What a find! We've driven by dozens of times and, unfortunately, never stopped in - until today. The selections are so varied beef, chicken, pork, pastrami, corned beef and vegetarian. The cashier today, Deb, was friendly and very helpful for us 'first-timers'. The squash bisque was outstanding! This will become a regular stop. They also serve breakfast starting at 7 AM - can't wait to try it.

A small family owned deli with a huge selection of hot and cold sandwiches. Good beverage selection and two soups every day. They have plenty of seating and offer fast friendly service. Looking for some quick food, skip the chain and stop in here!

Sub was good. I would put 4 stars.. But what's up with the side? Less than 4 oz? Also the potato salad had not one once of salt or any other seasoning.. Overall not a bad place..

This is a great spot for a wide variety of subs and sandwiches, and it would be 4 stars if not for the "side dishes" that amount to a condiment cup of mediocrity. The steak and cheese, pulled pork, and club sandwich are great but the seating and sides leave much to be desired.

Gotta say, normally if I pick the top rated yelper site in an area... it's a sure thing I'm going to love it. This one was a miss. We walked in and no one greeted us or really even looked up... and we saw some people ordering with a server a table, and others ordering with the cashier in front of a huge blackboard with the sandwiches listed. Since no one spoke to us, we approached the cashier and ordered with her. I had a chicken salad grill that was honestly too plain. The chicken salad had no flavor, and it had a bland swiss cheese melted on and a not ripe tomato. The cashier had explained sandwiches came with either potato salad, fruit, pasta salad, or slaw... and I had opted for the potato salad which was a) tiny and b) had no flavor again. Drink choices are in bottles behind the cashier, and you have to pick from afar with some unusual brands and varieties where she doesn't even offer to step aside for you to look more closely. Hubby had a club sandwich which he relayed was also quite bland, and with his we had selected the fruit which was seriously diced up cantaloupe and honeydew... only those two fruits. What? He had also ordered a side of fries which when the sandwiches were delivered to our table she forgot... and hubby noticed an odd conversation between cashier and cook where evidently she wrote it up wrong. The fries finally arrived after we were completely done with our meals... and his large order had to have been a small order that we were delivered. It was warm in here, and again not very friendly overall, so we didn't linger or ask any questions. Maybe if you order some other sandwiches and do "to go" this is a better option, but not this time.

Great sandwiches and rolls. I had the chicken fajita and it was amazing. The lettuce, tomatoes and peppers tasted really fresh, and the chicken was hot off the grill. Perfect amount of cheese, too.

Soooo many interesting sandwich combinations, even for vegetarians! My veggie panini was super fresh and very well-balanced. Not too much cheese/sauce and not soggy like many hot veg sandwiches can be. Roasted red peppers, sprouts, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and a nice thin layer of alfredo- not over dressed! The meat section looked amazing as well with a huge nicely varied selection. The wife devoured her tuna melt, and the kids loved the grilled cheese. Very friendly and QUICK service at a very busy time of day. Nice.

I've always enjoyed having lunch at Ashby's. (We go there twice a year when driving through K'bunk.) It's not a large restaurant, but they have a number of tables. Both meat eaters and Vegetarians will find something good to eat. We always leave satiated (not stuffed) and happy. My favorite is the "Giselle", but there's a very large selection of sandwiches.

SOOOO many choices. Good stuff and pretty fast. More people seem to take out than eat in. Staff was friendly and willing to make a special option for a whiny little boy in front of me.

Went here on the recommendation of a local while in town for a meeting and loved it so much I had to write a review. Great portions...all made local condiments, roasted ham, turkey and RB on site, BBQ pulled pork sandwich was awesome. Service was fast and friendly. Its a small place but overheard they are expanding so by spring should have much more room.

This place is the BEST!!! Delicious goodness. You will not get a bigger or better sandwich for the price. A bit of a wait, so call your order in and you'll be all set. Love, love, love Ashby's.
