I like this place. Coffee is fresh and sugar to cream ratio is right on every time. That ratio is critical for enjoying the flavor. If it varies so will your day. Bad coffee makes criminals and is a known cause for increased rates of divorce. My marriage has seen some if it's best days since this place opened up. We even have a child now. It gets busy so I may switch between drive-thru and inside.

Sometimes their coffee is great and sometimes it just misses the mark and all you get is hot water! I like my coffee a little on the dark side - muahhhh! This Tim Horton's is a newer one and appears clean enough. Usually I just get the coffee. I can't start the day off without this necessary cup of java!!!!

I have water at home..... Why am I paying for yours??? Donuts are only fresh really early in the AM- and the bagels are ok. Wouldn't come here unless I had to.

The workers are incapable of doing their job, why don't they hire people who have at least some respect to the customer and some self awareness that their work carries Tim Horton's name? Is it that difficult to get order of Iced Capp with whip cream & caramel drizzle in medium size, correct? I love Tim Hortons and this place is sadly but a shame. Please hire someone who can get order straight & sanitary conscious.

Pathetic staff, old coffee, even cold coffee, dirty restrooms and lounge, the parking lot is a disaster, and traffic comming in and out causes more problems than good, I live close enough to hear all the accidents caused by poor layout planning of the entry and exits of the parking lot. This place does not represent the Tim Hortons I enjoy.

Nothing special really - I suggest going inside if it isn't crowded. The drive thru is ALWAYS wrapped which also causing the parking spaces to get a little tight when you are trying to come in or leave. **Please note - i'm reviewing early hours between (6am and 7am) If you looking for fast service then this might not be the place - only due the fact its popular; customer service is good (never had a problem).

Waited 15 minutes only to receive the wrong order. Rude, lazy employees. No sense of urgency. I understand they were busy, but maybe if 2 employees weren't outside smoking and on their cell phones, and they girls at the counter weren't talking and giggling with each other, then things could get done. Will not be back!

this is the worst tim hortons. they seem to have a problem keeping up with baked goods. they dont carry the fruity or birthday cake donut holes which has devistated my 2 yr old. the parking is terrible, i suggest parking on the side street. we were so excited to see this open, just wish they would keep up on the donuts, muffins, and cookies. and please bring back the birthday cake donuts!

I love my Tim Horton's so it saddens me to only give this location one star. Since I work down the street, I've been to this location numerous times. The first visit was horrible and I made the mistake of going again, hoping they were just having a bad day. Expect an unusually long wait regardless of what time of day you go, every. single. time. Then you can probably expect for them to get your order wrong. They seem to never be able to keep up with any of the baked goods and their donut selection is always extremely lacking. What gives???

Just a regular Tim Hortons- with excellent service. Of course there are busy hours, but unless there are 20+ cars around the building, the staff at the drive through and counter are always very friendly and accommodating. When I go to this location, I actually end up enjoying my coffee run, and I end up returning to this Timmys again and again even though it is a bit out of the way for me.

I can see a sign inside the store that reads' smile smile smile " Too bad no one read it. I went into this location this morning to grab a few bagels as a treat for my family. I asked for them to be toasted and spread with flavored cream cheeses. I was waited on by a young lady with zero personality and an apparent muscle affliction preventing her from smiling. I got home with my order and was so disappointed to see untoasted bagels with the wrong type of cheeses. So frustrating. This was my third visit since this shop opened last year. The excuse of being new has worm thin. I will use the dunkin doughnuts down the street in the future**

The worst service you can imagine..did not like my warm,milky iced coffee with 2 ice cubes and could not get a bottled beverage in exchage,even after offering to pay any difference in cost. I drove away because I did not want to argue with the idiots. No coffee for me and they kept my money..bad service, bad product. Dont expect quality here

It was a nice place, except for the fact that they didn't get my first order right and looked at me like I was from Mars when I asked the woman to correct it. Maybe I'll go back after they've had a chance to work out the bugs. Then I'll update this to reflect a better score. I just don't understand why getting a correct order is so rare anymore.
