UPDATE 7/21/13: I decided tonight to give in and have a pizza delivered to a friend's house tonight from Dominos. I said to hell with the $2.50 delivery charge that doesn't go to the driver, and ordered my pizza. I ordered an Italian sausage, tomato, and garlic pizza. And that's pretty much what I got. Except that my pizza looked like it had a serious birth defect because it was mangled up with a couple slices rolled up on themselves, with grease on the lid of the box telling me that my pizza spent some time in close contact. So I contacted customer service online, and received a call from the local owner. I got the apology I needed, and a credit for a 3 topping pizza to replace the one that was unsatisfactory. I appreciated the effort, and since the pizza has improved, so has their score here on YELP. UPDATE 5/19/13: Dominoes has done some good things with their pizza. My parents ordered a pepperoni & onion from them not long ago and I took a look and taste of what they ordered. They did the toppings correctly, as in there WERE toppings, and a decent amount of them. My last review spoke of a distinct lack of them, so there is improvement. The pizza was a better quality and flavor than what I had last. Still, their prices are a touch high for what you get, but they're at least on par with Pizza Hut again. Unfortunately, they still charge for the privilege of delivery in addition to the driver expecting a tip.

I loved ordering from Domino's in Sanford, ME! The delivery driver was so nice and right on time! Our pizza's were perfect too, just the way we ordered them online. I'd definitely order delivery from this location again. Thank you!!

I live in Sanford, ME and have the BEST DOMINOS. The drivers are awesome and always in a good mood. No matter what I order it is always perfect!

Food was as expected. Not amazing but not awful, get what you pay for. I called ahead and went in to pay and pick up. The place was a wreck. I work in customer service. If my operation was running like this we would all be in the unemployment line. I stood there with a line behind me for about 20 minutes. The guy at the counter said one of the computers wasn't working ( but only one person using it anyway ) He asked how I wanted to pay, I give him my cc. He let out a big sigh and said hopefully his "sh*t" computer would work. ( sorry guy most people do use plastic ) He finally gets the transaction done after a lot of sighing and complaining. He then doesn't even grab my food and starts waiting on the guy behind me. I said, "can I have my food please?" Again big sigh ( sorry guy been standing here for 37 minutes now ) grabs my pies and hands them to a co-worker and says, give them to jackass. My last name is Jackson and he was trying to give me a hard time. I could have countered it by calling him a slob that needs to change his eating habits but I did not want to make fun of someone's physical neglect of the human body. The old owners were always friendly and operated the store. You can't have just ok pizza with horrid service and expect me to come back. Repeat business is what makes a company successful. I've never written a review or filled out a survey in my life. That's how pissed I am that this guy called me a jackass. Guess I'm going to the hut next time.

Prepaid for this order. On arrival at the store, my husband was told it was NOT paid for. I accessed my bank account and found that the money had been deducted. I called the store and requested to speak with the manager, but was told he was busy. The employee then told me that the order was paid for and I could return to get it. This meant a return trip (6 miles each way - total 24 miles). Hopefully on the return trip the staff will be gracious enough to be pleasant. I work in an area where customer service decides reimbursement, so let me say if this Domino's store was an example of services provided by my establishment. there would ne NO reimbursement.
