Had a business meeting here yesterday afternoon and - you know what? - the service was quite good in comparison. Must have been second shift. I think they favour the drive-through unfortunately, because two iced coffees took over five minutes to make.

This isn't exactly the best Starbucks I've been to! I'd go here specifically for a last resort. Before you enter the area. You see that there is not at all any exterior decorations... Just an arch. Sorry. No neat Starbucks wallpaper. Just a tan. Plain one. And when you enter the area. you see the crowded... Just CROWDED place full of people! But the seating is already pretty cramped. With very few places to sit. And if you want to know how nice the staff is . When were up for our order. The staff was chatting with another waitress all the time! When we finally got a chance to order. The waitress was hardly smiling. And when we ordered. She said that's not how we order. Okay... Great... We tried again. It worked. Phew. The only positive is that you can get your drink through the booths. And not sit and wait for it. So we had the meal. It clearly wasn't very well made! It tasted weak and not good! Overall. This isn't the place to go! Go here only if you have to. Sorry. Starbucks. But this is my least favorite.

This might be the slowest Starbucks ever. It pains me to write a two star review and honestly, I'm being generous. The service could not be any slower. You would think they would be quick given that they have so many people working, but no, they are not. I don't even drink coffee anymore so the fact that it took about 15 minutes to get a tea, my husband's mocha, and a chai for my mother in-law is ridiculous....especially since it wasn't that busy. I used to be a Starbucks groupie, but if this had been my home Starbucks, I would have quit the addiction about a decade ago. My experience today made me wish that I had gotten a receipt with a random survey on it. Starbucks is generally consistent but this place is bringing down the average. Sorry.

I thought it was kind of funny that this particular Starbucks had a bunch of one star reviews. It couldn't have been that bad... could it? I mean chains are chains are chains. They follow some guidebook put out by corporate, and so everything should pretty much be the same from location to location. Only not. Everything other people said was entirely true. We arrived at 6:30pm and found four baristas behind the counter cleaning and chatting. Cleaning and chatting. Cleaning and chatting. We stood at the counter waiting for service for around eight minutes before someone finally ambled over to us. When the young man made his way to the cash register, he just stared at me. "Can I order something?" I asked. "Yep," was his short response. "Okay, can I get a small mocha cookie crumble frapp with whipped cream; and, a small caramel crunch frapp with soy milk and no whipped cream?" He sighed. He slowly wrote on the cups our order. He sighed again. And then said, "$9.49, please." I gave him my credit card. He ran it. He tossed it back on the counter. Then he walked away to clean and chat. Clean and chat. Clean and chat. "Sorry, can I get a receipt?" I asked. He sighed again, turned around, printed out a receipt, tossed it on the counter, and then went back to the other three baristas still "cleaning", mostly chatting. Another ten or twelve minutes later (I've been a barista, and I can tell you right now that it does NOT take that long to make a coffee drink when there are NO other customers in the establishment; it just doesn't), some girl yells "two frapps" and tosses them on the counter before walking away to chat with her friends some more. The drinks themselves? My partner loved his mocha cookie crumble frapp. LOVED it. My drink, however, was mostly watered down. I took a sip and got a mouthful of coffee-flavored water. I took another sip... same thing. This was obviously not made properly (or even close to what I ordered), and since I couldn't get the attention of the staff again, I just tossed it. Such a disappointment. As someone else mentioned, it must be super frustrating that this and DunkNuts are the only immediate options in this area. Egads. Save yourself the headache and rive the ten minutes into Portland and order something from somewhere local!

If there were an option to give no stars that would have happened. Not friendly at all seem to have no idea what there doing. I brought my coffee back in Cuz it was yukky an manger decided to "tell" me it was fine. So unprofessional.

I just had the worst service at this Starbucks. The young woman who served me was irritated that I wanted dark roast iced coffee. All she had to do was take some dark roast coffee and pour it over ice. Also, I had asked for whipped cream, which she forgot and had an even worse attitude when I, very nicely I might add!, asked for it. I go to Starbucks often, but not to this one again!

They are horrible!! Where's the management!?? More concerned with their headsets instead of customers! I will never come back because bathrooms are filthy!

Too busy and understaffed. But mostly clean, if they allow a worker to do a sweep of the cafe. Usually too understaffed to make that happen.
