Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I hadnt been to Olive Garden to eat since I lived in TEXAS. My girlfriend chose Olive Garden for lunch good choice! We arrived to a seemingly full queue so we cheated right to the bar for yummy Italian Margarita and a frothy cold Sam Adams Summer ale, thinking an app would be great! then our table was available....Nice! We ordered the Italiano sampler with ravioli stuffed pork, mushrooms stuffed with clams, ok the ravioli I liked it, the mushrooms though they were of the frozen variety not much clams or seasoned stuffing but alot of mushroom liquid with butter...the entrees I had the Tour of Italy, Alfredo n pasta, Lasagna and Chicken parm...very good. My Girlfriend ordered the Taste of Tuscany with Sausage, basil and feta cheese bruschetta with roasted asparagus...yum! Our waitress was Great she told us about the 1oz. of wine tasting for a quarter! Think the limit is 4oz. Thats a dam Good bargin we were all ovah that! Our waitress name is Micel, she made the overall experience kickass will definately ask for her on our next visit to Olive Garden...Pssst dont be like me and let a number of years go by without giving The Olive Garden a try...

Went in for a business lunch, and had a great experience. Food arrived quickly, and was hot and delicious. Server was friendly but not overly talkative which was perfect for a working lunch.

I typically don't like chain restaurants, but due to the never-ending build your own pasta bowl, I've been here a few times recently. Friendly service and faster seating time than previous visits (which is most likely attributed to the off-hour we visited). Prompt, friendly wait staff with bread and salad refills without having to flag them down.

Great meal and service here this week. Granted it was a Monday night and they were not busy however service was fantastic. Would you like more soup, let met get you some more breadsticks and refill those drinks... Awesome. Now for the meal. We were not out looking for a bargain but why not take advantage if you stumble across one anyways. All 4 of us got the build your own pasta for 9.99. All 4 of us had an awesome 3 course meal including desert. Great deal great meal.

My wife and I stopped on our way home from Florida and have had much better meals at Olive Garden's in the past. It wasn't very busy, and the service was okay. My meal was nothing special and very bland. We expected allot more. The waitress forgot my beer, which by the time she was reminded I could have easily done without it. It will be a long time before we return to this O.G. or any other.

I ordered the Herb Grilled Salmon. I also took a chance with the togo chicken and Gnocchi soap. Both chooses were on the money.

Our family loves this place!! We get seated fast and the last waitress was as kind and helpful as can be! She made us feel right at home. The food was great and came out in a timely matter! They always give you a lot to eat for the money and the food has always been fresh and hot! We will go there again for sure!!
