Prices went up quaility went down. Ordered 2 roast beef specials one with provolone one with American got no cheese with either, on top of that the rolls that were used were old not what I expect for that price.

Hello......best grilled ham cheese tomato ever! Homemade breads...wide menu variety (hot and cold)...good service. They do offer picnic tables, otherwise no other seating. Credit cards accepted.

I hadn't been to Rosa's since I moved in 2008. Back then they had some of the best sandwiches in the area, my favorite being the cranberry walnut chicken salad on their own thick sliced bread. Now that I'm back I was looking forward to enjoying my favorite Rosa's treat again. My disappointment began upon unwrapping the sandwich and seeing it was on a burger type roll rather than the amazing slices of bread. Perhaps I needed to specify when ordering, but no one asked my bread preference when I ordered. I still had high hopes for the chicken salad itself but sadly I found the deliciousness I remembered was now just a bland, mayo mash. It was painfully obvious the recipe has been adjusted- not for the better. Instead of the tasty goodness it used to be it's now just a run of the mill chicken salad with a few (very few) cranberries and walnuts thrown in and no seasoning. I'll be passing on Rosa's from now on, and that makes me sad.

I've been here numerous times, and I cannot say that I have the complaints that other people have experienced. The folks are a touch slow, but they are always really friendly, and the sandwiches are bad-ass. Oh, if you're in the mood to not care about healthy options, I STRONGLY recommend the peanut butter whoopie pies. They are huge and delicious.

They make a pretty good sandwich, each time I stop in. I've tried their meatball and some Italians. They also have a small selection of Maine made treats, such as whoopie pies, fudge, and more. The price is pretty good, and they have picnic benches out front, which is great on a nice sunny day. There's not much great scenery, but it's a good spot to relax, and have some lunch.

How can you mess up a steak & cheese? Ask Rosa's. Dry meat, no flavor, cheese not mixed in and the roll tasted like perfume or bad hand cream. Staff was distracted with each other. Not very customer-focused. Tried their number twice with no answer, before going there to order. Not a good experience.

We went in there this evening to get dinner. It took the girls behind the counter at least 5 minutes to acknowledge that we were there. We ordered two salads which took an extremely long time to make. The lettuce was wilted, there were no forks and for the money all we got was lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and green pepper that was cut so large you needed a knife to eat it.

I usually get their chicken fingers and fries box. Their cole slaw is amazing and my favorite cole slaw of all time. No cole slaw I ever try even compares to theirs. They have a lobster roll with their own homemade hot dog bun - the bun is HUGE and the quality of it is sooo good, if you like lobster rolls you HAVE to have theirs.
