We stopped in for lunch. We had grilled cheese, the West End sandwich, and potato soup. All were very tasty. I didn't have coffee, but I can recommend the Italian soda. My daughter loved the cookies. The atmosphere is nice featuring comfortable seating and local artists art work. The staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

Good coffee and sandwich. Friendly staff and clean place. Definitely a good stop during your road trip.

The ice cubes in the iced coffee say it all: they are made of coffee. These people care. A great place to stop on the way to the UP. Also the nice owner let me use the employees' restroom when an old man went into the other one.

I hit WestEnd Coffee and Tea twice during my stay in Cadillac. Both times I had the dark roast - they offer a Sumatra. If you want Half n Half, just ask. They keep it in the fridge behind the counter. The staff here are friendly and outgoing. Plenty of seating and free WiFi! They offer some sandwiches, soup, and baked goods, which I did not try. Cool little coffee shop!

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great and they offer soy and almond milk alternatives. There are gluten-free and vegan cookies as well as gluten-free bread which can be used in lieu of breakfast bagels or lunch sandwiches. The perfect stop on our drive through Cadillac (right off of M115). I will also say, the price is right... a hidden gem!

Great little coffee shop. Amazingly friendly service, great coffee and we really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful place that made our morning the weekend of our annual canoe trip.

Needed a place to warm up between hockey games. Found West end on yelp. The atmosphere was calm warm and friendly. Great cafe late, hot cocoa, and baked goods!!

This is an excellent little coffee shop! Popped in for an almond milk latte-and it was perfect. Highly recommended.

We stopped here on our way to Chicago from Traverse City, admittedly because we couldn't find a Starbucks . What a great find! The owner is so friendly and the coffee is delicious! Certainly better than Starbucks. This is well worth a stop if you're in the area. I enjoyed the artwork on display while my latte was being made too! Wish we were closer. This would definitely be a regular coffee stop for us.

Great spot. Easy to find. Owner is attentive and workers all friendly. Great bagels sandwiches for cheap!

Great coffee shop! Locally owned, and the owner works the counter. Drive through option, although I went inside. Had the Bagel Special, which is a bagel sandwich (your preference of turkey or ham, and american, havarti, provolone or cheddar (I think) cheese) and a bowl of soup. Most places would give you a cup of soup with a sandwich deal, but at WestEnd you get a LARGE BOWL of delicious soup! The soup is so good, I don't know if it's made in house or not but it sure tasted home made. My only option that day was the Butternut Squash soup, but it was so velvety smooth and had a nice dusting of pumpkin pie spice on top. YUMMY! I also had a Nutty Caramel Apple latte, which was good for me because I like the taste of coffee, but for people who get, as I call them, "frou frou" drinks it might have been a little too coffee-tasting. What I am trying to say is, it wasn't overwhelmingly caramel-apple-y. If it was dog-friendly, and I lived here, I would probably be here every weekend, and at least once a week for lunch.

Exceptional owner who works behind the counter. Amazing coffee and even better muffins. We regret not getting more. Worth taking off from Rd 131

Love the inside! Got a hot chocolate for my daughter and a white chocolate frappe for me along with a granola bar. All of it was delicious!! I would definitely go again the next time I'm in town. Also the owner is very nice!!!

Stopped in here for some refreshment on the way home from a trip to the area...this seems to be a newer business, but it has a very comfy looking lounge area that looks inviting as a place to spend quality time. WestEnd offers the usual assortment of coffee and tea drinks, hot and cold, plus steamers and Italian sodas, plus drink specials. :I didn't see a list of syrups anywhere in the ordering area, and I don't think there's a written menu other than what's on the chalkboard; I took a chance and ordered a white chocolate frappe, and was pleased that I could indeed get that. I was impressed by the balanced flavor -- by the fact that it wasn't overloaded with sweet syrup, that you could taste the coffee in the drink. And the coffee was excellent quality; it made me want to order a hot cup of it as well. Doing some menu recon for future visits, I noted that WestEnd offers a daily choice of homemade soups, plus a limited selection of sandwiches (deli meats, plus chicken or tuna salad, on bread, bagels or croissants), plus some sweet baked goods. We're glad we found out about this place via Yelp -- thank you, fellow Yelpers! A note to travelers: This coffeehouse is on Cadillac's west side, in an old strip mall on the corner of M-115 and M-55; this building is reinventing itself with new tenants, but there are still some significant empty spaces, and it's easy to drive past thinking that the entire building is empty. Nope; there's WestEnd, a newish ice cream stop and a laundromat, and maybe another business. A great refreshment stop for "up north" travelers.

Have been here twice now when we pass through Cadillac. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Had a white mocha latte the first trip and a raspberry almond latte the second trip and both were very good. Prices are good too. Was able to get a 20oz latte and a bagel for almost the same price as just a latte at other coffee shops. They also have free wifi - although we had a to-go order there were people there that appeared to possibly be working remotely. Definitely a good place to stop if you are traveling M115 through Cadillac.

A great pit stop located at the corner of M115 and M55 in Cadillac. The decor is clean and comfortable and the front windows face east allowing the sun to help the coffee wake you up. Try it I'm sure you'll like it. Cheers

While the coffee is awesome, the homemade soups may be the show stealer! Cute cozy place, friendly folks.
