I've ways had good food here but the service (or lack there of) has completely changed my mind about this place. It is advertised on the website and also on the sign that they are open until 11, my part ever and I rolled into the parking lot at 10:35 and were quickly shooed away by a staff member inside, we hadn't even had time to fully step out of our car, clearly they don't want my business, I won't be back.

All Mexican fast food chains, including Qdoba, are excellent at filling one's stomach up. The boy and I both got burrito bowls (pulled pork for me, chicken for him), which effectively quelled our hunger pains created from packing/moving, always a strenuous task. Pluses about Qdoba are that chips are also free with a burrito bowl, and guacomole is free.

Mmmm just being on this page is making me want a queso burrito right now. I have tried a few different things and everything has been good : )

I come to Qdoba for the queso. My company goes to Qdoba for a wide range a decently priced food that the whole department can order from. Over the past year we've placed a few large fax orders (like 3 pages worth of food). They've had the food ready within 5 minutes of our p/u time and are always extremely friendly. even with a line out the door they get things done. yesterday in particular, their computer system was down, meaning no credit card or cash register to do the work. they pushed through the heavy line, having to use a calculator to count change and not only did the staff stay positive, the customers in the line helped them out too. way to go guys! You might not be getting authentic or outrageously good food, but its decent and you know what to expect.

I've never dealt with such an unprofessional staff and seen such disgusting service. Isn't it common practice to change gloves after handling money? I think Debra was the person I raised my concerns with who completely blew me off. "We are really busy right now go to Chipotle if you have a problem with how we do things," was the response I received. I don't expect much from a chain place but basic manners shouldn't be an aberration when dining any where. Needless to say I won't be attending this or any other qdoba ever again. Thanks again Debra.

Qdoba on Main has been upping their game. Service and menu additions make this place the go-to place for my group for lunch.

This is our compromise in burrito places. Unlike Chipotle (my fave) Qdoba has queso, an essential for my husband. Unlike Moe's (James' fave) spanish style rice, Qdobo has the cilantro rice I prefer. We usually get queso burritos. Occasionally I will get a poblano pesto or a fajita one. I usually get chicken or just veggie, James gets a chicken or steak. The selections are decent for toppings but I always have them running into the back to get me extra cilantro. The guac is decent. James is a fan of the queso with his chips instead of course. I enjoy some tortilla soup every now and again when I am not hungry enough for the burrito. I like that lately they have had a burrito and drink combo for 5 bucks through the e club. Cheap, tasty and convenient. Happy.

I've frequented Qdoba for a few years now, mainly because they provide us with cheap drinks and dinner if we want as well. The staff allows us to stay for hours at a time playing cards and whatnot. After a bit of a situation last summer with a criminal who was following us around, the staff not only continued to support our group of friends in coming here, but also asked if we were all okay and assured us they didn't think we were that type. I like this Qdoba, and I don't think the food is half bad either.

Sometimes, you just need some comfort food. I've had oh-my-gosh-that's-good Qdoba, and I've had "eh" Qdoba. This location tends towards the second, unfortunately, but it's still consistent enough on two fronts to get me back in the door. When I'm low on protein and want something salty, there are the shredded beef tacos. When I've had a rough day and need to bathe my tastebuds in chips and queso, this is a stand-by. It may not be authentic, but it's relatively consistent. Don't we all crave some sort of chain comfort food every once in awhile? I say yes. For authentic, I'll hit up La Casita. But to drown my troubles in queso? Qdoba.

Edible, but not great. Looks like chipotle, tastes like a poor imitation. I had a veggie burrito and it was so boring I couldn't finish it. Won't be back.

I don't get it - how come Chipolte is GREAT and Qdoba is only just okay? It's cheap, it's decent, but it's just maybe, not as freshly prepared and hot off the grill as Chipolte is.

When you work for Chipotle, steal their recipes, and open your own place, chances are your food will be decent... Not that, that's what happened... Just sayin.... ;) It's so so, cheap and filling... Not nearly as good, or as fresh tasting as Chipotle...

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
