Stopped on way to work for a good meal to sustain me through a 12 hr shift My waitress is rude. Have to ask for everything like jelly when it should be offered. I asked what the difference is bt 2 potato sides and she pointed to the picture. Pointed. Like I'm 4 But those little cubed potatoes were awesome. Scrambled eggs great. They usually are rubber at these types of places. Did require heavy s n p tho. Steak was well cooked and surprisingly good for a place like this. Restaurant is neat clean and bright.

Bob Evans makes a nice breakfast. It's a little pricier than many of the plethora of "Coney Islands" (that term is being used too loosely around town). I usually get eggs over medium or scrambled, but of which come out cooked correctly. Follow that with hash browns & bacon (I'm not a huge sausage fan). I also have had their sausage gravy & biscuits which are some of the few in a restaurant I'll eat. The blueberry pancakes and blintz are decadent. It's a nice place for me to get together with family & catch up while sharing breakfast on a weekend.

My wife and I stopped in here yesterday. We were seated and met our waitress, Nancy. According to her shiny name tag, Nancy is a Bob Evan's staff trainer. Nancy needs to be retrained about the part where waitresses are supposed to be....what's the word....oh yeah!! FRIENDLY. She was as dry as the butter-less toast they serve. Personally, I think we were treated poorly by Nancy because we were far below the average age of 700 years old. Which, I think is their target demographic. I came to that conclusion because all the 700+ So we weren't worthy of Nancy's bright, denture mouthed, smile. The last time I visited a Bob Evans, I was 9; and with my grandparents. 30 years later, nothing is different. Nothing. At. All. The only reason we even stopped in was due to the fact that IKEA wasn't open yet. There's about 50 coney's in the area. Stop there for breakfast. They serve the same things, at half the price, and probably with a smile. I'll give them another shot in another 30 years. But don't hold your breath that anything will be different....Especially, Nancy.

Food was okay-pancakes were drenched in syrup. Service was horrible from management. She offended us twice in one visit. Once to our face, and once when we were leaving- all over a coupon. This place that'd mostly for an older crowd anyway, lost potential customers who go to breakfast AT LEAST once a week, all over a coupon that cost them 4 bucks.

Worst Breakfast Ever The service and food were the worst I have experienced in a long while. We were seated immediately and ordered soon as well. After taking our order our waitress was never seen again. An assistant manager brought out our food after a long wait. The eggs were tasteless, Sausage links were good but the home fried potatoes were cool and tasted as if they were cooked in very stale oil. We got the attention of another waitress who looked for our waitress so we could get our bill but she ended up preparing it herself so we could cash out. At the cash register the person asked how our meal was and I replied it was very poor as was the service but no one seemed to care. I will be crossing this place off my list of places for breakfast.

Bad Service. I was seated promptly and it took waitress a good 5 minutes to greet me. I ordered my eggs over hard, and the yolks were broken. I asked for well done hashbrowns they were no where near well done. Very Disapointed in the service and food.

Very good dinner at Bob Evan's last week. We were out and deciding what to eat and drove by Bob Evan's of Canton and decided to give it a try. They have a lot of new menu items to select from. We had the Chicken and Noodle Dinner with a Chicken Pecan Cranberry Salad and it was all excellent. Great food, great service (Amanda) and a clean environment to dine in. The only negative was the iced tea was not good at all. Over all though I give them 4 stars and I'll be back...

I met a Colleague from Law School here when she was in town over the holidays. We both really enjoy Bob Evans and so it's kind of our place. We met here since it was a central location off the highway. This Bob Evans was just like the others. The food is good, ol' fashioned, down-home cooking. The menu is loaded with comfort food, the kind that you expect to get on the farm. I am always pleased with it. The Colleague got chicken and noodles and it looked delicious. I got a salad. I love the salads because they are always fresh and taste great. I love the Wildfire Ranch salad dressing too. I think the particular Bob Evans location was good. The service was excellent. They refilled our drinks even though we sat for 2 hours talking at the table and they didn't seem to mind. The food was hot and prepared well. The restaurant was clean. Overall, it was a great experience. I really like the breakfasts at Bob Evans also. However, I think the breakfasts are overpriced and not as good as the local coney. I do like that you can get biscuits and gravy or fried mush.

Horrible service. I never complain about restaurants ever in my life but I will have to about this Bob Evans on Ford rd in canton. First off, it took 45 minutes for us to get our food, then when she brought the food for the person I was eating there with, she told me another waitress took the western omelet that was mine, so I had to wait to receive another one. Which I received pretty quickly, but it was the wrong order. Before the waitress went to fix the order she went around taking other orders, and filling other people's drinks...At this point I was filling up on pancakes me and the other person I was with were splitting. I didn't touch the western omelet once it was finally given to me. Told cashier it was horrible and all she said was okay, and then when she said she thought we were kidding, I told her we were serious, she just went on saying "oh normally ppl joke around..." And wasn't even listening to us. Then speaking with the manager there about the horrible service from the elder woman cashing us out, and the waitress, all he said was "oh sorry.." And then all there was after that was awkward silence. Horrible place to eat, horrible service, horrible food. Would not recommend this place. While walking out, a guy customer that was leaving asked us what happened and we told him, and he said "it's hit or miss here." What a horrible reputation this bob Evans has. What a waste of $30.

So I'm out from California visiting family, and I want a decent breakfast close to their house. This wasn't exactly the closest, but it was pretty good. Has standard fair breakfast cafe food, and the service was nice. I REALLY wanted to try a biscuit bowl setup, but as all of them have eggs and the good medical practitioners tell me I must avoid them for now, it's something that will have to wait for another visit. Really, it's simple setup with simple cooking, and they make it work. Very mid-west chain stylized, and really that works for me. I just wish we had these back in my area. Oh well, makes a good morning stop off whenever I'm visiting.

I don't know why but this is quickly becoming a sure thing for me. The service is always prompt and very courteous! The breakfast items are always spot on. B.E. has worked it's way into a regular possibility whenever the word 'breakfast' is mentioned. I'm not a big box restaurant kind of guy but because of B.E. I am definitely starting to flirt with the dark side...

I would say nice environment, very good food and service we have got in there. This morning my friend and I went there for breakfast. We had coffee to start our day while we were waiting for our food to be served. We each ordered a big breakfast. When our food were served, my friend who tried to spread some black pepper on her food. the cap of the black pepper bottle suddenly fell and all the pepper were poured onto her food in the plate. Oh my! We asked for help, and the waitress showed up immediately and took it away and we were told to not to worry and we got another one with a little more decoration in a few mins. Good service! We will sure go back there again.

After being forced out of the other canton location by a terrible waitresses we decided to check this location out! We were terribly disappointed to say the least! The waitress at this location decided to avoid coming back to take our order for 35 mins and when she got back stunk of cigarettes which obviously was more important to her than my 1/3 year olds stomachs were! We stood up and left at that point, went to Plato's down the street!

Wow!! Usually we have been "regulars" at this Bob Evans! We just love Randall, the mgr. And usually the food is good, hot and filling. It's also usually predictable! But today we went after church and because we have both been servers we are very forgiving of semi bad service ! Today I had asked for my hash browns to be extra crispy! I also asked for cheese in my scrambled eggs! I got wet & chilly hash browns & my eggs were cold & definitely no cheese! My sausage was not even hot and the hotcakes were yummy blueberry ones! The manager was a kind if heavy set man who was very very kind and he took the meal off of our bill. That was kind of him because our waitress was a disaster! We had a girl, Alexa and she must have been frazzled or new or something? She never came back to ask if everything was Ok! She then lied to the mgr when we finally asked him for the bill!! She said as we were leaving"I told you it was up at the register"! UM... "NO YOU DID NOT"!! We aren't very happy and at first as one thing after another in the serving area was going sour, we were very forgiving! But I think we won't be back for a long time! Not good day at Bob Evans for us today!

This is the place to come for good, old fashioned, tastes like home cooked meals. Today I ordered their 3 course turkey dinner. It comes with bread, choice of soup or salad, entree and dessert. The turkey was moist and delicious, the stuffing and cranberry were tasty, and the mashed potatoes were good too. My only complaint was they don't give you enough gravy. I had extra potatoes left over with no gravy on them. The prices are not too bad either. I paid $14 for the three course meal plus a beverage. In the past I have ordered their pot roast sandwich which is excellent as well. This place is definitely an old people's place, but the food is good and worth a visit.
