We came here with a group of 6 people. I had the orange chicken, egg drop soup, and the crabmeat cheese. All were very good. The only thing was I thought the service was a bit slow, especially since they weren't busy for a Sunday night. I would return again.

We have ate here many times, and although the food is average, the prices are low for what you get. Very good value indeed.

Good food, good prices, good service. For the price of a fast food meal, our family had a great dining experience. We ordered three dishes from the lunch menu and all were very good. Everyone in our party was pleased with at least one entree, including our picky children. The portions were ample and our entrees came with an appetizer and soup. While the waitstaff was slightly less attentive than I prefer, she was friendly. The day manager was excellent; he made us feel truly welcome and ensured we had a great experience. The ambiance is youthful, fun, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

If you like your ice tea with no ice in it And if you have a afternoon to kill waiting for your food ? Plus being served with the most unprofessional staff you've ever seen ponytails Flopping around go here. holes what a waste of space. Never again.

Disappointed. Staff was very nice and polite. Appears to be understaffed in the kitchen. Long wait for food coupled with cold soup to start. Drink order was also incorrect. When the food arrived, it was ok. Will look for alternative Asian cuisine in Brighton. Will monitor yelp and look for improved results down the line. Manager came over a couple of times. That was nice. I think they want to deliver good customer service, just need to connect better food with timely service.

It's like having an all season tire. Basically you are mediocre at everything... You can't cover all types of Asian cuisines in one roof. And especially not when you have a Mexican cooking it on top of it. Had their sushi, and chinese food...my rating says it all. "meh" I'd be surprised if this place can last...that or Brighton is full of people that don't know where real good food is.

Went here for take out a couple days ago. I ordered Bulgogi, I have never tried it before so I don't know what it is supposed to taste like. I was feeling adventurous! What I had was absolutely delicious! Yummy marinated steak strips with cooked green onions and cooked regular onions. I got it with fried rice which was also tasty. I would order it again for sure! My take out was supposed to take 15 minutes, I got there a couple minutes early and it was waiting for me. Bonus! The people that took care of me at the front were super friendly. I will be back!

I almost didn't eat here, but I'm glad a change in schedules gave me another night in Brighton. After a long and difficult day, my attitude was completely changed. The food was great especially for the amount paid. I had tuna, octopus, and California Roll Suchi, followed my sesame chicken and rice. The total was 18.75 for a meal which I wouldn't have minded paying $30 for. Good atmosphere too.

Don't get Sweet and Sour anything. The meat is deep fried (nothing I've ordered before has been, so I assumed this dish wouldn't be either. I should have asked!) On top of that, the flavor is very bland. I'm sticking with my 4 star review though because everything else I've ordered from here has been good. The service is fast and friendly and the price is right!

I feel bad giving a semi-local place (very small chain based in Midland, I think) a bad review, but we truly feel "Meh" about this place. The food is just ok. The people who work there are very nice and the restaurant is clean and attractive. The one big bonus about Pi's is they have a mix of different asian cuisines - so if someone is in the mood for Chinese and someone else wants Thai or sushi, they have it. We find Red Hot, the new Thai/Chinese place in the same plaza as O'Connors on Grand River north of 96 to be much better (though they are so new they are definitely working out some kinks!). No place to review them here yet though...

The sushi isn't mindblowingly great but it's the best you're going to do in Brighton and it's certainly good. The Chinese and Japanese dishes are delicious. They also have pho on the menu which you won't find anywhere around without driving to Ann Arbor I regularly get the Chicken Teriyaki, along with the General Tso's, Sesame Chicken, Chicken Satay, and Pad Thai. All are consistently good. They also have Pho on the menu which is awesome because you won't find that anywhere else around and it's great tasting. I don't understand any of the bad ratings because this is honestly the best Asian cuisine in Brighton.

I was quite surprised when I walked into Pi's. The inside does not look at all want I was expecting based on the outside. I had a sushi roll and Thai dish. It was okay. Nothing special with either dish. Service was good, but just not at all what I was expecting. I don't think I will be back....

This restaurant was kind of a last resort place for me and my friend that wasn't having luck finding a decent restaurant that was open on memorial day. It figures this place would be open...most Asian restaurants don't close for holidays...thankfully. We started out with a roll (wasn't a very memorial roll, which is why I can't remember the name) and I ended up getting basil spicy chicken. I was so excited I saw this item in the menu because most Thai places don't have it. But I realized after I had placed my ordered that I should've double checked and asked if they used ground chicken. Needless to say, it wasn't the dish I had hoped for. My dish came with a side of fried rice and a big mess of greasy veggies and chicken. I felt pretty gross after I ate about a quarter of the dish. The only good thing about this restaurant was the awesome melt-in-your-mouth mints they offer at the front. Probably won't be coming back here...

This is possibly the worst Asian restaurant I ve ever eaten at.I ordered pho and What I got was a bizarre mixture of a soup like substance.I tried to tell owner in every way possible this was terrible and left the full bowl but they seemed oblivious to it. this is my first post and this terrible , terrible place motivated me to join yelp. What bothered me the most was that this was not even pho.

I won't be back. I had been there quite a few times. However, this time I was not pleased at all. I had to send the Tom Ka Gia soup back. I always order it. This time it tasted like fishy dishwater. I tried my husbands Korean beef and was not impressed with that either. server was pushy. sad.

Everything we had was ok but nothing is amazing. If you're looking for a lot of different types of asian food- this is a pretty good choice. We had sushi, dumplings and pad thai- all we ok but none of them were even close to the best i've had. I also found it a little surprising that they didn't have any lunch specials. The prices are the same no matter what time of day you go. Service was good- the staff was attentive and friendly. I think this would be a good place to go to try some new cuisine without having to commit too much. Interesting place. Reasonable prices.

OMG. Why can't you be located in Detroit? SUSHI!!! Done right!!! So the sushi, fresh, cheap and delicious. They serve Local Beer - they had Bells Winter Ale in the bottle! Try the Brighton Roll, Philadelphia Roll, A...Roll.. We had tons of left overs and we were in love with the quality and portions. We had 5 big rolls, 2 beers for $44. A steal. the quality and portions, taste, were fantastic. Skip the rest and come here, nowhere except Noble Fish can measure up. Will be back.

It was hot, I'll give it that. The service was terrible. Forgot an appetizer and my wife's salad wasn't made until she asked for it after all the other food arrived. The tempura was weighed down with oil which is all I could taste. The bibimbop was adequate and that's about all they could aspire to. Food was just so so, good for if you've been out drinking but not if you are looking to dine.

Pi's gives you a lot of food, and it's very inexpensive. I've never had a bad meal here. There is usually a line, and the carry out could be quicker. I do like the variety of Asian food. I suggest the BiBimBap which is a Korean dish cooked in a stoneware bowl. Another great dish is the Pad Thai, or the Satay Chicken. I think the staff is very attentive, and the place is always immaculately clean and in order. Outdoor seating is nice on a warm day.

I was quite pleased with Pi's. My wife and I visited after looking over the menu on their Web site (/all/ restaurants should have Web sites with menus, no matter how small they are). She ordered Pad Thai with shrimp, and I had Bibimbap (in a real stone bowl!). Japanese dumplings were the appetizer, and I had some sushi. My wife loved the Pad Thai, and I loved my Bibimbap. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that my meal was better than the same served at the namesake restaurant in Novi. Not only that, but somehow the rice didn't glue itself to the stone bowl, but instead detached itself and was thus actually edible (who doesn't like that crispy rice?!). The sushi was pretty good, although I wouldn't go to Pi's if I had a hankering for sushi; instead, I'd head to my favorite place, One World in Novi. The dumplings were pretty good too, although we got them steamed--definitely should have been fried. The best part for me, though, was the price--few of the entries break the $10 barrier, and those that do don't do so by much. That makes this a place that has the feel of a fancier restaurant, but without the sticker shock. It's also nice that I can order from five different styles of food (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, or Vietnamese) and still have everything taste good. Highly recommended!

My family loves eating at PI's. Bibimbap, Bulgogi, and Edamame are really good! We eat there at least twice a month! Server are attentive and prompt. Serving sizes are generous and prices are reasonable.

I am kind of surprised by the amount of positive reviews. I won't can the place for trying, but something just isn't right here. What the heck is Sushi, Bibimbap, and Won Ton soup doing on the same menu? I'm always really iffy about these kind of restaurants that try to make everybody happy. I've never been too one that didn't feel confused. From the outside you would think your walking into an upscale Chinese eatery. Looking at the menu you find the standard Chinese takeout plus Thai, Japanese, and Korean dishes to choose from. The end result is just average to sub-average tasting food with little flavor or excitement. I've only had good Hibachi a handful of times and never once was it in the Detroit area. Call me a Hibachi snob, I don't care. Just get a taste of the real stuff and you'll never go back. For some reason Hibachi isn't as big here as it is on the coasts(still not sure why?) I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered the steak Hibachi meal that came with steamed veggies and my choice of white or fried rice. My date had an Asian chicken lettuce wrap and a cup of egg drop soup. The food came quickly and the portions were of good size. The lettuce wrap was pretty good, but nothing special. I didn't try the egg drop soup, but my date offered no complaints. Then it all went wrong when it came to my food. What came too my table was NOT Hibachi. I thought it was weird that they would ask me how I wanted my steak cooked seeing as the steak is chopped into such small bits it is impossible not to be cooked to at least medium/well done. The thing that makes it all so tasty is the sauce that it is cooked in. What I got tasted like a grilled steak, cut into strips, severed on top of over done veg, and a blob of starchy white rice. I don't even think the steak was seasoned with salt, what a disappointment. At the very least I was expecting the generic Kikkoman teriyaki sauce bath, but nope nothing! The pieces of steak were a bit bigger than bite sized and still had huge pieces of gristle on the ends. Whats the point of bite sized pieces if I end up having to cut them in half? Our waitress was clumsy and obviously new, but she was nice and attentive. I don't hold that against any server as long they try their best, she obviously was. The restaurant itself was clean and very nicely decorated. The fortune cookies were good too! I kid ;) This place could really be something special if it would just stick to one idea and work on constantly making it better.

The food is okay, I got the Kung Pai chicken and the mushrooms were undercooked. The fried rice was very bland. But the service was great! Our server was very nice and the bus boy was amazing! The second we were done he came out of no where and cleared our dishes. They should give him a raise... I've never seen that before.

Large variety of food which definitely comes in handy for a family of picky eaters that can never agree on what to have for dinner. There sushi was delicious, and the waitress took all of our questions like a trooper. She had to explain what all the different kids of sushi were, and what everything meant. Was impressed by her knowledge and patience on a fairly busy Thursday night. I love their Thai food, and they're very accommodating to substitutions and allergies. Clean restaurant, nice staff, and good food. Everyone always wants to go back!

I've visited Pi's three or so times now. When I first read their menu, I was worried it was a 'jack of all trades, master of none' Asian restaurant. They offer Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai. I've never seen a place that offered everything like that. That said... it's not bad! Some things can be hit or miss. Last night I picked up some General Tso's for my husband. He said the fried rice was excellent, the Tso's was okay, not amazing, and the Hot and Sour soup just tasted like pepper. I had the bibimbap and a couple pieces of sushi. I feel like every time I get the sushi, whoever made it is like brand new because the rice is normal HUGE and weirdly shaped and the fish on top is like... thin. It's not well balanced. The bibimbap is pretty good, though my excitement might be mostly related that I can get it at a 'mainstream' restaurant like this. When I ate the bulgogi the first time I TORE IT UP. That was amazing. My husband has their thai once and enjoyed it. Now, I will say this, I don't think Pi's is really prepared for how successful they've become. Every time I've gone, I've had to wait for a seat. Which is fine, I bring a book. Last night they were mobbed by some martial arts team that took up a good half of the restaurant. The serving staff tried to handle it the best they could and didn't turn them away. (Good on them.) But if you're hungry or want to be seated right away I wouldn't come here during peak times. What they've done, though, is created a restaurant that makes a good deal of asian food accessible and delicious. If you know asian fare, sometimes the best places are little mom and pop hole in the wall type restaurants... Pi's is, as I said, a little more mainstream, so they get a lot of traffic.

Really rude staff. You're a faux Asian restaurant in a Meijer parking lot---not haute cuisine. Lose the attitude.

Sushi is okay, pad thai is phenomenal as well as the chinese food.
