I ordered a Large Hazelnut coffee for $2.11, I accidentally handed the cashier 2 x $5 dollar bills and $.11 to total $10.11. I meant to hand the cashier $5.11 total. The cashier asked me "All you got was a large coffe?" I responded "yes". This made me think so i started to look around for my 2nd $5.00 bill and couldn't find it. By that time he had handed me my coffee (without a receipt). I pulled into a parking spot and searched my vehicle for the additional $5.00 bill. It was no where to be found, so I went into the store to speak to the cashier who checked me out. He denied receiving the additional $5.00 bill. I then asked for a copy of my receipt since I never received one originally. The cashier was quick to print a receipt but it wasn't even for the correct amount and was for the exact time on my clock, it clearly wasn't my receipt. The receipt showed I paid with $3.00 and received $.89 cents in change. I was given $3.00 in change.I feel i was robbed by this establishment. Do not give them your money. Unfortunately this is the most convenient DD on my way into the office. I'll never be going back there again.

1 star because this location is close to my home. 1 star because I love coffee. 1 star because they have turkey sausage. It is difficult to understand the woman who usually works the drive thru window in the mornings. She constantly interrupts my order and I hear her speaking to other employees through the speaker. Quite frustrating at times. My order is sometimes incorrect. I do, however enjoy thier coffee and turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. I dont eat pork so it can be difficult to find a place other than DD that offers an alternative.

This is just like most locations and if you want to stop in and get something easy you will be fine. I generally like Dunkin donuts coffee so I always stop into a location of its convenient. However if you make any special requests they will mess it up. Today I stopped in on my to work. I normally don't go to this location but had to make a stop in the area. I just wanted a medium black coffee with 3 sugars and a blueberry muffin, heated with butter. You would think that's easy enough to pull off. My coffee had cream in it and my muffin did have butter but it was not warmed and the butter was in a giant nasty clump. Unfortunately I didn't check my order until I got out of the parking lot. So I had to turn around and go back. The staff was a little rude and wanted to insist that i ordered my coffee with cream and the muffin was heated. I had been here previously and they messed my order up before. Due to the poor customer service I probably won't be back to this location.

This is my Dunkin Donuts location of choice. It's located at the intersection of Dogwood & Lord Baltimore, just down the road from Security Mall. It's in a small shopping center with Subway, a liquor store, and a dry cleaner. They have a drive thru and service is quick!! The morning employees don't mess around, they are fast, friendly, and will remember your order if you are a regular. My coffee is always made right here. Only negative is that this is a busy location and they may run out of things as the day goes on.
