Good food here!! Good prices too!! We come here while visiting the family camp in Hunter Cove and Sarge's is a definite stop! I love the broccoli cheese bites and the fried fish sandwich!!! Very good! Burgers are great too! They have fresh salads and good chowder! Fries are pretty good and coleslaw is very good! Margaritas are great! They have live music and karaoke that I did partake in! Fun for late nights after snowmobile rides or after a day on the lake! They have parking for snowmobiles across the street next to The Rangeley Inn!! Very convenient! Def would recommend visiting Sarge's!!

2.5 stars. My boyfriend and I stopped in here after exploring the town for a bit on Saturday. Average bar atmosphere with a college football game on. The place smelled great but we had had a big breakfast prior to stopping in so we were only doing drinks. I've had decent burgers here in the past. The bartender seemed more interested in taking care of the locals than us and we waited on her for over 20 minutes with empty drinks and our card out when we were ready to go. I have a house in the area and will probably stop in again, hopefully a different bartender will be on that night.

We were here in Labor Day weekend of '13. Bartender wasn't rude but he didn't give a shit about us. He was more concerned with some waitress or regular talking about townie stuff. When I finally shouted to get his attention he was annoyed that we wanted menus and that I asked what was on tap. We looked at the menu for about five minutes then shouted for his attention again only to be told the kitchen was closed. Kind of a dick move to not let us know when we asked for menus but at least we weren't suckered into buying a drink first. Not worth it unless you're a townie. There is a nice restaurant across the street called Forks in the Air and a bbq place up a half mile that are much more accommodating of tourists.

Where can you find awesome food and cold beer on tap? Sarge's in Rangeley Maine! Great little place to hit while out on the trail. Upon entering the atmosphere was really good with sports played on every TV. The food was served hot and the beer was ice cold. Overall nice experience!

A dimly lit bar with a decent menu of typical pub food. They got a couple of TVs so you can relax and watch the game. Looked like they may have done live music in there as well. Worth checking out.

We go here for lunch and a Carrabasset Ale when we are in town. Typical pub food...nothing extraordinary but definitely good. Love the high wood tables. The bar is long and they have a lot of TVs. A good place to go to watch sports.
