Hands down the best burger joint! And I'm not a big fan of burgers but this place is amazing, I will probably come back a million times for the burgers and Cajun fries :) this place gets a A+++

What is the hype about this place? Yes they have real unprocessed potatoes to makes fries but their food is tasteless. The Hamburg is just a hamburger and their fries are just fries. I went once and never felt the need to ever go back. I prefer unbelievable freakin burgers in farmington hills.

Five guys burger! You know their burgers are good, and it's a chain so if you love it in one place, you really love it. But man, between all the locations I've been to - this is my favorite. Their service is great - friendly and upbeat. The atmosphere is good - open space and clean, lots of places to sit. And the food. Well I like their burger so they delivered again. Thanks Five guys!

Oh gawd. As if I really to step foot in here. I can't drive by this place without stopping in for a small burger fully loaded. It's about a $4 burger, but is worth every penny. There is a pretty good wait because they make each burger to order. No heat lamps or warming trays. Good clean, salty, greasy goodness.

Great food but horrible service plan on waiting forever to get your food their system blows your food can be ready but they want Matt handed over to you until they're done making everybody else's food in some cases I find myself waiting for seminary orders to be complete for someone with even hand me my bagI literally could go home and make a burger and half the time

A good time all around. The burgers are super delicious and the fries are so good. Get them with a side of the seasoning, it really makes them great. Chad the GM turned up the heat for me, I was cold. That was really nice and Thalia was also super sweet. They seem to really care about making your experience happy. :-) Now go watch the Dayum, dayum, dayum video on youtube if you want to laugh AND want to crave some five guys! ;-)

Very friendly employees. I was greeted with a smile and thanked for coming in. The food was top notch for a Five Guys. It's good to see they are true to the name. This is worth a stop on for sure.

I don't normally give out 5 star reviews to the typical "chain" restaurants, but this Five Guys location really has it all...great tasting burgers and exceptional service. It is a newer location, so the interior is very clean and all of the equipment is pristine. Of course, I ordered a burger and fries (what else??) and always enjoy the surplus of french fries you receive at the bottom of your brown bag. The cashier was friendly and didn't rush me when I thought very hard about how to craft my burger just right. This is something I really appreciated simply because most cashiers in these scenarios always seem like you are wasting their time when really, the customer always comes 1st. The food prep crew handed over the ginormous brown bag of burger and fry to my dad, sister, and I with a kind "thank you for coming in today". Honestly, the coolest thing about this location is the soft-drink dispenser. I had never seen these Coca-Cola machines before...they were vintage looking, red-and-white. They both had identical touchscreens with a multitude of Coca-Cola branded beverages (at least 2x more than usual). Once you selected one, let's say, Coke...it brought up little bubbles that asked if you wanted to add custom flavoring (cherry, vanilla, raspberry, etc). That flavors were different to accomodate different drinks. Even the water had flavor options!! Excellent experience: go here for lunch one day and indulge in the greasy goodness that we all know and love to be Five Guys Burgers & Fries.

We were on our way to DTE music theater and saw the good reviews of this hamburger restaurant and try it. We were happy with the food and the service. If we are in the area again we will eat here again.

Don't judge me!! I love 5 guys. I get two patties with everything plus bacon. The jalepenos send it over the top. I dip my fries in bbq sauce and ask for extra seasoning salt. If you're going to eat fatty foods that will stop your heart, while sell yourself short, eh?!? Nom Nom NOM!!!!

Some of the best burgers around hands down. The touch screen pop machine has endless selections. Friendly staff.
