rebecca W.
Food is made from scratch by the owner. He does his best to locally source vegetables and such. Chips are brought Hot with fantastic salt seasoning on top. Not typical Mexican. Very fresh. Lots of vegetarian options too!
(5)Himmad K.
(5)Tuqa A.
I ordered 2 ground beef tacos to go and they were good. I dont think they were anything special, just your typical taco.
(4)Tarik B.
Would definitely come again service was great as well
(5)Sue S.
Coming from Southern California , Mexican food over there is as authentic as it could get. After coming to Dearborn i knew i couldn't find anything close to my experience of Mexican food in California. I came here with my fiancé , not only was i surprised of there being a Mexican resturant in East Dearborn. I have fell in love with Mexican food all over again! I love this place, everything is so fresh ! I had their fish tacos it was perfect ! Defiantly a gem in the heart of dearborn.
(5)Kareem H.
(5)TINA F.

Awesome authentic Mexican restaurant. I am originally from San Diego and this place is as good as it gets. Fresh, clean, and authentic food. Have been back many times already!!!
(5)Wessam H.
