Would give less than 1 star if I could for their customer service. Have been ordering delivery from here about once a week for several months. Delivery service started off excellent, but took increasingly longer as time went on. Tonight I called, and the kid on the phone stated they don't deliver to my address. I responded by saying they have several times before. He stated they were to busy and could not deliver more than 8 miles out. I started to state I was much less than that and he hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak with a manager, and he refused to let me talk to anyone else and hung up on me again. Called again to find out his name, and he refused. He told me to come there to get his name and hung up for a third time. As mad as I was, I did drive there to speak with someone, but the owner called me on my way to say that it was inconvenient to deliver to me because it was over 7 miles away, although they have in the past when they weren't so busy. I then told her how rude the person, and that I was parked in front of the restaurant, a whopping 4.1 miles from my house according to my odometer. She basically accused me of lying about how I was treated on the phone and about the mileage. She did start to say that since I was there, I could go inside and order. Needless to say, I will now be going to Carrie Lee's or something from now on.

The Health department needs to be notified about this place! It is absolutely disgusting on the inside and the people working there are very unprofessional. We didn't even attempt to eat the food because we were too nervous about getting food poising. Go in and check out the place before you order!! The smell of the place makes you want to throw up! I bet the only reason this place is still open is because they deliver and the people who get it delivered never see the inside. I will never order from here again!

Don't eat here! Awful customer service. My mom got a take out there and she is allergic to shellfish. They must deep fry their shellfish with the egg rolls because she got very sick and her throat started to close up. Went back up to tell them what happened no apology nothing. We said we wanted our money back and he refused to refund in full because he said she ate the egg roll! What? That's really bad!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Went to this restaurant this evening and ordered 2 combo dinners, $7.50 each and crab rangoon $4.50. He told me $20.67, then he ran my credit card for $28.67. I said you ran this for a different amount then what you told me, he said ok it should be $26 and gave me back $2.33. I still did not think that this was correct so I added it up again and it was $20.67 and he would not give me back the change he owed me. WATCH what they run your credit cards for !!!!!! It is a shame because I enjoy their food but will not give them our business if they are going to steal from me!

One of the better Chinese joints around. I am pretty sure I am biased as this is the only place that I have found that makes Chicken Lo Mein the way I like it. I will drive around 10 minutes just for their Lo Mein. It is delicious!!!! Decent prices and they do deliver.

Best in Clarkston plus if you dont want to drive they deliver. Dinning room very small but take out is quick.
