Finally got it right! Food was great! Service was awesome! Steve took great care of us, and we will be back! Food was very fresh, restaurant was clean, and our Server Steve went beyond his call if duty to make sure out experience was great! We will be back!

Me and my family came in one night we ordered the nachos ask the server for a side of sour cream which she informed us would cost $1 by the time she came back we had no nachos left. Placed our order which took a least 25 minutes my kids ordered sliders which were so black and burnt hard as a rock. I asked to speak to a manager the same lady who dropped off the food and asked her why would anyone even serve that garbage ? Silly! So my boys watched us eat by the time the new ones came they were ready for bed.Plus in the beginning my son dropped his pop the spill was in the middle of the walk way i seen aleast 5 employees look at it and leave it including the manager. Sloppy

Took a chance on this place again and was not disappointed, same slow service and no management to be found. Won't spend another dime in this place.

I wish I could write a review about yelp!! Way to delete my review, shame on both of you! I wasn't on a rant, I was highly disappointed in the horrible service at Chili's that other people need to be aware of if they plan on having anything special there. 0 stars for chili's 0 stars for yelp....isn't that what you had a lawsuit over? What a joke.

Gross. This place is horrible. I went to lunch with my son right when they opened and the place looked like it was not cleaned from the day before. The trash can outside was so full trash was spilling out onto the sidewalk. The bathrooms had no toilet paper in two of the three stalls. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. Chilis is usually one of my old reliable stops, but this location is awful. I will not be returning.

First time visiting and the service was great, they have computer like menus on the tables where you can order your drink right from the table without the waiter, thought that was very unique. We had chips and salsa with queso which was like a chili still very delicious. Also had the cheese enchiladas because we are vegetarian which was good but kind of bland for a vegetarian dish. Will probably try a black bean burger or a veggie pizza next time. The margaritas are amazing and the Long Island's were as well. Will most likely return!

Good food and make sure you get here early or you will have to wait in line. The steak want the best I've tested, a little on the tough side but the kids enjoyed the burgers and the wife liked the fajita.

I have to admit, I haven't been to a Chili's in years. I'm talking maybe close to 10 years. And I probably would've continued not going there. But there aren't a lot of great options close to the theatre so I felt "stuck" going to Chili's, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. We had a great girl waiting on us, like she loved her job. She frequently checked on us (but kinda was gone when we needed our bill pronto). My friend and I did the 2 for $20. We shared the chips and guacamole: fried/crispy chips and chunky guacamole with corn. I thought it could've used a lot more kick, but my friend thought it had just the right amount. Go figure. For my entree, I had the mango-chile chicken, which was noted as one of their lighter choices in terms of calories. The chile-seasoned chicken was topped with a mango salsa, with pico and avocado. It was a lot of food, considering it came with a side of rice and broccoli. All in all, I appreciate the health notes with their menu items. The mango-chile chicken is an interesting/different option you don't see at other places similar to Chili's.

Buffalo wings were OK; burger was just OK; fries were below average; ribs were gross - they really don't know how to prepare ribs. The restaurant was not very fresh smelling - it seemed that the smell of years of food preparation lingers in the air. I have visited many Chilis locations over the years since the very original location over 30 years ago - this was by far the worst location I have visited.

Went there last night for dinner. Took a long time for the server to even come to the table and greet us. It was later in the evening. They were not that busy. Placed the drink order and waited. Finally got drink order and decided on the 2 for 20 deal. Got the chips and guac, that was fine. Then we waited, and waited and waited over 30 minutes. Server never checked on us. Finally, we decided that when she did come back we were going to tell her were leaving, it was too late. Finally she showed up with the food and we declined. Called the manager over to talk to us and she gave us the food free, bagged up to take home. Manager said the waitress FORGOT to put the order in. BTW, the manager was sitting across from us at a table chatting with one of the diners for 15 minutes. Never paid one bit of attention to the fact that we were sitting there unattended. We took the food home and put it in the fridge. It's still sitting there.

Ok I know it's Chili's so you have to set your standards a bit low.... That said, this location sucks. The bartender was great and the drinks were fine, but the food itself was pretty pathetic. I had shrimp tacos and the shrimp was borderline raw, it was hardly even seared. The avocado was hard as a carrot; part of me is happy they took the effort to use a real avocado instead of bagged paste, but damn, semi-soft avocados aren't that hard to find....

Had lunch with 3 friends before work. Had a ribeye and my stomach is killing me. Forget work, going home now. Maybe it's a big lunch, maybe it's a bad steak. Probably won't go there again.

This Chili's is not what it used to be. The food tasted good, but it was very slow coming out, and when it finally arrived, one person's order was missing and another's was totally wrong. It took a very long time to get the correct food brought out, and during that time another waitress brought out a random bowl of soup that was not ordered. Also, why would a waitress bring out fries and not bring ketchup? That's frustrating.

I ate here recently with several friends and both the service and the food was very good. Three of us ordered the salmon with broccoli and rice and all three looked consistently tasty. There were no complaints from the other three at our table either. We did not sit at the bar, so I cannot review the bartender, but we had a nice experience. I liked the stain-glass looking hanging lights too.

At the end of the day its still a Chilis. Their steaks seem microwaved and their food is mediocre. I love Chilis though, its by the theatre I can have a couple drinks for a fine price and their service is the best. Their bartenders are hilarious and their servers know what they are doing. This is a Chilis and its not trying to be anything more or less. When I do eat there Im not amazed but I am full, my drink is always full, and I am in and out of there in no time. I went in there once with a party of five and we had one hour to eat and get to a movie, no more, I mean we cat down and had 59 minutes and the lock was ticking. I told the waiter straight off that we were on a schedule and if there was any way he could deliver a brisk service we would reward him accordingly. He looked at me like I was being a jerk and you know what it insulting to the person youre asking to do their job at their best. He had us out of there in 45 minutes start to finish and I paid him for it. Could I have done that at Stillwater, Outback, or Stout? Hell no. So Chilis gets my high five and as soon as they offer a better quality food I will give Brighton Chilis a stellar rating.

We went to this Chili's location twice. We do not live in this area but were passing through a few times and stopped for lunch once, and then dinner another time. Our first trip there was horrible because the service was so bad. We sat in the bar area and had awful service from our waiter. We did not receive our appetizers for 20 minutes. We only ordered chips and salsa with a side of ranch. When we finally received our apps, the ranch wasn't there. I had to ask again for it. It was never brought to our table. Right after we received our apps, our food arrived. Our drinks were also not refilled timely. I had to ask the waiter if I could have more to drink. We were disappointed but thought since it was a Saturday afternoon, that maybe they were just really busy. We went back about 3 weeks later when we were passing through town, but this time we stopped at dinner time on a Thursday night. The restaurant was not busy. Upon our arrival, the hostess saw us and decided to continue her conversation with 2 other waitresses while we waited to be sat. Their conversation was not pleasing, as they were using curse words in front of us. After a few minutes, the hostess came over to seat us. I washed my hands in the restroom prior to ordering and my hands were burned twice. The water was way too hot for hand washing. My hands were scorched and red and swollen. I told the waitress about my experience and she said she was sorry but did not let a manager know (if she did, the manager didn't feel it necessary to come and speak with me). On a side note, I moved the faucet to cold after the first time I was burned, and when the men's restroom toilet was flushed, the water scolded me again). Our waitress did not refill our drinks until the very end of our dining experience and when we ordered chips, salsa and ranch, we again, did not receive our ranch dressing. My chicken sandwich was suppose to come with honey mustard as well, which it didn't. The service was very slow and we will never go to this establishment again. Obviously the manager is not training their staff on speed, accuracy, or executing. The staff is awful and you will leave disappointed, as we did.

Went in for the 2 for $20 promotion, and was very disappointed to see that the menu had changed from the last time we were in, and the portions were much smaller as well. The quality of my "sliders" (actually 1 medium size burger and bun cut into quarters) was awful. It was a big disappointment from the first time I was in there 2 months prior. They really should have stuck to the original menu, and kept up with the portion sizes and quality control!

I've been coming to this Chili's for over a decade. The food is consistently good and the service is usually satisfactory, as well - attentive but not overbearing. It's definitely a go-to when I'm in the mood for a decent, affordable American meal.

I went to Chilli's for the first time for a quicker lunch before going to the movies nearby. I only had an enchilada soup. I was pleased that the waitress took my order, served my soup, promptly provided the check, and quickly cashed it out. The also have a comprehensive menu. I might add that the enchilada soup was good. I appreciated the prompt friendly service when I was in a hurry. I will definetly be back and look forward to sampling other appetizing options from their menu.
