Very fresh seafood. Excellent service. Delicious sauces. Reasonable. Nice to sit outside.

We went full bore with drinks, meal, and dessert. All were delicious. Baked haddock was amazing, and all desserts tried on the table were raved about. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming inside of a large house.... very quaint. Definitely recommend

Terrific restaurant We each ordered Steamed Lobster. Paid $24/each. Not bad for lobster. I thought mine was a little tough. Not succulent enough. That's why I'm withholding the 5th star. Blueberry crisp with vanilla ice cream was to die for. The house Pinot Grigio was very good. Really good & friendly service. They do have the best seafood chowder anywhere!

Just had a wonderful meal with my two children, aged 12 and 14. Had two chicken dishes and a steak, a generously-sized salad, and a dessert. Attentive staff and delicious food. Not the fastest service, but this is a more upscale place, so one does not go expecting to eat quickly. We are going back tomorrow night!

No strange smells here. Highly recommended by several locals. Food was very tasty and not overpriced for the quality.

My husband and I found this restaurant through Yelp, and decided to check it out. They have an adorable outdoor patio in addition to a quaint interior. We arrived for an early dinner, and it was quiet. The hostess and servers were all friendly, and offered excellent recommendations for food choices. We split a Lobster Stew that tasted just like my grandfather's homemade mushroom soup with lobster in place of the mushrooms. It was light and creamy with large chunks of lobster. Yum! Then, I ordered the Scallops Nantucket, which were amazing! They had a fresh taste with a nice balance of crunch on top. My husband ordered a steamed lobster, which being from Chicago was a surprise when it came with a head and claws. The server explained how to properly eat the lobster, and he did quite well. He loved the flavor, and stated that it was much better than back home. The sides were mashed potatoes and mashed butternut squash. They were a little bland, but a perfect match with the heavier Scallops Nantucket. Once you're done, take a walk around this adorable town! We had a great time, and would recommend this restaurant especially for out of town visitors.

Nice relaxing place for dinner. Made a last minute ressy and they said their kitchen closes at 8 pm on a Sunday so we hightailed it down from our ski condo. The food was pretty good--I wouldn't say outstanding--but the server was very nice and we had no complaints. We also went to the Sudbury Inn down the street and for about the same cost we liked the Sudbury food better.

A fun little restaurant in a nice town. We drove over for lunch from Vermont for lunch. A beautiful drive and a good place to eat. My Cuban sandwich was excellent. Topped off the meal with a very good piece of pumpkin pie. I would say you need to try this place. A very nice staff as well.

Delicious. The lobster was fresh and prepared to order. The sandwiches and onion soup were also fantastic. The desserts were equally as impressive! The staff was beyond lovely. Would highly recommend!

Really cozy place, very nice servers, outdoor patio, great place to stop if you are traveling through. We also found this on Yelp while traveling and after a long drive it was a nice relaxing place to eat. There were several places to stop along the way, but I recommend trying it out. My wife had the lobster roll and loved it. I was a bit homesick and had a BLT, yes it was a plain BLT but after eating so much seafood it was the best tasting BLT I have had... Either way, there was a good menu to select from and the prices were not too bad considering what we paid in other places during our vacation.

We had the fisherman's stew, lobster bisque and SS Milton salad. All excellent. Great service and friendly. Very reasonably priced.

Stopped in for lunch when we arrived in town on Friday, had a wonderful lunch...best seafood chowder I've ever had. Most items are homemade.....best desserts!!! We enjoyed it so much we took our group there for dinner on Saturday night....Chicken Oscar w/lobster was great and of course I had to have another bowl of the seafood chowder....everyone loved their meals.....Great food, highly recommended:)

One of the finest restaurants in Maine. Excellent food, value and selection. Each dish is served with style and great care. Very fine food at a very great value. I have eaten here over a dozen times and have always been satisfied. From seafood to rack of lamb to the fine desserts always perfect. As for the reviewer who gave them one star after not even eating there might I suggest the value menu at the golden arches!!!

We ended up here when it was one of the few area restaurants open until 9:00 pm. Our two pasta dishes, while not exactly subtle, were good. We had an artichoke appetizer that, while a bit greasy, was good. The best part was the large selection of seasonal pies for dessert. Service was prompt and polite. The prices may have been a bit much given that the food was very ordinary.

Just reopened, great lunch on the deck. Love the lobster grilled cheese

Expensive - a sandwich costs $9-$13... outrageous. I actually didnt eat here because the strong urine smell in the carpet almost made me throw up.
