I wish I could give it 0 stars. It was filthy and disgusting. Tiles missing from the tables and trash and dust everywhere. The first table we sat at had mold growing in three spots. I'm seriously not kidding. The food was good but nothing like the sterling heights one. Travel the extra few miles. The entire time we ate we had to look at tables of trash left from people who left 15 minutes earlier . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T EAT HERE.

Good food and great service! My daughter accidentally dropping her burger while putting her condiments on. They brought out a new one no problem and even gave her some fries while she waited. They also gave her a brownie and a cookie for my other child. No wait on a Saturday night. We'll be back!

Great place. Love that they offer burgers without the buns. You have lots of topping options for the top of your burger. FYI the pickles are amazing! I ordered the 1lb burger today and should of ordered a smaller one! Very filling.

We were out of ideas as to where to go for lunch and I hadn't been back to this location in quite a while, so I suggested Fuddruckers. My lunch partner had never been there, so what the heck, we gave it a try. Well, it seems to have gotten better. The 1/2 pound burger I ordered was properly cooked and it was nice, big and juicy. The toppings bar was well stocked, neat and clean and had lots to choose from. I did have one small problem that was quickly rectified. We had ordered onion rings to split and because we both like them I decided to opt for the large size. When the rings were delivered to my tray. It was less than what I expected a small order to be. I would guess there were six or seven small onion rings in the dish. So I asked the counter guy "IS this really a large order/" He looked at my check, apologized and asked if we wanted to wait for more onion rings or could he offer us an additional order of fries instead. We were hungry so we accepted the fries. Having a mixed basket wasn't bad and I appreciated how polite and customer serving this fellow was. When we had finished and were about to get up to leave, the bus person came by to get our discards, and he offered us complimentary cookies on the house. We accepted and I had a peanut butter cookie that was delicious. All in all, this was a much better overall experience than my last visit. Hence the updated review.

For a fast but excellent burger come by here. U walk in, order and seat yourself, then they buzz u when the food is ready. They have a great ingredients bar, love the jalepenos and "pico de gallo" side. The burgers are available in different sizes, they have buffalo too. I also love their taco salad. They have a great dessert bar on the way out. They also have games for kids! Don't expect waiter service though!!

It has been a long time for me, first time for my son. He enjoyed his burger; he isn't a big fixings person, so the self serve toppings bar was not an attraction. Plenty of TV's a grab your attention. Food seemed on par with 5 Guys or Smash, but atmosphere is better and prices are similar.

This was my first time visiting a Fuddrucker's. No surprise since I don't eat hamburgers. My sister from Chicago wanted to take her son and my other teen aged nephew, so I thought I'd tag along. The menu board looked grim for me. Salads - not in the mood. Gardenburger - no thanks. Then I saw the kiddie menu (age 12 and younger). Grilled cheese on their homemade bread. I asked if it was possible for me (not anywhere near that age bracket) to get a grilled cheese. The friendly counter guy said no problem. I could get the entire meal and he'd even give me the regular adult cup. So, for $3.99 I got a deliciously thick grilled cheese, crispy wedge fries, soda (pop to you Michiganians) AND a cookie! Have you had their cookies?! They are TDF (to die for)! I had a chocolate chip cookie that tasted like it came right out of the oven. The chocolate chips were melting in my mouth. I regret not buying some to take home at $0.59 a piece. Potbelly's has strong competition! Now back to the real reason for our visit: the hamburgers. My sister and nephews all had their hamburger and said they were very good. The fixings bar is great; everything was fresh and the (free) hot nacho cheese for the fries... awesome touch. Any place that lets a grown up order from the kiddie menu will have me as a forever fan. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies help too.

Smaller than most of the other locations I've been too but the decor is still the same. Again if you've been to one you've been to them all, the staff was friendly and the food came up quick. Outside of the parking [which sucked], It was a pleasant experience.

There are lots of options (beef, turkey, buffalo) in burger. Nice fat fries. I have been to this location several times. I think they are under new managment. I ordered a kids meal for my picky 14 year old. The manager/owner chastized me for doing that when I picked it up (kids meal are for 12 and under). The girls (who are kids meal age) went to get their free cookie. They were told "a manager has to approve of their free cookie" Life's too short to make children track down a manager (they had my receipt to prove they bought a kids meal). This is the last time I will go there. Food quality, cleanliness and how you are treated make my dining location decisions. They have the first 2 but clearly have issues on the third one.

The burgers are definitely sit-down restaurant quality. The lunch combos (even on weekends) are $5 which comes with fries (drinks are separate). Order your favorite burger, and they give you a buzzer thing you usually find at restaurants with long wait lists. The buzzer vibrates and the lights flash, your heart skips a beat in anticipation of the delicacy that awaits. You go up to the counter to pick up your order. But you don't go right back to the seat to enjoy the sizzling meal yet, you go over to a condiment counter lined with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, pico de gallo, jalapenos, pepperoncinis, the works. Off to the side are selections of ketchup, mayo, mustard, relish, A1, Worcester sauce, hot sauce and Nacho Cheese! You call this customization heaven or what?! I like to top mine with a little extra veggies because they are just that tasty. There's a guy busing the tables, who will ask if you want complimentary cookies. Hell yeah! I highly recommend the burgers and the crispy chicken sandwiches.

I have found Fuddrucker's to be a consistent and reliable chain throughout the country. We have visited this store a number of times and have been pleased with the product and service. It's a step up from fast food and they have a variety of grilled meats including lean choices like buffalo, ostrich and chicken. Burgers are available in several sizes from normal to gut busters. The shakes are pretty good, they give you the shake tin with extra ice cream goodness. Also sweet potato fries are available.

I tried Fuddrucker's for lunch the other day and was very pleased. I ordered the 3 turkey sliders and sweet potato fries combo. The service was nice and fast, and the condiment bar for the burgers was great with tons of fresh choices. Loved having relish, pico de gallo, and hot nacho cheese to make each of my sliders a unique taste experience. The sweet potato fries were run of the mill, but yummy with a bit of spicy mustard as a dipping sauce. The toasted buns were nice and hardy unlike the mushy fall apart cheap buns you get with a 5 Guys burger. I will definitely come back and try a real hamburger next time.

Good food, but overpriced. Two side salads, one beer, two burgers = $36. I hope it was the first day for the lady taking our order, because she was very slooooow and had to ask us over and over again what we wanted. The management was attentive to food quality and refused to serve us a burger because it was runny/greasy. The condiment bar concept is cool, and there were plenty of sauces to be had.

Nothing wrong here. The burger was cooked as ordered and the bun was nicely toasted. Good fries but a little salty. A reliable and fairly quick meal.

Been here a half-dozen times in the past year, and my family definitely likes occasionally going out of way to go here if we're in the mood for a good burger. Pretty expensive for a burger place, but my adult daughter & I prefer to share a meal so we can splurge on half of a 1/2-pound burger (juicer and not as overdone as when we got 1/3-pound, so I'd recommend going bigger if you like your burgers medium or med-rare; otherwise you'll find the smaller burger too well done). They have a few options besides beef burgers (buffalo, ostrich, etc.) I do like good buffalo burgers because it is remarkably lean--however, the thin, frozen patties definitely ends up too well done to be juicy, so I'll stick with beef here. You'll receive a tasty, substantial bun too. We enjoy all of the sides, so that's hard to decide...steakhouse type fries are very good, but we usually get our favorite--sweet potato fries, I once ordered a loaded baked potato and it was the bomb--coated with a salt & thick cracked black pepper outer skin...was excited to order it next time, but it was just a plain spud that time. They have a pretty extensive fixin's bar, and my hubby usually likes to load up lots of tomato & lettuce, etc. The employees have all been very friendly, even when some people drop gobs of food on the floor--it's cleaned up with a smile and a "I got you, no problem" friendly attitude. Someone always comes through and offers a cookie of your choice for dine-in customers. By this time, my daughter and I are stuffed after sharing our burger & sweet potato fries and (oh yeah) a cookies & cream shake--definitely enough for two. Definitely not an every day meal, and definitely not the price of your regular burger joint. Burger combos start at about $8,50 (only add about .50 to get the 1/2-pounder juicier burger), and add another $1 for each topping (cheese, grilled onions, etc.) or $2 for a "specialty-topped" burger. The combo comes with a soda or a beer, but add $2 if you'd rather have a shake or malt, and about 60 cents to upgrade a different side, like the sweet potato frys. My daugher & I share a $14 burger combo meal.
