If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I work near this Little Caesars. Often, I have tried to stop in and pick up a "Hot and Ready Pizza" on my way to work. Every time I go in they don't have what I want "Hot and Ready." Either they are out of crazy bread or deep dish pizzas both of which are supposed to be "Hot and Ready." Well, today I was in a hurry so I called 25 minutes before I had to be at work and placed my order. I was told 10-15 minutes. When I arrived 12 minutes later, I was told my order wasn't ready. No problem. I waited patiently. Then a lady came in and ordered a deep dish and crazy bread. She had not placed a phone order. The guy went into the back and brought out a deep dish and crazy bread. I thought it was mine. He gave it to her instead and she left. I asked him what was going on and he said the order said cheese only. Well, that wasn't what I ordered and when I came in and paid, he confirmed the order. At no point did he say I ordered cheese only. Now I had to wait longer. He said he was sorry and gave me my crazy bread for free but it ended up taking over a half an hour for an order I was told would be ready in 10-15 minutes and I was late for work. The irony of all this was the guy was wearing a shirt that said "no online, no phone hassle, hot and ready." What a joke!!!! I'm a manager at a large grocery store. We USED TO order pizzas from Little Caesars all the time for our staff of 185 people. After today, we will give the business to Hungry Howies. Good Luck to the Little Caesars on Allen Road. Keep doing business like that and I'm sure your days are numbered.
