I really like going to downtown Starbucks but finding a parking space is torture. They are so sweet and always remember what I've been ordering. Even remembering that I love Venti Soy Peppermint Mochas with 3 shots of peppermint and extra foamy with no whip ... :)

Having a starbucks nearby when on an outing with my 3 year old is important. Not because I drink coffee but because inevitably she will ask for chocolate milk and Starbucks carries her Horizon chocolate milk cartons. Thank God! There are several options nearby for beverages (Cosi, Panera, Biggby, etc) but I'm grateful to Starbucks for saving me from some public meltdowns. This Starbucks is a good size, not one of those cafes you can barely turn around in. They have some comfy chairs, too. The service is good, my husband or I have never encountered any problems.

This Starbucks always looks messy to me, like there are crumbs all over the tables and counters. If you come here with the intention of sitting down and reading a newspaper, you may have trouble finding a table (especially a clean one). Nevertheless, the baristas are kind and the drinks are good so I can't complain! :)

I recently relocated from Portland, OR and if you don't know...our world is coffee. One of the first social circles I made was at the St. Johns Starbucks (@StJohnsStarbucks). So when I moved to Birmingham, I was afraid that I couldn't find my new spot. Although I will always miss the St. Johns team, I think that this Starbucks is great. The team here is nice and meets the Starbucks standard but with their own personality. I was a little sad that they were out of whole milk but a Game of Thrones conversation. The beverages were very good and the team showed great efficiency. I am looking forward to developing myself as a regular here. Please go check out this location and tell them I sent ya'! :-)

They should rename this location Slowbucks. My goodness this place is slow. Friday afternoon around 2pm all I ordered was an iced coffee, I waited 25 mins. The two ladies in front of me also ordered iced coffees and they apparently waited more than 30 mins and almost lost their minds. When a store is busy I do not mind waiting if the staff are clearly working hard and doing their best to fill orders, I mean what else can you do? But here's my issue, there were 4 people working behind the counter and only one poor guy making drinks. I honestly felt so bad for him because he was literally sweating that's how hard he was working. While his coworkers did who knows what. The girl working the register clearly only did that. The other two guys did zero to help. One guy was counting items in the pastry case (which could wait) and the other guy just stood there lost and confused. They need some help and the poor kid working his butt off needs a raise!

Not a Drive through! Nice little neighborhood Starbucks in the middle of a nice little shopping district! Stop in and get your caffiene levels energized, and then continue shopping1 Parking is usually very quick and easy! 4 STARS

Why come here for overpriced drinks? If you're a guy, simply because there are a ton of gorgeous women. Why else?

Service too slow waited too long for a drink here on the weekend. Then after all that they have me the wrong drink. The lines are way too long here and they need better training so to not make mistakes We visited here on a Saturday.

Nice location in Birmingham with a friendly staff. Always busy, but the line moves quickly. They offer comfortable seating and free wifi. I usually stop in and get my green tea while shopping.

Nothing better than a quaint Starbucks along the sidewalk of a bustling downtown area. Friendly and knowledgable staff greet you and remember the 'regulars.' A quick scan of your Starbuck's card allows you to proceed to the variety of boutique shops in the area. My favorite Starbucks location.

I am not a coffee drinker but I do love my hot chocolate! Friendly staff and they do well with getting your order fast and your drink to you fast as well! I also am horrible but I LOVE the iced lemon pound cake! It is my weakness that I just can't shake or get rid of. This is my favorite Starbucks so far!

I love the staff they all know me by name and always have my drink ready while I'm still waiting in line. However I do have 1 frustration. For such a high-volume Starbucks they are understaffed, they only have 1 Barista but have 2 machines. They could easily increase sales, transactions, and overall speed with staffing and better scheduling.

This Starbucks is always crowded, and not always really clean. I have a hard time justifying spending $4+ on a speciality coffee without having a spot to sit, or having a spot to sit, that has some spots on it.
