Went because we got a BOGO free entree coupon in our email after endless BOGO 50% off offers. Since their price jump a couple years ago, the BOGO free is the only good deal. I was trying to eat well tonight so I picked items from their Fit & Trim menu. The Hickory Bourbon Chicken was fresh but the sauce was virtually tasteless. The rice was good. The baked potato was piping hot despite waiting to eat it last. Quick service on a slow night. Good location, good decor, ...just a standard restaurant visit with nothing to write home about.

The revamp, unfortunately didn't do much to improve things. They can make a good burger, that's about it. TAKE THE SHRIMP AND GRITS OFF YOUR MENU!!! It's like eating a clumpy salt-lick!!! PLEASE!!! Carry on...

Quality of food was very poor. Took my family to eat. They served grapes to my child that were covered in mold! After eating both my wife and I got very sick. Server was very nice how ever the chef needs to check the food he/she is serving. No excuse for mold being served! I will no longer go to this place again.

The burgers here are world class!! Make SURE you try one of them ASAP. They have a great happy hour and mix drinks that are definitely worth it. The Servers are as prompt and professional as I have had at ANY restaurant. Don't miss the salad bar, definitely worth the 2.99 to add to an entree. This is a great place for a special occasion, night out, lunch spot or place to get a good drink and a burger before hitting Pine Knob.

If it was not for their salad bar in which I love I would not go here. The food is overpriced and nothing special.

Salad bar was great, food was good but way over priced and small portions, won't go out of my way to return, especially when there are endless options in the immediate area that are much more impressive.

Once in a while you must eat at a chain restaurant. It's the law. Or, in this case, I received a coupon for a free burger. There are a few things that make a restaurant visit go wrong. Terribly wrong. Let's start with dirty salad bar plates. We aren't talking just one or two. An entire stack. I checked. I then told the hostess who brought it to the attention of a manager. The mighty manager walked over to our table and fixed the situation by passing the buck. "I'm going to let my Chef know about the dirty plates," and he walked away. Excellent. So we waited and I watched. The dirty plates were never removed. My husband asked for clean plates so we could get our salad. Three plates were brought out complete with fresh towel fuzz. Up to the salad bar we go. My flip flops were sticking to the floor. This awesome sucking noise every time I attempted to move my foot. They had just opened. This made me wonder about the evening cleaning that very obviously doesn't get done. Our food came out. On dirty plates. Grimy dishwasher baked on food particles. Yum. The manager never returned. The server avoided us the remainder of our visit. My drink was never refilled. Our bill wasn't adjusted in any way. My son didn't eat more than 5 bites of his food, neither did I. No one bothered asking why. Bad Ruby Tuesday, bad. Oh and FIX YOUR DISHWASHER.

Great for lunch but inconsistent dinner food quality. Statement made after three dinners May to August 2011. Update 10/2012. Have eaten dinner twice in three months here. Better consistency in food quality and service. Taking it up to three stars.

I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants but this one is pretty good. I can't say that I would love to come back but I would come again. The food was better than most chains so therefore, the 3 stars.

Chain restaurants are nothing special usually, but I did want to make a point to give credit where credit is due. They did a great job when we were in and we'll for sure go back. We sat at the bar while waiting for a table and the bartender was quick, friendly and poured great drinks. We got our table and our server was quickly there to greet us, take our order and made sure out waters and cocktails were never empty. The salad bar was fresh and clean and the burgers were cooked perfectly. For a quick comfort food meal on your way to Pine Knob for skiing or a concert it was perfect and we'll for sure go back.
