Food was good, not great. Service was horrible. A server kept slamming into my booth and Rested utensils, sign, salt and pepper on my booth while she cleaned the table (booth on other side was empty but she didn't care). Many walked by but not one offered to take my empty plate. Salad was old and wilted. I would not come back here again.

I've been to carrabas in colorado with my husband. I love the jonny rocko sslad, the scallops and shrimp are grilled and are so delicious. Maybe because I got this to go it seemed a bit small or maybe because I was hungry from traveling all day. I asked for the cheese on the side and yet the salad had parmesan dusted all over it. I had already waited 15 minutes so forget it and I didn't notice that no utensils or napkins were put in the bag.

Visited for late dinner on Saturday. Called ahead for seating which was a good idea as it got very busy just as we got there. Service was good. Not only our waitress but others checked on our drinks and food. The tag pic Pac was delicious and enough to feed me for three days. Wish they would give you more meat when you pay extra for it.

The food is mediocre & increasingly over priced. Not a fan of the lighting...too dim later at night. In light of recent events...Carrabas needs to look at their management as well as the whatever policies they have. I feel sorry for the staff that works there now. If they've mistreated one staff member, I'm sure they've mistreated many. I think HQ needs to look into this. I am very disappointed in the way they handle themselves & quite frankly I'm sure someone will eventually sue them.

Went there for dinner with my husband, we ended up ordering from the amore Monday menu. Our entrees were decent, they came with a lot of choices, we also got an appetizer, the diablo shrimp it was way too salty but our waiter steven who was great got us anther order. The service was great, even the manager came to check on us a couple of times.

Used to love this place. Haven't been in awhile? Don't bother. Mussels "cozze in bianco" are no more and their replacement is not the same. Forget the fact that the amazing sauce is now average, there was absolutely no meat in the mussels. Ok, maybe we got a bad batch. Soup was the only constant and it was excellent. I ordered the steak marsala and had to send it back...cooked perfectly, a lousy, chewy cut of meat; my meal was over. My son ordered the shrimp and scallops...you get four each and they're very small; not worth $20. Service was lousy although the server (Stacy) was pleasant. We arrived before 10pm which gave us plenty of time to eat and depart before closing time (11pm on a Friday night) but the staff started cleaning up at 10:30pm with a loud discussion less than a foot away from me on all of the closing procedures that needed to be done. Little rug brooms in plain site, people acting as if we were in the way...absolutely rude. Stacy capped off her failings on the night by insisting to collect my bill before I was finished with my meal. Again...rude. Looked forward to their signature Blue Bell ice cream? Nope! Replaced with Blue Bunny ice cream which might be the worst stuff I've ever tasted. In short, this ain't the Carrabba's that I remember and I would encourage everyone to avoid this place. Great layout, great potential, they've skimped on the quality of ingredients and completely miss the mark on customer service. Don't waste your time, there are much better ways to spend it.

I went to Carrabba's with my brother & cousin. The majority of my review will be based specifically on my meal, unless we shared something or they commented on theirs. I started with an appetizer of fried shrimp in a lemon butter cream sauce (a take on bang-bang shrimp?) that I can;t remember the name of. It was not good at all. The sauce tasted bitter and made the breading on the shrimp mushy. Next came my Caeser salad, which tasted like it had way too much lemon added. It was very tart. Things were not looking good at this point, as service was slow as well. Next came the entree, which I opted for the Lobster Mac N Cheese billed as "Cavatappi corkscrew pasta with lobster, pancetta and four cheeses, topped with toasted breadcrumbs". The pasta was cooked well, but the sauce was almost non-existent and the cheese(s) were all in a semi-melted ball in the middle of the dish. It didn't have much flavor to it. My brother let me try his tiramisu, which I didn;t care for either, it was pretty dry. OK, I'm cured. No more appetite for Carrabba's. Movin' on....

Over salted over processed out of a can food. Chef Boyardee would be jealous. The chair backs are all sticky with grease. This place needs a serious cleaning.

I absolutely love it here! One of my favorites. I always get the cavatappi amatriciana and it is the best!!! Along with a Caesar salad and fresh bread I always leave happy. Almost every time I come (which is 2-3 times per month) the wait staff is friendly and quick even if it is busy!

We had terrible service on Sunday April 17th. Kelly S. was our server who got smart with my husband just because he ask for more ice water. Once I said something to her about it she act like she didn't have an attitude but made the comment: "It's just one of those days". WOW! Well maybe she shouldn't have come to work to deal with the public. She never even apologized. We had 5 people in our party and we ordered 2 apps, our dinners and dessert! How ungrateful! Don't waste your money here. You would have thought were were just in Olive Garden (even there I have received better service)! I emailed the owner and the manager and got no response from them regarding the way we were treated. Don't go to this Carrabba! The Carrabbas in Sterling Heights by Lakeside mall has better staff, better service and the manager actually comes around and speaks to all the guests to ensure the best service.

Casey was a pleasant young gal who engaged easily in conversation. Still love the fresh baked bread, the Sicilan chicken soup and the sangria punch. We were there re dinner hour and the staff was still getting setup both in the kitchen (prep) and dining room. Unfortunately no one saw the brooms and sweepers left by tables to remove them. They did see well enough to avoid hitting them though. As this was second visit in two months I'm surprised a manager doesn't come out to check in guests.

My wife and I took a friend to lunch on Saturday, 04-11-2015. I ordered the lasagna, the wife ordered the shrimp macaroni and cheese and our friend ordered steamed muscles over pasta. Everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent. Why not a five star? The food must be "over-the-top" to be a five star. Question: Is it just me or is it a bit unusual to NOT have ranch dressing for a salad? I believe this is the first establishment that offers salad and NOT offer ranch dressing. At least its a first for me. Would I come back? Absolutely.

I met my friend here for Lunch. I have been at other locations for dinner so It is not the first. We ended up sitting at the bar which was a change of pace for this location. The bartender was pleasant and attentive. I had the Small, Lunch portion salmon with Pasta. The salmon and Pasta were excellent. Often times places do not cook salmon great. The salmon was not over cooked and the pasta had a nice zesty tomato sauce. I enjoyed my meal and would certainly go back to this location for lunch.

I always have amazing service when I go to this place even if it is 30 min before they close. Greeted with tons of smiles. I have been a fan of their Pollo Rosa Maria for years and haven't found anything like it anywhere else before. Check this place out if you haven't. The food is amazing!

Wow heard decent things about this restaurant we were misguided. Well lets face it the food is Americanize Italian food. OK I can live with that but the whole experience left much to be desired the food D- the service C and the building D. That being the case you can get the same or better food at Olive Garden for less.

Went to get a Carry Out, got there about 4:15pm. Order LOBSTER Mac and Cheese. Waited about 20 minutes. The waiter brought out my food in a large handle bag, looked inside no plastic ware no napkins. Went home about 10 minutes away. Opened it up, it was overcooked dry and looked like 1/2 a portion and I payed $17.99. Call the Restaurant and explained. The manager named Bree said they would make me another one. I refused and said I just wanted my money back. She asked my name and said ask for me when you come back. Got there, asked for Bree, waited , another waitress said we made you a new order, I said I didn't want another order, just wanted my money back. She said it would be on them and also would give me my money back. Bree never came. I left with another order, my money back, a dessert and a $25.00 gift card and still was not happy. Food was again horrible, I threw it away. Will never go back. The gift card will go to a homeless person. Thanks Bree for being a great manager.

Dinner for 4 at 4:30 Thursday 02/12/2015. Dinners and service was fair. Most Carrabba's visited from Knoxville to Long Island have been exceptional. Stay away from the mussels at this Canton Carrabba's. Worst ever! They were no bigger than the tip of my little finger and the broth was the worst I've ever had. Normally a good hard crusted bread is for dipping in the broth. Not here. Told the server. She did remove them from the bill, but no visit from the manager or the chef to find out what the problem was. Normally the chef or the manager will walk around and visit with the guests at every Carrabba's ever visited. Not here. That's a problem, because now they will continue to serve these awful bivalve mollusks and dishwater broth to other guests'. Sorry Carrabba's. Love all the locations we've ever dined at.

I have never had anything bad from here. chicken Bryan is by far my favorite followed by the Sicilian chicken soup. the new Arancini is good. there pizza's are very good as well as the fettuccine Alfredo are all amazing. I especially like how they make each item to order. they have no problems taking something off the dish or adding something to it if you want.

Went for dinner with colleagues, friend raved about place. Was seated at table with a terrible cold draft coming from ceiling, ask to be moved. We were 4 guys, minutes after agreeing with us about how cold it was, they sat a mother and young son at the cold table. Noticed lady complain, nothing was done for them and she wore her winter jacket the entire time she was in the place. That sucks, Food was ok, nothing special, ordered filet rare, received medium at best. Worth trying, not great

This used to be a steadfast favorite of ours, always consistent with their quality, but not tonite. We noticed some changes that are indicative of decline. First thing was the iced tea I ordered. I wasn't asked if I preferred sweetened or regular. Then when it was delivered there were no packets of various types of sweetners that are typical anywhere, on any table in the restaurant nor was I asked if I wanted any. (I didn't but if I did I apparently had to ask). Then when the bread came it was nice and warm but usually they put down a little dish of herbs and drizzle it with olive oil then leave the bottle on the table for refills. Nope, not anymore! They just expect a whole basket of bread to absorb a drizzle of olive oil. It didnt. So waiting for waitress to return so we could request more, our bread got cold. Well, there's always the Caesar Salad we said, we always love those. Nope, not anymore! The dressing was obviously watered down and weak and not enough. My entree was good tho, I had the Linguine Alfredo with Grilled chicken, my husband's Steak Marsala was smaller than usual even tho it was the largest portion on menu. This whole experience was very disappointing and smacks of quality cutting for profit. Restaurants do not survive long with that attitude. We are bummed.

Its much better than going to Chilli's or Apple bees..... I rather come here. Though no comparison over the years I have seen the quality of food decline. But I still enjoying coming here. The wait staff is kind and polite, bathrooms are clean and service is quick. Why did I not given them 5 stars - because I've had and experienced much better Italian food. Its a chain they buy their stock from the same cheap crappy places where Apple bees and Chilli's shop, but they make the food little tastier than Apple bees and Chilli's. Will I go back - Sure :-)

I truly appreciate the excellent service we receive here. If I see something on the menu, say the Pasta Carrabba, but I want to change it up by having them switch out penne for fettuccine, shrimp for chicken, and, oh yeah, add some bacon then their response is always 'no problem' with a smile (but hopefully not any spit). Salads are nice and fresh. Appetizers are awesome - we particularly enjoy the spicy calamari with lemon butter sauce and Grilled Bruschette. This is easily our favorite national chain Italian restaurant.

I went here last weekend. Never been to this chain but everyone told me that the food is pretty good. The service was excellent but the food left a whole lot to be desired. We ordered several appetizers all of which sounded delicious on the menu but came up short when delivered. While the menu does a great job of enticing you to order the food is very very simple and very overpriced. This is food you can make at home for a quarter or the price in just as much time if not less than sitting down at the restaurant. For a main course everyone at the table got a chicken dish but not a one ordered the same dish. When the food got to our table we found that the difference in the meal size between a small order and the full was half a chicken breast. The chicken was all grilled with the exact same spice mix and cooked exactly the same way. Now a note on the spices. .... I love salt. I add it to everything even sprinkle my cookies with it when I bake but damn I choked on this chicken. Way too much and am so glad I didn't add any before tasting like I would anywhere else. Back to the meal, the pieces of chicken being all the same and very very tiny for 15 to 20 bucks a plate all came with a side and this is the smallest side you'll ever get! My plate was almost completely empty, the sauces and toppings on each dish was almost non existent, and all the sides tasted and looked like they had been made in bulk hours earlier and are reheated to order. Sad to say we did not order dessert after this whole meal and will probably not return. I have worked for years as a chef in some of the best restaurants in the USA so I will admit I am very harsh in my critic of food but these is much better and cheaper italian food in and around canton for you to afford to drive ten minutes to get something so so much better.

We stopped here after a an extra-long trip through road construction and then an hour at Ikea. We've always been happy with Carrabbas so were looking forward to this meal. We were seated right away (at about 7pm on a Saturday) and had drinks quickly. We placed our son's pizza order first and then our orders were taken. We of course enjoyed the bread and dipping concoction, though it seemed like much less than we've gotten in the past. We only went through one basket of bread since we also ordered the calamari--which was good, though a little peppery. We were all impressed with our dishes, from the Sausage Lentil soup to the Seafood Cannelloni to the Caesar Salad with Shimp to the Quattro Formaggi pizza...it was all really damn good. And our son enjoyed his cheese pizza as well. The only small reasons for taking away a star was the service. While the guy was nice, he was a little overly chatty (he was decent with us, but he spent quite a bit of time at the table next to us when we were waiting for refills or the bill, etc.). And he was a little spacey--it took asking three times (10-15 minutes) to get milk for our son, he took my water refill away about 10 seconds after he brought it to me (as he was clearing empty glasses), and he brought my husband a regular Coke instead of a Diet. It wasn't a big hassle and we joked about it with him (and he apologized) but still, it took away a star. The kids pizza was also a dollar more than the menu listed, but by then, we just wanted to get out of there so I didn't complain about it. We'd definitely go back, as the food is just super good.

We've always had great experiences here. Service has always been very good and the prices are resonable considering how much you get. It can get pretty loud though depending on the time of day that you go due to the layout of the place.

I've been here a few times and remember it as being decent but nothing I would really go out of my way for (funny because I live almost right across the street from this place!). I was there tonight with a group of 7....on a Tuesday, slightly after 8. I knew the place would be quite, and that can be a good thing, or a bad thing....unfortunately for us, well just keep reading. Four of us showed up at once, we were still waiting for the other three. They take us to a seat in the bar area - not quite as nice as the main dining room, but that is fine as we are there past the dinner hour and maybe they are already starting to clean tables in the main area. But they take us to this round table in the corner that has about enough room for 5. I thought maybe they didn't hear that we were waiting for others. When mentioned they said they were going to go get 2 more chairs. And put them where I thought? So I ask if we can sit at the high tops that are close by instead. This required pushing a high top for 2 and another for 4 together. Shouldn't be a big deal, only the table for 2 is so wobbly and broken down that it doesn't even come close to lining up with the rest of the tables. The hostess drops the menus and leaves before we can say anything. When the waitress came to get our drink orders we mention it and they ended up pushing over one more 2 person table on to the other end, giving us 8 good solid seats. Ah, finally. We start out with a could of apps and drinks - the cappuccino machine is broke so she has to come back to get one more drink order. Our entire party is there now. Our comes the appetizer - it was on special - something like a spinach fondue with toasted bread. The best thing I ate all night - super yummy except for an entire crock of gooey cheesy spinach dip they give us 6 very small triangles of toasted bread. When they take our order I ask for some more bread as we have almost a full crock left between the 2 that we ordered. It took a good 45 minutes to get that toasted bread. Really? By then the cheese had congealed and it was just not appealing at all. The entrees were okay, but I think a bit high priced for what you get. A friend of ours was treating everyone - kind of a pre-Christmas dinner. I felt really bad because I know it was expensive and not that good. I know it's a chain, but for the price, chain or not, we should have had an attentive waitress (she disappeared every so often), a decent seating choice, and the food selections we wanted (broken machine and they were out of one of the soups). I don't mean to sound harsh, and yes, I am going to send a message to the manager as well - I might have said something tonight but when we finally got done with our meal at a little after 10 the place was pretty much desolate.
Hey, not bad! Italian places are a dime a dozen in Sacramento, so average to me is disappointing. While Carraba's didn't exactly blow me away with one-of-a-kind meals, they did a good job at their menu and quality. Nice meals, nice selection, nice drink choices, and nice service. Combine all that with a good atmosphere and you get a spot that's memorable, if not remarkable. As I've said to a few other chain restaurants I've been to in the area, don't have any of these back in my area but it'd sure be nice if there was one. Sometimes you just want a safe and simple choice, and Carrabba's is a good safe solution for a hankering for Italian.

Carrabba's is one of our favorite Restaurants. We order either the Filet Florentine with Marsala Sauce with a double side of fettuccini Alfredo or the Pork Chops Marsala which is quite excellent as well. A potato is served with either dish and is always perfect. Bread is brought out with Olive Oil mix for dipping. The Sicilian Chicken Soup, the Minestrone, and the Lentil and Sausage are all great starters. My Wife could just get a bowl of soup and bread and be totally happy. The Filet is a melt in your mouth Steak that rates right up there with the best I've ever had. Carrabba's also offers a Sirloin Marsala, but spend the extra bucks and go with the Fillet. It's well worth the cost. The Wait Staff is superb and the occasional desert Tiramisu puts you right over the top. They have Sangria which seems a little pricey, but is very flavorful and compliments the meal. I'm going a solid 4 stars

Visited here twice. First time, a very overpriced, mediocre plate of spaghetti. I've paid half this for far better food. Typical chain restaurant. At least it beats Olive Garbage, but that's not saying much. Second time...well, we never got a chance to eat since we sat there for twenty minutes, watching waiter after waiter walk by, and nobody came our way. Yes, even after hailing others to get someone to help us. Finally walked out, telling the hostess that it was our last visit...and it was.

Have been to this restaurant before and have enjoyed it. The only thing I took points off this time is to warn people not to go later at night. We showed up at 9pm last night, well before their 11pm closing time, and we were rushed through service the whole time. I don't know if it was just the waitress or the entire staff, but we were treated pretty indifferently. Upon seating (which took about 10 minutes to get someone to notice us), our waitress asked for drink and appetizer orders. When we said we would need a few minutes, she left and came back every 2 minutes to bug us about it (and after the second time, I did time it!) Anyway, you can imagine the rest--rush, rush, rush, so we were out by 10:05, with our waitress saying as she put down the bill, "Did you want dessert?". I also hate restaurants that start refilling the olive oil containers and salt and pepper shakers while I'm sitting there. I especially hate it when they TAKE THE OLIVE OIL CONTAINER OFF MY TABLE TO REFILL IT WHEN IT WAS FULL ENOUGH FOR MY NEEDS, AND THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET THEIR JOB DONE! I believe it was just our waitress because there were plenty of other people in the restaurant, and they didn't seem as rushed, but when I spent $100 on food, I do expect to have a relaxing experience. My advice -- don't go after 9pm.

the Canton location has become our go-to place for a treat! Everything from staff to bar is top notch. We always eat at the pasta bar as we end up with little or no wait, get great attention there and can see the food as it is prepared. The Mussels are favs of all of the family and we polish off quite a few! I love the fact that the staff here never have any issue of we want to change it up a bit...a different type of pasta or add lemon, or garlic whatever, they do it happily. Wine prices are fair here and they are always willing to seal it up to go if you don't finish your bottle... lol, never needed with me and my guy! We joined the Amici club on line and get great secrets, invites etc. I highly recommend it. For a chain, we are pleased to see that they are good in all the parts of the country we have tried it!

Wow. Since there are a bunch of strip-mall chain restaurants around here (Applebee's, Outback Steakhouse), and Carrabba's is part of a chain, I wasn't expecting much the first time I came here with friends. I ended up being totally impressed, though, by both the service and the food, so we've gone back several times. For some reason, a handful of the other restaurants we like in Canton seem to close kinda early. If we're out there on an Ikea run, or for some other reason, and it's after 7 or so, Carrabba's usually figures into our dinner plans. Portions, as some have mentioned, are huge. You get your money's worth. Be prepared to bring a decent amount of food home with you. Even the salads are pretty large -- we asked the waitress if we could split a side salad, and she not only obliged out budget-mindedness, but brought it to us on separate plates. Very sweet. I've tried a handful of different pasta dishes and have enjoyed (half!) of them all. We also recently indulged in some zucchini fritters, which are just an excuse to feel somewhat healthy while eating something fried! Still, the sauce was a tasty compliment - I wasn't disappointed. They'll serve you some hot bread with dipping oil as well, so make sure not to fill up on just that. They were slammed the other night when we dropped in -- I don't think there was an empty table in the whole place, but our waitress was still very sweet and attentive. I've never had anything less than great service.

Our favorite Italian restaurant even if it is a chain. Service is usually very good - but we come back for the food which never disappoints - consistent quality prepared oh so well. Antonio's and Olive Garden can't stand in the same line....... It isn't cheap but if you want to treat yourself, go here, you won't be disappointed!

Other than a pleasant waitress named Candace, our family's experience was disappointing. The food is americanized italian, for example the seafood ravioli was what you'd expect from the Costco freezer section (I think that is actually where they got it from, and then charged $17 for 10 pieces, Yikes). The Minestrone soup was so tasteless and blah that we sent back the two bowls we ordered (which I have never done at any restaurant before). The lasagna was not to my liking...more something I would have expected from Big Boy. Anyway, not going back. On a positive note, the kids loved their wood-oven pizza.

This is one of my favorite placed to eat. They have the best Filet and garlic mashed potatoes. My family loves it too but don't try the steak at the novi one because it is always bad. We stick to Canton. Always great service too.

Very pleasant surprise. Never thought a chain Italian restaurant would be so good. Chicken Bryan is outstanding. It can get little too noisy.
Only been here once but I had a good experience. The atmosphere was nice, the food was good. The only thing I wasn't happy about was how packed the restaurant was, not that they can help being busy, but they REALLY packed in the seating to a slightly uncomfortable level. Overall I'd definitely go again though. UPDATE : I attempted to take my Mom here for Mother's Day and I understand mother's day is busy but they might as well just accept first in the door and close the place, because once packed there is simply no getting in. We did their fake version of reservations with call ahead seating and it only shortened our wait from 3 hours to 2 hours. We left.

Carrabba's is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The food is always very good, the portions are huge (we leave with seconds in boxes every time - wish they would use recyclable takeaway boxes rather than styrofoam, though), and the service ranges from fine to excellent (when it's super-busy, the wait staff seem to be stretched the slightest bit thin - not to the point of bad service, but it could be better). On weekend nights, it is definitely very busy, and unfortunately some guests have the bad habit of leaving their children in the waiting-to-be-seated area while they're off drinking at the bar - the kids then end up being loud and obnoxious with no one watching them (we've seen this happen more than once). The entryway can get very crowded and it can be pretty uncomfortable to wait for a table when it's too cold to wait outside. Several times we've experienced above-and-beyond treatment - when we first dined there, we were invited to leave our opinions and ever since, we've received gift cards or coupons for our birthdays and anniversary. The second time we were there, the head chef came out and offered us tasters of several dishes between our salad/soup and the main course, essentially giving us all two main courses to sample (and plenty of leftovers to take home). To avoid the negatives, we try to avoid dining there at peak times (Friday and Saturday evenings 6-10pm). I definitely recommend Carrabba's!

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

(2)Jessica L.
I absolutely love it here! One of my favorites. I always get the cavatappi amatriciana and it is the best!!! Along with a Caesar salad and fresh bread I always leave happy. Almost every time I come (which is 2-3 times per month) the wait staff is friendly and quick even if it is busy!

Great food and great staff!

District manager was nice to follow up on complaint and provided gift card compensation due to manager's behavior.

Absolutely.

Carrabbas is a favorite of ours... We love the staff at the Canton location... Becky is the best she is always professional and goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need... We miss her when she is off . Becky always makes our dining special ... The manager is so awesome always remembers us and always treats us awesome. We love the Canton location

WOW, had a great dinner the three of us, Can't say we had a bad bite through the whole meal. waitress was Mona and she was very good. Will go back again. Italian food is my favorite because they put so much love in preparation.
(5)Darrell K.

(5)Ken D.
Wow heard decent things about this restaurant we were misguided. Well lets face it the food is Americanize Italian food. OK I can live with that but the whole experience left much to be desired the food D- the service C and the building D. That being the case you can get the same or better food at Olive Garden for less.
(1)Ashton A.
I don't care for their food....

4.5 if I could rate it that way, Very good food, good service, clean restaurant, fair prices when you go to their website and get their coupon offers!

(2)Mike B.

(2)Goeff L.
(3)Liz R.
(4)Erica S.

(4)Emma C.

I try not to review too many big chain places but I do want to review here as it is my favorite of the chain places. It does not have coupons but I don't really care because it is consistently great food. We have also visited the one on Novi and it is every bit as good. The appetizers in here are great. The Cozze In Bianco are fresh Canadian Cove mussels from Prince Edward Island steamed in white wine, basil, lemon butter and Pernod. You can easily share them with four people, such a deal. The sauce is so good to dip bread into too. The Shrimp Scampi is my husband's fave, sautéed with garlic, white wine, herbs and lemon butter, served with garlic toast for dipping. A small portion for what you pay though so be warned. The flavor, however is top notch. I love the soups in here. My favorites are the Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup, a zesty soup with delicate noodles and the spicier Lentil and Sausage, an absolute delight. I basically could just get a bowl of soup and bread in here and be totally happy. My family also likes the Minestrone but I must confess I never get it. The salads are nice too but I would never pick them over soup to be honest. I almost always get one of two dishes in here. If I am looking for something light I get the excellent Tagliarini Picchi Picchiu, a fine pasta in a sauce of crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil. I add grilled chicken as all the grilled items here are so incredibly good. If I am looking to splurge I get the Chicken Bryan which is grilled chicken breast topped with a sharp goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and a basil lemon butter sauce. I always ask for Fettucini Alfredo as my side pasta and they always allow it. Calorie heaven I know but honestly this is the only fettucini alfredo I eat outside of my own homemade and frankly it is way better than mine. My husband always gets something with Fettucini Alfredo. Usually Filet Fiorentino with a double side of it. The filet is incredibly good, just melt in your mouth tender perfection. As Carrabbas is owned by the same company that owns Outback its really no wonder. My parents are fans of the Spiedino di Mare, shrimp and sea scallops coated with Italian breadcrumbs, grilled and topped with lemon butter sauce. Good but not a whole lot of it in my opinion. I love when they have the Chicken Trio on special as I am a huge fan of the Bryan but also quite like the Marsala with the proscuitto and mushroom sauce and the Rosa Maria with the fontina, proscuitto, mushroom and basil lemon butter sauce. One of the things I love about here is we always have leftovers, my husband and I both make it a two meal deal when we dine, that makes me feel better about spending too much. This place is also special to us as we have had numerous romantic events together in the dimly lit interior, so it always feels happy here for us. So if you want a top of the line chain with reliable food, good service and a nice atmosphere you cannot go wrong with Carrabbas.
(4)Ed S.
(4)Bruce F.
(4)Rudy R.
(1)Patty F.

(5)mariah c.
(4)Janice B.
(5)Jesse R.
(2)Christine M.
This is one of my favorite placed to eat. They have the best Filet and garlic mashed potatoes. My family loves it too but don't try the steak at the novi one because it is always bad. We stick to Canton. Always great service too.
(5)Dave G.
Very pleasant surprise. Never thought a chain Italian restaurant would be so good. Chicken Bryan is outstanding. It can get little too noisy.
(4)Karen H.
This place is so tight. I was there for a dinner with my fiancé , two different waiters broke a glass and dishes while we were there for an hour. waitress was very nice but wait was so long and i just hated their sitting arrangement. Food was very bland . Not so impressed!
(2)Mike E.
We left.
(3)Anne H.
