Just like everyone else said, it's a typical BDubs. It is a typical chain restaurant experience, but what stood out to me was the bartender. Excellent! I ordered a plain ol' mojito, nothing fancy.. no black cherry or Asian pear, whatever. It was arguably one of the best mojitos I've had (besides my own, of course). The food was standard BDubs, the service was standard BDubs, but the cocktails actually stood out for once. *One thing I didn't care for was the fact that we had gone a little later in the evening and a couple of servers were obviously ending their shifts. No big deal, but being seated near the bar area, I thought it was a little tacky to see 3-4 female servers strip off their work shirts in the middle of the dining area to sit at the bar in tank tops. Silly and petty thing to point out, I know, but I thought it was a little bit tacky and unprofessional.

This BWW is really no different from any other BWW. You know what to expect in terms of food, with the only "dealmaker" or "dealbreaker" being the quality of the staff. This one is decidedly ok. The waitress was good as far as service, bad as far as math. I ordered from the lunch menu. I told her to skip the fries, since I was already eating a bajillion wings. Then I noticed that on the regular menu, just the wings (without fries) was actually a dollar more than the lunch special. I asked her which menu item she was planning to charge me for. To my amazement, she announced that she was planning to charge me the higher price. So lemme get this straight -- you're planning to give me less food but charge me more for the privilege? Yep, apparently so. Needless to say, I changed my order to the lunch menu deal. Because ... bad math.

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. I'm sure Birch Run and Frankenmuth have some milky trousers because of the opening of one, but it's just a Buffalo Wild Wings. To keep it relatively short, I got the naked tenders. I swear, they get smaller every year. It's still a decent portion for $10 (considering it comes with fries), but there could and probably should be more chicken. My girlfriend got a salad. I warned her not to (assuming it would be gross), but she did it anyway. Sure enough, about half the salad was wilted and starting to turn brown. She doesn't like tomatoes and forgot to ask to not have them in her salad, but they were in it, and they were really pale and sick looking -- kind of pink, and half white. I don't have anything against Buffalo Wild Wings, really... but I do have something against a restaurant (ESPECIALLY a brand spankin' new one) serving food that isn't fresh. My condolences, Birch Run/Frankenmuth. I know there aren't many great places to eat in the area.

This is probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever eaten at. I called to place an order for carry out and was put on hold for four minutes before being hung up on. I called back and was again put on hold. After three minutes of being on hold I realized that it would be much faster to just go in and order it. I got there and the place was not very busy, not busy enough to justify a six minute hold. The wings were also not very good as they had very little sauce on them.

Love the layout! Nice and bright inside and the bar setup is awesome! We didn't eat on this visit but bar service was great. Bathrooms were also very clean! A must for my woman!

Driving home in traffic stopped to eat. Cold beer and great wings. I had the Boston lager burger w/fries it was on point. This location is new and clean and the staff was in a good mood.

Thought we would give it a try, again. Unfortunately, it was the same experience as usual. The bartender was great, she was working her butt off bc she was the ONLY bartender working to run the whole bar AND make the drinks for the restaurant. Tell me how people get good, quick, efficient service like that?? You don't, but I don't blame it on her, I blame that on management. The manager was friendly, walking around, greeting people, clearing a table here and there, but what would have REALLY helped was if she or someone would have pitched in to help bartend. We waited over 35 minutes JUST for wings. That's all we ordered- wings to go. Maybe it was bc our bartender was so busy she didn't have time to run back and get them, but again, I don't blame her, I blame management. Received our bill, waited 20 min + for the bartender to cash us out so we could leave-she was working her tail off...not really her fault. Management needs to step up their game.... After this being our 4th visit, it will more than likely be one of our last. We have never waited less than 30-40 minutes for our food that we KNOW takes 15 to make.....

We have been to this bdubs mulitiple different times now and have only had good service a couple of times . The wost time was with a group of friends, and to start all of our orders were wrong. This I understand I worked in a kitchen things get busy. The waitress got very upset when we had a problem with our orders. When we finally got our food it was cold, but with it having been an hour we said screw it and ate anyway. One of the members of our group found a hair in her food and none of the staff did anything not even an apology. After my friend insisted her food was taken back she then had to wait another 20 minutes. I understand this is a new facility but come on, the management should have hired some waitresses with expierence. The times we have had good service were because of specific waitresses as followed: Gabriella Frankie Ask for one of these ladies if you'd like good service. They made it just like if we had eaten at the flint bdubs where we used to go. Very attentive, polite, and know what they are doing so thumbs up ladies you rock. Best advice is avoid bdubs until their staff gets more expierence and management weeds out the crappy servers.

Very clean and nice. Has a very modern vibe. It is typical BWW food. Wings are good. But this place has the coldest beer we have ever had. What ever type of beer system they have in the building it must be top notch. The waitress that we had was a little slow and I felt she forgot about us a few times. I do base things on how often they watch our drinks. We had empty cups and we weren't asked for another or something else to drink for a little while. But it was a good experience overall.

Basically to be a good Buffalo Wild Wings you need a killer staff, and I mean killer. Been there a few times and their staff is far from killer. They have a few good people but for the most part they are slow and distraught. But, as always they have great food and it's actually super legit inside. Very modern and cool. For this reason, they get 3 stars but honestly it'll take some more work to get that 5!

We love buffalo wild wings and have gone to MANY locations. However today at this location birchrun we ordered snack pack traditional wings the 6 pack and was informed that the wings are running bigger so we only got 5 wings. When they came out by our uncalibrated eye we could not tell a difference. We will NOT return to this BWs. Disappointed....

This is a long awaited, well needed and apparently well welcomed addition to the Birch Run shopping center area of restaurants. Even though they were pretty busy the day I visited, the wait staff was very attentive, took our order quickly, drinks came quickly, and the food was delivered in a decent time and hot (which I have had problems with at other locations). The only problems that I had were after the food came we were then ignored and had to flag down a waitress for drink refills and the parking lot was hard to get out of to get back on the freeway (which I cannot hold against them).

The food is BDubs food. Good and cheap for what you get. My beef is with the service we got at this Resturant. I went with a group of 4 on a Wednesday night around 8, not a super busy time. The waitress took about 15 minutes to get to our table.. Okay, we understand she may be busy even though we saw her standing behind the bar doing nothing. When she did come get us and get our drink orders she had to return twice to be sure she got the drink orders right because she "couldn't remember them". Really? Is four bud lights that hard? When she took our order, she took 3 orders and then walked away! I mentioned that there were FOUR of us eating. We had to flag her down to actually have her get the last order! Finally when our food finally did come, literally none of it was correct. We got way more wings than we ordered and none of the sauces were right. We flagged her down and told her and she said she'd go back in the kitchen to check....and never came back. We finally gave up and ate our now cold wings. Finally 20 minutes after we finished our food she came with our bill (yes she still planned on charging us) and she then walked away. No thank you, no apology, nothing! We couldn't find a manager to talk to so we just gave up and paid for our food. I really like Buffalo Wild Wing's food and enjoy their atmosphere but that was just too much. I will go back to eat there but not the Birch Run restaurant! The BDubs in Saginaw will always get my businesses from now on!
