Horrible service. The waitress' smoke in the bathroom and are always gossiping and talking about their problems instead of waiting on tables. They bring your food and leave the bill right away and never come back and check to see if your food is right or if you need a refill. Worst Coney Island in Brighton.

The fresh Black Angus burger was outstanding! I'll be back.

Took my son here for lunch to get the 'dine in' experience this time. The places was hopping! Service was great, very attentive and the bus boy was clearing dishes very promptly. I even overheard our waitress tell the table next to us that she has been working there since 2002, so they must treat their employees very well for them to stay on that long. They have an extensive menu and specials, but I stuck with my current addiction: Hani! My son had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and he scarfed it all down in no time, so it must have been good. He even told me to take him back there again, so that must mean he gives it 2 thumbs up!

Classic Coney Island food done right. Family owned business and every staff member is both friendly and courteous. All of the cooks are competent and know what they are doing and if Will is cooking then I guarantee that you will not leave unsatisfied. This is probably one of the best bang for your buck restaurants in Brighton. I am a regular and I have had the chance to try many different things on the menu. For breakfast, I would recommend the hungry man special #2. This massive portion of 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, amazing American fries, toast, and your choice of meat (I would go with the bacon), and toast is right around $5. You can't beat those prices. For lunch/dinner Coney dogs ($.99 every day) are always a safe bet as are the chicken strips (honey mustard is out of this world!). The smothered chicken breast is also another classic. Lucas has some of the freshest salads around and they also have a variety of salad dressings that are all great. Also, the dinner specials are usually really great and most of the ingredients are bought fresh and you can truly taste the difference. I would highly recommend Lucas if you are looking for a good cheap meal and also that old family diner experience. Great honest people making great food the right way.

Decent as far as coneys go. Service is fast, friendly. I think it's a family affair. Has a tv usually tuned to Fox News. Clean. For food, the stir fry is really good, big portion. Breakfast is can't miss. Lucas super omelette is great. All fixings are wrapped in a egg burrito. Recommend here to eat.
