Went by for lunch on Wednesday. Friendly staff but a 35 minute ticket time isn't up to par. Several tables ordered after we did and were done eating. Ordered a ham Italian, 2 pastrami sandwiches and a pizza. When our order was finally ready I was informed the pizza would be out shortly. Which tells me they forgot our entire order. The ham Italian at $9.95, they put it in the computer as an Italian minus the Italian cold cuts. Good ingredients but ONE slice of ham in the whole sandwich. I brought it up to the countered and the girl apologized and offered to remake the sandwich but after waiting 35 minutes I just asked for more ham. The pastrami was good for $11.95 a sandwich, but the pizza was just a conveyor belt cheese pizza rushed through the oven, doughy not real good. Paid full rate for everything. If the owner isn't onsite make sure your staff knows how to better manage tickets..

Very good food. Best Italian I've had. One thing though I will mention the manager yelled at " Ariana" and it was very unprofessional. Do not let the customer be publicly aware of mistakes happening within the kitchen, that's just makes everyone uncomfortable. Very good food though! Highly recommended

Stopped in for sandwiches. Sat outside with dog. Patio was a little messy. Lots of food scraps on the ground. Very nice menu. Prices were reasonable. Ordered the meatball sub and the chicken caprese. The breads used were fantastic. The meatballs were delicious. The caprese had a wonderful pesto sauce. The only negative was the tomato was too thick for the sandwich. Potato salad was very fresh with good texture but under-seasoned. The pickle spear was awesome, not sure what they do to it.

During our visit this July we stopped in for the rueben, recommended in another review, it was excellent!! Since we had been disappointed by other area restaurants and had had enough lobster we went back the next day for pizza. It was awesome!! We each tried a different pizza and could not decide which was better, Crispy crust, fresh ingredients, unique combinations, just the right amount of sauce. Add to the really good food...Good service, fair prices, clean and plenty of parking. One word of advice, go early before they run out of cookies. I asked for and met the owner in order to complement him. Don't miss this one, even if you only get to go once. Greg & Peggy North Carolina

Great selection of sandwiches, salads, pizza, local craft beers, and wine. Opened by an accomplished chef from a successful local restaurant. I overheard a fellow diner claim it was the best pizza she ever had. I had the cubano sandwich which was the special. Certainly the best around. Reasonable prices too, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. You will not be disappointed! Try it out!

Don't be put off by the location and surroundings (like I was). My honey found this while on vacation and I was skeptical- I was thinking, since we are in Maine we should be having lobster seaside. But we needed a meal at an odd time on a Monday. Wow, this place was great. It is cute inside and it's a place that takes simple food and, due to phenomenal ingredients, elevates the classics. I had a bacon grilled cheese on the most delicious beer bread. My honey had a club sandwich (he eats them everywhere) and he said it was one of the best. This place is awesome. Oh, and spring for the chocolate chip cookie. It's $1.00 and worth every bite!
