I was informed I had to work at 5am this morning and definitely needed a caffeine fix before I began my day and I thought I would stop at my local Timmy Ho's on my way to work. I love that Tim Horton's is 24 hours. Love it. Inside included. But sadly that's the only thing I love about this particular place. There was two people in front of me in line and only one cashier. That same cashier had to do all the orders and run drive thru. Sounds like a very stressful job to me. I ordered my food: small black coffee, cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese, cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese, small iced capp, and medium english toffee cappachino. I'm really glad the lady repeated my order otherwise I would have ended up with all the wrong items. She had to repeat herself four time before she got my order correct. I was chatting with the gentleman behind me, who meets his coworkers there nearly everyday to carpool to work together. He told me that this was actually a better day for this place. He normally gets there between 4-5am and the later he gets there the worst the service and food is. The only reason he goes there is because Starbucks and Biggby aren't open 24 hours and that Tim Hortons is close for him and all his coworkers to meet at. More convenient he says. If he had to choose he wish he could drive out of his way to go to a different Timmy Ho's. When I left there was a line of over 8 people and still only one cashier. I didn't receive a drink carrier when I asked for one. Cashier ignored my multiple request and walked away. Bagels were just thrown together. Definitely the worst Tim Horton's I have been to.

Seriously dude, what the eff. I've been here four times the past two days (Yeah, don't judge.) and every time something's gone wrong in some fashion. First visit: Just got a large coffee. It was fine, but my cup didn't have a Rewards sticker on it. Alright, crap weasels. Second visit: Got a spicy chicken sandwich and soup. This is a nit pick, but no napkins in my bag when I got home. What the. Third visit: Large coffee and a breakfast wrap. I asked to get it with bacon, but I got it with sausage. Effin' Tim Horton's... at least I got my Rewards sticker this time! Fourth visit: A large coffee and nothing else again. Again, no Rewards sticker. What the hell gives? This time I even told the lady my cup didn't have a sticker and she didn't say anything. Giving a Rewards card that offers a free coffee every six coffees ordered is actually misleading, because it'll probably take you 20 cups to get those six stickers. Seems like this Tim Horton's does it on purpose and hopes you won't notice/care. I NOTICE AND CARE!!! This Tim Horton's really does suck. Will I keep going? Yeah, probably... but that's because I'm a big fan of their dark roast coffee, and I live literally a quarter mile from the location. Their regular coffee isn't bad either, but the dark roast is where it's at. The reviews really are right though... it seems like they deliberately get SOMETHING wrong any time you come here. If you visit, don't go through the drive-thru. If you do, CHECK EVERYTHING before you get out of the parking lot. Damn you, Tim Horton's!

Coffees good but they trap you in their drive thru. I've waited 20 minutes with four cars ahead of me and I can't leave because of the way it's designed. It is consistently slow.

Wake up, roll out of bed, and get coffee or breakfast is basically my first thoughts every morning before heading to work. Because of Tim Horton's convenient location (half mile down the road), I probably end up here 3-4 times per week. With that being said I've seen my fair share of issues here. While they tend to be very busy in the morning and I do often give them the benefit of the doubt, I am aware of how stressful things can be with cranky people looking for their coffee fix first thing in the morning. The lines for the drive thru often wrap around the building so I recommend finding a parking spot and just walking inside. This is also convenient because they are also generally out of one item you're looking for, which may be due to the amount of people they serve every morning. If you are feeling adventurous and go through the drive thru make sure you have your change, straws, napkins, and a sleeve for your coffee before driving off because, yes, that seems to be a common problem whenever I'm feeling risky. Why they don't automatically give you a sleeve for your coffee is beyond me. Does anyone really feel like wearing hot coffee on themselves or getting burned? I think not. The workers seem to be unhappy half the time and my service seems to be a bother. If I use a gift card or credit card I am often met with a sigh or groan, because they sometimes have to switch registers to process my transaction. Cash may be preferred but there's no sign to tell otherwise. The food is kind of ..... meh. It hits the spot in a morning rush but their bagels won't change your life. Cream cheese flavors are sometimes limited and they often forget to spread it evenly. Donuts are a mess once they put it in the bag as well. Extra napkins are often required (heads up!) Despite all of this I still end up back everyday because of the convenience in location. If you're in a rush, it may be best to skip it. Be aware of a wait and lack of products.

I am very upset. I just got home from this particular Tim Hortons. First, I waited 20 minutes to order. The girl taking my order was laughing with a friend while trying to greet me. Then, when I finally got to the window the girl looked both directions and seemed confused because she didn't know if the bag she was handing me was mine. Rather than asking, she assumes and hands it to me. At that point the line was long behind me so I drove off after a quick glance into my bag. I got home to find that I'm missing food from my order. Very poor experience and this isn't the first time.

I grew up believing that if you have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself. So I will briefly put together positive and constructive commentary. That location employs a few good people who deserve props, doing the right thing for customers under the constraints of probably no benefits, extremely low wages, an unskilled work force, highly processed mediocre food, and often burnt coffee. I've ordered breakfast biscuits without cheese regularly and I am no longer willing to be labeled "the no cheese guy" and subject myself to orders that have routinely been botched. Other TiHo locations have always made it correctly the first time, without the labels, and with quick customer service. The area has a lot of better options, restaurants make the meal without error and without the processed food and processed taste. All this for the same couple of dollars or less.

So I went to Tim hortons because I love their coffee and was hungry. After being trapped in their drive thru line for 10 mins the clerk informs me they are out of sausage and cannot make my combo. I attempt to order another combo but they are out of one of the items to make that too. At this point I just want to go anywhere else but I am trapped in their drive thru line. The cashier offers to substitute a different item so I give in and wait another 7 minutes to get to the pickup window. Upon arriving I discover their idea of substitute is YOU PAY MORE for the new item. I am very irritated at this point and ask for a manager. The manager comes to the window and says that is all I can do. I angrily paid and left. I revisit this week and ohhh sorry sir we are out of sausage . I thought omg here we go again. This place is poorly managed. The menu is illegible. This is a disgrace to the Tim hortons chain.

I was there with my 12 yr old grandson and was totally disappointed to see young adults behave so immature. There was 3 cars behind me waiting because the staff inside was doing nothing inside but stand around laughing with one another.. the manager was present at the time! So, its oblivious, there are no authority figures at this site. What a big joke this place is...!

This location never gets my order right, and they are notorious for shorting tea bags. Today I got attitude over wanting 2 tea bags in my tea. Then after I left, I noticed they gave me the wrong type of tea. I am sick and tire of the poor customer service at this location and I will be stopping at another Tim Horton's to get my morning fix from now on.
