For what it is, a sports grille, I'd say it's as good as it gets. Last night I tried the Woody's nachos which were some of the best I've ever had. Who's ever heard of putting banana peppers on nachos? Well, they are genius. The service was superb. Our waiter took great care of us.

We are fans of Woody's ..The staff is very friendly , Wednesday is wing night and they are very good! Drinks are great..they have weekly dinner specials to keep seasonal items available . I had the butternut squash soup recently, I loved it! We have had burgers, pasta, seafood and my personal favorite fish tacos...all have been delicious . It is a bit loud , it is a sports bar, but better not to take young children because of the volume. That's really the only critique.

Was here the other day and got a bacon cheeseburger. Ordered the burger medium, came out medium well, not that big of a deal. The person I was with got a shrimp basket and raved about it. Why I gave it three stars you may ask? The bacon was very tough and tasted as if it was bacon bits put in grease and fried, kind of gross. Also our server was the bartender and he was very good for the most part. Checked in occasionally, was very friendly and accommodating. However he seemed more interested in flirting with the women at the bar than he did with some other customers. It is a pub place located near the high school. Street it busy and parking is limited but it seems like a welcoming environment. Will probably come back but there is definitely room for Woody's to improve.

Woody's is fantastic and the service is top notch. I've had the prime rib, and it rivals anything, anywhere. It's not always on the menu, so check the specials. All the food is fresh, none of that Sysco frozen stuff. The chefs all pride themselves on both taste and presentation. The atmosphere is perfect, and when they have live music, it's always from the best around.

3 stars simply because I wanted fried Haddock along with broiled Scallops, and the kitchen staff refused to cook it that way, all fried or all broiled, there way or no way. So I skipped the entree and filled up on apps. Liked potato skins, wings were ok, chicken tenders were a bit better.

Been there several times in last several months and can only say that the food is very good.Cant see how anyone could say otherwise!Good portions for the prices too.

This was our first time at Woody's and we will be back, probably often. It's called a Sports Grille and is filled with sports stuff and several good sized TVs but it's not overwhelmingly "jock". It has a great comfortable feel - and smells great too. The menu is perfect for the place. Good selection of apps, the burgers were super. I had the Big Blue - blue cheese crumbles and bacon (chopped, thank you) with lettuce, tomato, pickle and chopped red onion - really good. Sandy had the classic burger and it was perfectly done. The fries were terrific - hot, crisp and sprinkled with wonderful coarse salt. The burgers, sandwiches and wraps are in the $8 to $10 range and the entrees are around $15. The wait staff is great. Friendly, helpful and with a sense of humor. All in all, a great local place - good food, affordable prices, friendly atmosphere and a full bar.

Not sure why these people are calling this fine dining? Ask for cheese and there is a 75% chance they cover your meal in nacho cheese sauce. Their food is all SYSCO. Would not recommend to anyone looking for anything more than a beer and some mediocre wings.

I am a regular at this place, usually stopping in once a week at least. I've never had anything to complain about. There are usually some interesting specials that aren't standard fare. This place has something for everyone and can go from Beer & Wings to a high-end meal that you would get at a finer restaurant. It's a sports bar with a casual feel and prices are on par with most places. Watch the specials board.

Woody's is one of the best casual dining / sports bar restaurant I've ever eaten at. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But what sets it apart is the food quality. I have been to some very nice restaurants that serve up a lesser meal. This place has got some serious talent in the kitchen, and every time I go there they have different specials. And they are actual specials too, always items not found on the already impressive menu. I rate this restaurant very high, and I highly recommend it. WARNING: The sudden death wings are NO JOKE! They will knock your socks off!
