This used to be my favorite restaurant and I used to have excellent service both dining in and carry out. The past 5! Times I've felt less than welcomed upon entering and my food arrived to my table way to fast and cold by a snotty waitress. Today I stopped in for carry out and wasn't greeted when I entered I just got weird looks from a group of waitresses standing near the door finally one unfriendly lady took my order. The quality and freshness of their food has decreased drastically. Also today I used a coupon for a free basket of snackers and they were hard as a rock over seasoned and I only received a half of cup of cheese. I've gotten snackers to go before and they were good and came with two cups of cheese! Why offer that deal and give a customer old bread and minimal cheese. The sad part is I have 2 gift cards to use and I'm just considering giving them away to a friend. If I do go to olgas again it won't be this location. Funny thing is I actually met olga herself at this location about a month ago.

Service - good most of the time. Atmosphere - Clean and simple. Food - good food, I like the Mediterranean Chicken salad, and the snackers are just delicious. Prices - little pricey for the food portions. Overall, like going there on a laid back weekends, when I just feel like having a nice relaxed lunch/ dinner.

I am a huge fan of Olga's, until I came to this location. The service was great but the food was mediocre. Well to set things straight, this place is by no means close to authentic greek. I go for the fried chicken wrap which is the basic wrap packed with flavor. This trip I tried the cheesesteak wrap and it was a total disappointment. It did not have any flavor and was just salty. The pita chips were yummy and the brownie dessert was also great. Overall, I would try Olga's again, but I would not come back to this location.

Really good food but not consistent with freshness sometimes the snickers are too hard, or cold and not freshly made when order. Last couple of visits been good my snickers, and salad was freshly made. If this place was consistent with freshness I would give it a 5. The food is good when it's fresh, and hot.

Just left lunch at this location with a few of my co-workers. I found a hair in my food, sent it back and expected that my meal would have been taken off of our bill. It wasn't, so I requested to speak to the manager and explained the situation and again, expected that my meal would have been comped. He gave us a $3 credit. I am thoroughly disgusted with both finding someone else's hair in my food and with their poor service.

I love the broccoli soup and smackers. They changed the quality of chicken they serve and it's just ok now. Best bet - unlimited soup and salad.

Olga's has always held an interesting place in my mind - rare enough that I don't feel as though I'm eating at a huge national chain, unique enough that I feel the menu has its own character, yet expensive enough that I always feel like I overpaid a little for what I received. Still worth visiting from time to time. I really like the Classic Olga, the Mediterranean, the Peasant Soup, and the White Bean Chicken Chili. I can't 100% honestly say which sandwiches and entrees I had at this location, but every Olga's meal I've had was tasty and prepared correctly, so always expect either good or great from a food perspective. I've only been to this Olga's three times, even though it's the one closest to my house. The first time met my expectations for an Olga's experience - clean restaurant, pleasant service, solid food, a bit pricey, but overall left me happy. The second trip was a carry out - I was overcharged and didn't receive part of my carry out order. I was too far away to drive back and have them fix it. My third (and final) trip to this Olga's was for lunch recently. We were told the wait for a table would be "5-10 minutes." We waited 10 minutes and inquired on status with the hostess. She told us "10 more minutes." We waited 10 minutes. Inquiring again, we were told "10 minutes" for the third time. Since my lunch break, which I can stretch to an hour and fifteen minutes at most, was already half over, I had to grab fast food and head back to work. Very disappointing. I don't mind a long wait - but the "bait and switch" of telling someone a time that is 1/4 the actual wait time is a quick way to garner REALLY bad karma with your customers, even if the hostess is polite about it. It also weirds me out a bit that even though Olga's is a chain, some of them (like this one) have a waiter/waitress and you wait to order. Others are cafeteria style. Others take your order at a counter and then bring it to you. Some are heavy on Mediterranean / Middle Eastern food (which I love), yet others shy away from it completely. I sense an identity crisis across the chain as a whole. If you're already in this shopping center, don't want to explore other options nearby (none of them are phenomenal), and you have plenty of time, this place will likely suffice, but I certainly wouldn't make a trip solely for this experience.

I used to love Olga's until I started going to this location. It just seems lacking in every way. Most of the servers manning the take-out counter are not efficient and will leave you standing there waiting to be served forever. Got an Olga's salad and three-cheese - the salad was all lettuce with scant toppings and tiny amount of dressing. The three cheese wasn't warm and so bland. And not a napkin or utensil to be found in the bag. I ate about a third of my meal and couldn't finish any of it. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I must say I always appreciate when a business takes enough pride in their service and quality to contact a previous customer but when it falls short and someone who is in a management role states they will contact you back and wants you to take the extra time to write the detailed review in an email when you do that as a customer and then get no response it is quite disheartening and mildly aggravating then why did they request you to take the extra time out of your day to write an email with detailed notes about your experience if they don't care enough to get back with you please do not waste my time and yours if you are not going to follow through this definitely dropped this location down to a one star I wish I could put a zero hopefully in the future it will go back up is starting to feel like this chain is just a McDonald's with window dressing and how can you mess up food off of a slow cooker sad to see and sad to write

Out for a quick bite to eat with hubby, so we stopped at Olga's kitchen. We have always liked Olga's kitchen. Who wouldn't love the bread. But, this was the most disappointing trip that we could have possibly taken. Upon arrival with less than 6 parties in the entire establishment we were sat by the back door. We placed our order for a extra large original olga and when it came we were shocked to see how small the portions have become. When our food arrived everything from the fries to the meat on the sandwich was cold. There was so little olga sauce on the sandwich that it didn't cover it from end to end. There were two small slices of tomato. The only redeeming factor was that our server was a very nice young lady. She offered to replace the items that we brought to her attention. If you choose to use a check-in freebie offer be sure your server knows how to redeem it. Ours did not and had to make two trips back and forth to the manager. However, it was well worth the wait. The Birmingham Best brownie dessert was off the chain. It was smothered in peanuts with whipped cream and a great soft vanilla ice cream on top of warm soft brownie, covered in Carmel and chocolate. Be sure to check your bill. We were charged for a item that we sent back. The manager was very helpful and corrected it immediately.

Our server was Adrienne. She was prompt friendly and a great server. Food was perfect. Boyfriend got a chicken shawarma and I got a medium Italian pasta salad that she recommended I get. I've never tried a chicken shawarma but this was a great first time tasting it as it was delicious! Got amazing snackers, yummy cheese bites, and a Birmingham brownie. Sorry ate so fast that pics do not exist lol

My nieces love it here. Always room to be seated and servers are super friendly. But why does my wrap and Olga fries have to be cold all the time? It's still delicious, but I love for my three cheese sandwich with extra Olga sauce to be warm so that I can enjoy it more! Other than that, this place is great. And clean, I love clean.

The food and service at this Olga's is good. But they have got to turn the muzak down. You can barely concentrate on your meal or your company because the stereo is blaring John Mayer tunes over and over. It's Olga's folks, not the club....

The food has plenty of potential, but unfortunately it often ends up not quite as hot as it should be, and most of the items I've had have been disappointingly bland. A little more care and seasoning could make this a keeper, but in it's present state its not worth a trip "up the hill" during the traffic-plagued lunch hour.

Olga's menu has drastically changed. Everything is Ala Carte. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches, two soup bowls, two orange coolers and shared some snackers. I knew our bill would be expensive, but between the bill and the tip - we walked out fifty dollars lighter! No joke. We told each other that for a few more bucks, we could have had steaks at Longhorn! The food was adequate but bland. I should have taken the hint when the waitresses brought in food from Moe's which they ate in the dining area (end booth) Gone is the cool set of four tabletop spices. We are done with Olga's.
I have nothing but good things to say about this Olga's. It's my first choice as there are two in the area. I usually get carry-out and I've never had a problem with it. 90% of the time the cashier is always Hollie, and she always greets with a smile and is cheerful - which is nice because you get a lot of bad attitude's in the restaurant business.

I've been to this Olga's a few times now since I live close by. The service is good but for eat in only. I ordered curbside service, where you call it in and they bring it out to your car. And although they have the front row spots reserved for curbside, the employees don't even bother to look out to see if you are there or to bring your food out, as curbside is intended. So both times I've went in and trying to find anyone who works carry out is impossible!

Olga's has a great reputation for serving great food. But this location consistently drops the ball when it comes to the temp of the food, it's almost always lukewarm at best. Fries are usually cold too and have to be re-ordered. Service is usually fast, but some servers can be dismissive and seem to be on a mission. Manager doesn't seem to really want to do anything but fix any problem, doesn't offer to make up for faulty orders or problems, simply fixes them without apologizing. I've eaten at Olga's for over 30 years, this location has to be one of the worst managed I've been to. Packaging for to-go items is unacceptable near paper like, doesn't keep food warm, and tends to fall apart easily. When the food is made right and hot, it's awesome, but you almost have to return your food to get it right--it shouldn't have to be that way.

I got distracted from my weekly trip to Famous Hamburger when I saw a crapload of people walking into this place. I figured I had to check out what Olga's was all about. I wasn't really in the mood for a gyro so I figured I'd be safe with a soup salad combo. I went with the Peasant soup which tasted like beef stew with lamb in it. A little salty for my taste. I also had the mandarin chicken salad. Pretty good, but rather than using plain chicken they used fried chicken strips. Not a bad choice but I figured it would have made more sense to use plain. This combo came with the Olga snackers which are an excellent snack food. The snackers are essentially strips of pita cooked in butter and then served with cheese. I could munch on those all day. The service was good. This establishment reminds me of a cross between a diner and a Panera. They have some slightly healthier options of a Panera but you don't have to serve yourself. They also have smoothies which I'll have to try another time.

Nothing authentic about Olgas!!! Don't come here.... The waitress was bothered by the questions we had. It was our first time here and we were recomended to come. Don't be fooled by the appearance. How sad that we had to use our hard earned money for this resturant.

I'll echo the comment about the Snackers posted by the other contributor. My wife I constantly crave them and their yumminess alone raised their score from 4 to 5 stars. Their all you can eat soup, salad and Snackers is a good value. My kids really enjoy the kids meals, which are very cheap compared to similar restaurants. I especially enjoy their Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. Their service is good. They are famous for their gyros but I found them to be the same as all the other gyros out there.

I came here with my fiancé and in laws to grab a quick bite. It's funny because I have been craving Greek. Don't think this place is 100% Greek but it satisfied my craving. It's a great place for groups an kids. Very family friendly. For the serving portion, the price was a little high. Not extremely pricey, but more than I expected to pay for the amount of food. Service The server was pretty diligent with seeing that my table well taken care of. We have quite a few questions, which she was able to answer and if she did not have an answer or needed help, she would get a manager's assistance. ALSO, CHECKING IN THROUGH YELP, WE GOT A FREE DESSERT, FYI!!! I have no complaints about service. Quality The food was well made and the presentation was neat. The snackers were great, with whatever kind of cheese or something that came in the side. It was in point. For my meal I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich. It was the closest thing to a Greek gyro I could possibly get. The lamb could have had a little more flavor but the sandwich as a whole, was good. All in all, I recommend you try this restaurant. I would have to be in the mood for this style of food to eat it but I would definitely return.
