Went for lunch today, and it's a great cozy little restaurant for sandwiches and burgers. It was a reunion of sorts with an "old" friend, and we did not feel rushed at all as we sat and visited for over an hour. I had a tuna melt with cheddar cheese on rye bread and it was chocked full of tuna, the cheese was ample and the tomatoes delicious. Fries too were hot and crispy. My friend started with an onion soup that smelled heavenly (she said it tasted great) and had a hamburger that was cooked to a perfect medium. Service was attentive and good.

Dropped by for breakfast on the way down 95. Just an average breakfast where the staff was not friendly. Service was slow and I don't know if it was because we were obviously from out of town or if it is just always that way. I'd keep driving if you are looking for a place to stop and enjoy a meal.

My family and I have been to this place twice in the last few years. The first time we had the worst service I've ever encountered in all my years dining out. The waitress seemed annoyed that we were a large group, even though there was plenty of space to accommodate us. She continued to be very rude to us for the remainder of our meal. The food took a long time to be served and was only okay. The second time we went, which was today, we walked in as a group of 5 and was met with the same kind of hostility. The two waitresses gave us a hard time because they didn't want to push two tables together, even though there was plenty of space, and told us the wait would be 40 mins for there to be enough space. If they had been polite it wouldn't have been so bad, but they were very rude about it and we immediately took our business elsewhere. If you have a group, I would avoid this place at all costs as they are not accommodating to anyone not in a group of 2 or 4, unless you want to endure incredibly rude, and embarrassingly awful service, seemingly out of spite.

Looking for a place to eat around the area and we stumbled upon this delightful restaurant. The atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and it was easy to talk to other customers who recommend dishes to try. I had the best fish and chip here and with a chef salad my wife and I could not finish the meal. Highly recommended.

This is a little restaurant in Kennebunk that serves breakfast and dinner. The dinner is reasonably priced with huge portions. I ordered the steak frites and a side salad, the steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the salad was served fast. Our server, who might have been an owner, was nice and everything we needed was given to us in a timely fashion. My husband had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes which was also very good. If you're looking for a home-style meal, served in a comfortable atmosphere this is one of the best in Kennebunk and surrounding areas.

We stopped here for a nice lunch. We ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with crispy Fry's. The chef nailed this order. Everything was great. I will stop by my next time to Maine.
