You can never go wrong with Thai food from this place. The food is always prepared fresh, so there is a slight wait. My favorite is the #6 Kow Pad with chicken. The staff is always smiling and super friendly.

If you're looking for a nice dinner out, go elsewhere. This is run in/run out style. As authentic as you get. So no, I wouldn't necessarily dine in. Then again, personally if I'm eating Pad Thai, I would prefer it at home. So grab and go and you will be glad you did! Best Pad Thai around!! Plus the staff are very friendly, and always get the order right!

Ordered Veggie Rolls as an appetizer and Chicken Pad Se-Ew. Description of dish appeared similar to the Drunken Noodle but with the substitution of broccoli instead of green peppers. Ordered it "hot" as for level of spiciness, which was indeed hot but not too much.

I'm not entirely sure where the high ratings for this place are coming from. It's a small little place in a desolate strip mall. The inside is nothing to rave about, but they do have very friendly staff and free help yourself water. My man and I split the Pad Prik and the vegetable egg rolls, and he ordered a tom yum soup. They ended up bringing me out a complementary hot and sour soup, and while the gesture was sweet, the soup was awful. It was so thick it was almost gelatinous and not at all pleasant to eat. It lived up to it's name and was actually oddly sour. The vegetable egg rolls were ok, but very greasy. I ended up having to hold them with a napkin to protect myself from the hot grease dripping off of them. The tom yum soup was probably the best part of the meal. I had a taste and thought it was good, but there wasn't as much lemongrass as I've grown to expecr. The main dish was large in size; a queen size plate was definitely enough for two and it came with rice. The vegetables were well cooked, but the sauce was salty and tasted like they'd charred it in the wok. Overall I'd say this wasn't all that pleasant, especially given that there are a few Thai restaurants close by that are better on all accounts.

This place is great and always friendly. But i wish they had more option of noodles and fried section in the future.

Went here with my mother spent $28 on food and they had no air whatsoever!! Asked for no spice & they made it very spicy!! While waiting for food I had to go sit in my car because it was so hot in there!!

My favorite Thai place! Can't find a place that even compares. I've been coming here for almost 9 years. Chicken pad Thai - medium is amazing. The staff is also extremely nice.

Always a great place for Thai food. I've been ordering here for a long time. Gives good portions

Good food but over priced... Good place for a quick carry out, but if you have time there are better places.

The staff is always friendly and makes the experience great. I've tried the Vegetable Curry and Pad Cashew, both were delicious. The portions are large and reasonably priced. This is one of my favorite lunch spots in the area!

Not only does Jack talk Thai, but Cosimo loves to eat it! Bangkok Cuisine is by far my favorite Thai restaurant. It is always on point, and never lets me down. Without fail, my order is the same. Large orders (King) of Bangkok Chicken, Pad Thai, and Kow Pad. I also get the Crispy Rolls with extra sauce, and the Hot and Sour Soup. The Bangkok Chicken is lightly floured and fried, then tossed with a semi-spicy BBQ style sauce. It comes with white rice and is a must. Also a must, the Pad Thai. I get it sans lemon because I like it more on the sweet side, which is why I order extra sauce for the crispy rolls to add to this dish. It's a linguine styled noodle with your choice of meat or veg/tofu, scallions and a delicious peanut sauce. The sauce from the crispy rolls (also peanut based) compliments the dish, so I add it every time. The Kow Pad is a rice dish with carrots, sweet peas, and again, your choice of veg/tofu. I also get this dish without lemon for the same reason. Do I add the peanut sauce? You bet your ass I do. The Crispy Rolls are filled with Pork, and other items that I can't quite put my finger on. BE WARNED - if you forget to ask for extra peanut sauce with this appetizer you'll regret it. The Hot and Sour soup is also very good, although it's not the best. Mon Jin Lau's is FAR superior, but they do also add a ton of quality seafood to it, so it's understandably different. Also of note is the Bangkok Seafood dish. It's in a spicy sauce with mixed seafood. It would be better with real crab instead of the imitation crab, but it's still pretty fucking delicious. Bangkok has great food; beyond that, remember to get extra peanut sauce and you'll be fine.

This spot is tucked into a little corner in a big parking lot near where I work. I enjoy coming here for some decent Thai food. My only complaint is that no Thai place ever delivers! I will continue to support this small spot and really enjoy the staff here.

Call ahead and order carry out every time but they have a small dine in area. The #19 Gang Dang is my favorite Thai dish anywhere. Price is reasonable and always ready within 15 minutes.

Best Thai takeout in the area. I visit here often. I've never dined in but the dining room is not fancy. Although it is rather large. The employees are fantastic. The food is equally amazing. We usually get Pad Thai or Bangkok Chicken. Either one is a great choice depending on your mood. They do spice very well. You will get what you ask for.

Definaty a take out place not dine in since its not much to look at. But the food is AMAZING! I have tried other places closer to home and nothing compares to their awesome food. I will drive the distance so my food is good. Great price and there's always leftovers. I love everything I have ever ordered and the cashier's are always so nice and friendly. Keep up the great job!

LOVE this place. DH and I have gotten carryout here two times this year. We went here because there was a $5 off $25 carryout order in one of our local coupon books and are we glad we did! On our first visit we ordered pineapple fried rice with shrimp, pad see ew with beef, and chicken satay (all the large side). The portions are so GENEROUS, neither my eyes or stomach could believe it. Each chicken satay was extremely large and came with delicious peanut sauce. It came with 6 sticks, and I actually thought they could give a few less and charge the same price (not that I would want them to, of course!). The fried rice and noodles boxes were both packed to the gills with food and provided us with leftovers to get through the weekend. We ordered "mild" spice and it was indeed "mild". The second time we ordered, we got the pad see ew with beef, chicken satay, and a seafood curry dish. Again, the pad see ew and satay were equally as generously portioned as our first experience and the curry was made with coconut milk, which is one of my favorite ways to have curry. We ordered the dishes "medium" this time and I felt like my whole face was on fire (DH loves spicy food and thought it was just perfect). I had a few glasses of milk to turn down the temperature, but next time I would like to see if there is a "mild plus" option. We will definitely come back here without a coupon and with a coupon this makes it a very affordable carry-out spot!

Nom nom nom! I love me some Bangkok Chicken! I have tried only a few other things on the menu, and they are all good, but I cannot resist the bangkok chicken! Price is really good. Food is cooked to order. Service is always really nice. This location is more of a carry out location, but they do have a few tables to sit and enjoy if you cannot wait to get your food home to devour it. I have also been to the Roseville location, and its good, but not as good as this location!

I've ordered 3 times from this restaurant. First time was good food and portion. Last 2 times my dishes had too much salt in it. I tasted these dishes in hot and cold temps and I can still taste over salt in them. There was least 4 months gap between my last 2 orders. I even called the restaurant and notified about over salt on my 2nd order but no response back.

I work at the hospital right around the corner from here. Let me start by saying the staff is great. Then let me go into saying the food was equally delicious. I'm not a picky eater so I've just about gotten everything on the menu once. It's very good and they serve quick around lunch. Can't say I have a favorite because I honestly like switching it up. But if you do like spicy then get the pad wok spicy. It keeps flavor while being super spicy.

Bangkok cuisine is our favorite for Thai. We've tried other places but always circle back to Bangkok. my favorite is pad cashew or pad almond with chicken. The chicken is quality bits of white chicken and the sauce is just right. Not too thick and not too thin. As mentioned, the garfield location is more of a carryout setup. Their other locations have full service dining. I recommend any of them. There are several all over detroit, so your sure to run into one.

I noticed this place off in the distance of the drive thru line of coney island and it took me a long time to come on over and give it a try. YES! this place has good food! I never been to Thailand to try authentic Thai but this place is worth your money. You get hooked up fat here and can easily split an order of food 2 or 3 ways. I have tried their pad thai chicken and the last place to make it this good for me was in Florida. The Bangkok Chicken is to die for! A true flavor explosion! I have had the hot and sour soup and didn't care for it but I still ate it all. I am new to Thai food and eventually hope to try each entrae at least once. The staff is polite and helpful and the place it kept clean. Carry out is usually ready in 15 minutes

Great place to get a quick Thai fix, but there are better quality Thai places around.

This food was very good. I usually go to the Roseville location and theonly thin better about Roseville is they have beer and The Magazine of Country Music on the rack, and I do prefer Thai beer with my Thai food, BUT the food at the Garfield location is better. the Pad See Ew and Pad Thai were both better than the Roseville location. Have to either order hot or medium plus, as medium spice is not hot enough. The young man behind the counter is VERY nice. We will be back.

Great place for Thai. Everything meal I've had here has been very good! My only minor complaint is that the Hot Sour soup is average to below average. Other than that, it's my favorite place for Thai. Service is friendly as well.

excellent food and the employees are so friendly and welcoming. We dine here often, both take out and eat in. Although the dining room is not fancy, the employees are very friendly and it makes a great dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants really good Thai food.

Place has totally changed in taste, texture, and quality. The coconut milk seems different as does the curry. I'm never going back again . Tried to give it three more tries over the last few weeks.

One of the first 3 reviews I wrote was a scathing review of Bangkok Cuisine in Rochester. This is a part of the same chain but the food is so much better I can't even believe the two are owned by the same people. This is more of a carry-out style restaurant though there is indoor seating available. I have tried almost the entire menu and all of it is great. The staff has been around since I first started going five or six years ago and they've always been nothing but cheerful. If you like Thai food you HAVE to get out here.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
