I am a big fan of Panera Bread in general due to the endless coffee, pop and free wifi but I had a bad experience at this location. When using the restroom I noticed the manager come out of the toilet stall still wearing his apron (PUKE) then he didn't even wash his hands he just ran them under the water for less then 10 sec WITHOUT USING SOAP! That's enough for me to keep clear of this location.

Good food, but a little pricey for what it is. The flatbread sandwiches are tasty. The sweets are excellent.

Really horrendous customer service. Stopped by at around 730am on a saturday. Walked in and there was one customer in front of me with at least five Panera workers behind the counter. The line quickly filled in behind me and pretty soon we were 10 deep. The five Panera workers ignored us for at least 10 minutes and after 10 minutes only 1 worker decided to work the register. INSANITY. Worst Panera I have ever been to!

A Thursday morning, just after 7 am. I'm the only customer in line. I count 7 employees behind the counter running around. Not one of them acknowledges me. Finally, they realize I'm there. Two employees start arguing with each other about how each is too busy to wait on me. I walk out.

As a coffee shop, they limit your time to be connected to their Wifi. I guess they want tables to turn around quicker, but I have never seen a coffee shop kicking their customers off line! I promise I will never come back, shame on you panera "coffee".

I love Panera. I have been to plenty of them over the years. The drive-thru is totally unique and awesome, but I've only ever had one single pleasant interaction with any of the staff members among lots and lots of visits, most of whom are teenage girls who are don't hide the fact that they don't want to be there. The food's good... when it's made correctly. Ingredients are forgotten (for example, the bacon on a turkey bacon sandwich???), and once, I got a tuna sandwich with tuna slapped over half of the bread. Other locations have friendly and engaging staff, and I've never had sandwiches screwed up as often as this one. I get it. You don't like your jobs. I would really rather they just not say "have a nice day" instead of trying to convey they're forced to say it. Hopefully, now that they're hiring, they'll pick up a few less bratty employees.

How disgusting.. I know it's past lunch but floors dirty, bathrooms filthy. Food crumbs all over so I walked out and didn't order!! Not sure when or if I'll back.

I think this location does a good job overall, but the drive-thru employees always seem impatient to the point of making me uncomfortable. I realize this is a pretty thankless job, and I don't expect to be fawned over, but there are several employees here who sound irritated with you throughout the transaction, shove your food at you before you've had a chance to set down the change they handed you 1 second before, and manage to make "Thank you" sound like "Go die in a fire." Again I don't expect ridiculous fawning, but the experience is noticeably uncomfortable enough that after putting up with it for a year or so, I now find myself heading for Starbucks instead when I'm in a hurry and planning to drive through. I eat in the dining room frequently and have never had an issue... the restaurant is clean, the food is tasty and fresh, employees are pleasant and helpful, and the manager (who offered me a voucher once when they messed up my order) very friendly and professional. Maybe this type of business just doesn't lend itself to having a drive-thru.

I go to panera a couple of times a week and have noticed that they almost always try to short you on your order. For example I ordered the Fuji apple chicken salad and they left off the chicken. They have done this three times with my salad. Another example is many times when I order the asiago steak sandwich they leave the cheese off it even though it is supposed to come with cheese. whenever you order to go, make sure you check and make sure they didn't cheat you first.

Wow, what happened to this restaurant? I used to order the chicken noodle soup and it was full of noodles and chicken. This soup looked like broth only. Very disappointed. The caeser salad was ok, the bear claw was excellent. This place is waaaay over priced for our meal. I will not be back.

I ferequant this location about once a week. The staff is always friendsly and they now have a drive thru!!! You can't beat a Panera with a Drive Thru! They also have the rewards card and some don't. I love that they do and I earn a ton of rewards this way. Everything is always fresh and I have never had an issue.
