Uccello’s Ristorante Pizzeria & Sports Lounge Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

I have yet to be disappointed at Uccello's of Caledonia. While the majority of the seating is in the sports bar area of the restaurant, their food is nothing like a sports bar I have ever Tonight I had the ribeye steak for the first time. It was cooked and seasoned to a perfect medium. My wife had the pasta with tomato cream and Sicilian style chicken added on the recommendation of our waitress Stephanie (who was excellent by the way). Her recommendation was spot on, and we ordered a second to bring home to our kids. This is happily becoming our regular spot for any occasion.

Don't use the call ahead seating doesn't work! Arrived on time and found out they gave our table away.

Great pizza, good service. The atmosphere is a little weird, since it's a pizzeria combined with a sports lounge. I don't know if I'll come back but if they do takeout I might pick up a few pizzas.

As far as sports bars go, this place is really a good one. Good service. Extensive menu and a lot of tv's. Good place to spend time with the guys. Very good food

Our family had pasta dishes. The food was good. The service was excellent. It is my wife's birthday and they treated her well. Free surprise dessert. Birthday coupon saved us some money too.

I got let in even though I didn't have an ID on me past hours - I really appreciated that. The service was great, the soup I had was delicious, and all the appetizers my friends ordered were inhaled (so I'm guessing they were good). I like this place a lot! Bravo.

We stop in at least twice a month for late night cheap eats. The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good. However, today was quite the opposite. The bartender (guy) was disinterested in providing good customer service. He was much more interested in serving his big group of friends (guys) who were doing shots and carrying on like silly boys. It took 10 minutes for him to finally acknowledge us. This never happens when the ladies are bar tending (we sit at the bar to order because it's late night). The ladies are able to multi task and serve several customers without problem. Also, the food was not the greatest today. My pizza was soggy and flavorless. The marinara is usually very good but today it was very bland. So this rating is ONLY a 4 star because of previous visits. If I were rating them for today only it would be a 1 star rating. Let the ladies run the place!!!

Very good pizza. The lunch buffet is decent. Takes a while for the trays to be refilled. One time I had to wait for dishes. Parking at dinner time on Friday and Saturday night is a challenge.

We come here regularly and always have good service. I love their breadsticks, chicken fingers, & wings, but I have really never been disappointed by a meal here. I've ordered their pizzas, pastas, steak and it was all good. I like the outdoor dining option. We have ordered things to go a few times and our order has been messed up a few times but they are always quick to compensate.

Stopped in here Friday after a long week at work, sat at the bar so we got specials on bar food (buffalo chips with blue cheese sprinkles were delicious). Have a variety of beers on tap - got Oberons, great per usual. We also ordered a sprombolli to go and heated it up later - tasted incredible. Excellent service!

This is the best Italian restaurants I've been to in a while. The prices are a little high but the food and service is excellent at this location.

Got a large pizza to take out, and while the sauce was very good, the crust and taste the next day were not. Voted best pizza in Grand Rapids by someone, I think they bought the vote...was not as advertised...

The food is very good, but the wait for a table on weekends and game-nights can be overly long - last time, we waited 45 minutes. Our waitress wasn't very attentive, but the place was very busy and she definitely tried her best. The cheese sticks are delicious and a meal by themselves, served with house-made marinara. My friend had the pasta alfredo and said it was very good. While we were waiting for our table, a family came in with a special needs child, and the restaurant was very kind and accommodating. That sold me forever!

We've gone here almost weekly for the past year or so and really love catching the big games here with all the excitement! It can be VERY busy if there is a big (especially local-Detroit or MSU or UofM) game on the many big screen TVs so either show up early or prepare for a little wait. I think the longest we waited was for the UofM basketball championship game last year-but then you might expect that. We usually have good service and the one time we complained about the service, they sent us a $25 gift card. As far as the food goes, their pizza is delicious, most of the rest of the menu is typical "bar food." I would say it is a nice atmosphere, but it can get very loud during a big game, so if you're wanting to chit-chat over dinner it may not be the best place. However, if you're wanting to cheer for your team, it is a great environment-next best thing to being at the game!

Very good boneless wings, affordable drinks. Great place to catch a game and a quick bite to eat. Tasty fettucini alfredo. Would NOT recommend the sausage plate, it was just very bland overall - same for mozzarella sticks.

after the grand rapids, ( e. beltline) did not want to wait on us and many others, we decided to go to caledonia. A faro sounded so good, and it was. Our waitress was Dalisia, she was fine, made our meal very enjoyable. This restaurant was worth the drive. We will go here again

outdoor dining patio was nice. they even light candles for each table. good food. terribly unprofessional table service. go with very casual expectations. inside is loud. stick to the outdoor patio.

Big enough to actually handle the crowd of being in such a remote location. Good specials but not really worth a normal dinner situation.

Consistently well above average. Always a good crowd, especially when there is a game on. Lots of televisions and the best games are always on.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere - the big screen TV (even though I'm not a sports fan) gave the place the life it had, the only life within miles. The food was really good and ridiculously filling. The beer, which I can't remember the name, but know that it's from Bell's Brewery, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI was also really good (and I don't like beer). The place was filled with a mixture of group sizes and ages. The food came out really fast and our waitress was very attentive. Everything we had was good.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
