Honestly, this place is hit and miss. With the only other option in town being Pizza Hut (repulsive), we end up choosing BC 99% of the time for our pizza needs. I've had both my best and worst pizza from there. Stay away from the specialty items when it's busy. Also, ordering over the phone is nearly pointless. If you're planning on picking up you're better off going in and ordering it and waiting the 20-30 mins. Otherwise you might waste 20 minutes just trying to get someone on the phone. "BC Pizza can you please hold?" -dial tone-

Ordered the cheese bread, chicken sub, and mini cannolis. Cheese bread- Super greasy (bottom of box was saturated), not much taste Chicken sub-Not bad, but again not a lot of taste Mini cannolis- ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I love junk food, but these were gross. Tasted dusty/musty/just bad. Filling was runny...I was worried that I was going to get sick. I tossed the remaining 5. Do yourself a favor, just order from somewhere else....or drive to better food! There are other affordable options in Charlevoix.

From reading the other reviews, this would have been SO much better if BC managed to find more help on Tuesday night. Our pizza took 80 minutes at least from order to delivery. When it arrived, it was lukewarm. Breadsticks covered in congealed mozzarella aren't the cheesy breadsticks you're used to. I would have your pizza delivered from elsewhere!

Comically bad food and service. After getting a busy signal for 15 minutes, I signed up and made an Internet order. In spite of getting a confirmation notice, the order wasn't received because the "printer was broken. The manager is getting some ink on Monday." Re-ordered the food because, somehow with the broken printer there was no record of the order. They still managed to screw up two of three items and the third appeared to have been punched (see photo). To the staff's credit, they did give me a nice break on the price. The pizza was at the low end of the corporate pizza spectrum. I was hoping for the best, but not expecting a lot from this place. The primary blame goes to management for having a really bad internet ordering system and marginal pizza.

I ordered a large pizza and salad no mushrooms. I was told 20 minutes. I came back after 25 and was told its coming out of the oven. A gentleman then placed an order for a large pizza. 20 minutes later his was ready. I am still waiting. I spoke again to the cashier. She said I told you its coming. I spoke to a manager and explained the situation. He kept telling me they were busy It is now 50 min i was handed my pizza and salad with double mushrooms! They like to take care of the locals first at this pizza place.

Great pizza delivery option in Charlevoix. The pizza is a good deal, but it's the bread sticks that stand out. They're swimming in butter, but taste amazing.

Yelp helped us find this pizza place and we found the pizza to be really good. We tried the white sauce pizza with chicken, broccoli and tomatoes. They did have tables to eat at but was self serve. We will try to visit once more this vacation

good pizza for a small town. be sure to get the Tuesday half price off med and large pizza. 4 stars because they need to hire more people to handle a busy Tuesday night. People waiting to pick up their carry-out while the staff is taking phone orders.
