4 out of the last 5 times I've ordered delivery from this location the order has been wrong. Most of the time I let it slide, but there's not much you can do when they add peppers to a sub when you hate peppers. The free sub I got to make up for yet another mistake (cucumbers added when no cucumbers were ordered ) was also incorrect (this time they added sprouts when no sprouts were ordered. My advice would be to only pick-up from this location to ensure your order is correct. And the kicker...if they bring you the correct sandwich they make you return the incorrect one. In the past they've never made me do this. Please go to any other Jimmy John's in the area. I am (was) a good customer of theirs, ordering at least 3-4 subs weekly. I will never order from this location again.

Mmmmm, love me some JJs! I appreciate this particular place as I visited there during a grieving moment, they were very sweet to me. I know that's not necessarily a reason to eat there, but it made me affectionate toward them

First to review! Hurray! Jimmy Johns is always the same. Youve had it from one place, youve had it from them all. Their bread is what makes it. And their lack of any other spread besided mayo (minus avocado) is of grave sadness. I still like the mayo though! That said this location is clean and the people are friendly. If not slightly too friendly. Their also NEVER busy. Probably because they make your sandwich and clear you out very quickly. Ill be back...when I want Jimmy Johns

I love Jimmy Johns, but this location is not great. I generally place my order online and ask for delivery. My place of work is less than a mile away and it always takes AT LEAST half an hour to get my order. Definitely not "freaky fast". The sandwiches taste really good just like any other Jimmy Johns and when I go in, my sandwich is made quickly. I would just never recommend placing a delivery order. Which is ridiculous when that is so heavily advertised.

This location sucks!!! I forgot to check our orders before I left (silly me, not double checking the work of a JJ employee) and they freaking forgot the LETTUCE on my fiance's #5! AND the tomatoes were GREEN. Gross. I freaking hate this location. I need to stop going here and just suck it up and pay for parking at the Royal Oak location. This is getting ridiculous.
