I seriously LOVE the pumpkin spice latte, it's the perfect fall drink. Staff was friendly and the drinks were well made. If you're stopping in here for the restroom, there's only one for both men and women so on a busy shopping weekend, the line can get a little crazy.

I've given my thoughts some more time to try to brew (hah), and I'm still sad to say that this just isn't up to snuff. Still very few friendly encounters, and now the quality seems to suffer. I'm drinking a luke-warm latte (less than 20 minutes old), and I'm just... Disappointed. I'm not sure what's going on, but this location just doesn't do it for me. [EDIT 3/20]: I went to the Maine Mall location and spoke with some of my faves there, and explained why I missed them so much. Turns out, one of them had been to the Freeport location and had the same experience, and wasn't treated well until after he handed the employee his partner card. So... it takes them knowing that who they're serving is an employee of their company to be nice? Not ok.

Chairs up on the tables two hours before closing. A holiday weekend, yes, but there's nothing to say you're closing early.

No town is complete without a Starbucks and this Starbucks is just what the doctor order to get you through a long day of shopping. It's kind of loud inside because of everybody's voices bouncing off of the many angles inside, but service was good and drinks were good too!

Walked in & was greeted by an unusually unhappy, unfriendly woman cashier. . I found the employees to be very snobby & unfriendly, so unlike other starbucks I have gone to throughout the countryFood was excellent but not a place I would bother to go to again! dep from AZ

I have to give a shout out to my favorite Starbucks location. What makes this my favorite? The awesome team that works here. I've been a Starbucks regular for many years, and this one is the best! I recently moved here from SF and my old Starbucks was in a gritty neighborhood which always provided for live entertainment. I miss the Fox Plaza crew but I'm happy to avoid the long lines and the Market Street crackheads. So what if this Starbucks isn't across the street from Twitter headquarters, it's got the greatest Starbucks employees who make my morning bright each and every day!

Enjoying a tall iced coffee with one pump of toffee nut as I type this up. This is a great Starbucks in a central location to all the shops of the Freeport Outlets. I've come here on many occasions for various types of Starbucks beverages and they're always made perfectly perfect. It's small but has a decent number of tables and doesn't get super packed unless its prime tourist season. I was surprised it's not busier today on this gorgeous, sunny, and warm Maine day. Grab a beverage, sit and enjoy some free Wi-Fi or take it to go and browse L.L. Bean, Banana Republic Outlet, Coach Outlet, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, North Face, Patagonia, and all the other stores that this shopping village has to offer.
