I love the staff here at D&D. The staff remembers me and remembers my order; x-tra large hot coffee with cream, so sugar. Ta-Dah. My requirements to be a return customer are easy: 1. Smile 2. Try 3. Good Product. 4. Be efficient as possible. Check, Check, Check, Check and a gold star for remembering my order. It's not the prettiest store or the most convenient location at 845 a.m. In fact, the parking lot is a mess and death wish kiddies are magnetically attracted to George, the mini cooper. But with service like this, you got me babe. Here's lookin' at you kid. Thanks for the service.

Nice QUICK staff. Great pumpkin spice donuts!! Great bagels and coffee. Quick at big orders, and good at scanning smart phone coupons/vouchers. The parking lot is fairly small but since staff are so quick, there is good turnover of spaces rather quickly. This location really puts effort into their appearance and cleanliness. Whatever the holiday they decorate and get excited. With the new Safeway being built across the street, these two establishments are really the shining gems of the neighborhood.

I have been to this one several times and they have never failed me. The staff is nice and kind and provide quick service. The food is typical Dunkin Donuts food; great coffee great bagels, great donuts. It is always clean and everyone is always attentive to your needs.

Sadly, I know pretty much every Dunkin' Donuts within a ten-mile radius of Silver Spring. This one, though probably not the cleanest of the bunch, is my favorite. It is pretty busy in the morning but even if there are lines I know I will be in and out within a few minutes. The cashiers take your order promptly and are very friendly. Food orders are filled in a timely manner and my coffee is always prepared the way I asked for it. However, beware of the parking lot! It is steeply sloped and you almost need to use your emergency brake when you park.

This place seems to always get my order wrong. Also the flatbread on my sandwich was pretty hard to be freshly made. Will not be returning here.

Very busy during the morning rush hours as it is near the metro station. But there is parking available even if you're warned not to "walk off." Not much room for dining in. Considering the queue, the service was quite efficient and were getting orders taken care of with swiftness. As usual, my DD coffee was quite good. The donut I had was fresh.

So I decided to stop by this Dunkin Donuts before I headed up to the beach and at the end of my order I showed the cashier my "1 Free donut with purchase of a medium coffee" and she showed the manager and the manager then stated, "I am sorry but we don't use those deals. We only use Dunkin Donuts perks and I am the manager so no." I advised her that I used it a month ago at this location and there wasn't a problem. She then stated that she is the manager and she doesn't approve those deals. What made me upset was the fact that her attitude was so grey and rude. I simply told her that it was fine and I canceled my drink order. Any who, don't waste your time on this place of you're trying to have a "free donut" from yelp.

This place is pretty well run. It is hard to park and there is sometimes riff raff hanging around but i have never had a problem with the service or quality of the product.

Uhhhh, they do have an awesome variety, I'll admit that, but there has been ghetto customers coming in and asking people for money. Don't even go here in nighttime. That's not what I recommend. I wish there was a policy on customers being there for a certain amount of time. I'm so done with them. I'll only go here in daytime.

So I used to look forward to coming here every Friday on my way to work, and would get up early to come get this treat. The last few times I've been very very disappointed in it. Although the staff is very friendly, they might need to listen harder at what someone orders. My order was wrong, the flat bread egg white thing was crunchy like it was zapped too long, and there were no napkins given to me. Also, parking is pretty terrible. I will be going to the Dunkin donuts in aspen hill from now on.

The food is okay in this Dunkin' Donuts but I rarely go here. Two reasons: 1). Weird, hard to access parking lot on a 75 degree angle hill, 2). the proliferation of itinerant workers hanging out in the parking lot.

This parking lot is a little tight and tricky! But nothing like a medium iced coffee and chocolate frosted donut.

I came here to eat breakfast for about two weeks straight when I was in the area. Their breakfast croissants aren't too bad. They're pretty standard fare (i.e. unhealthy but tasty) with ham or sausage and cheese. The donuts here are also nothing to write home about, but pretty good if you're in the mood for donuts, of course. I don't think I'd go out of my way to come here though.

The service is fast and the food is good. I know the service is fast because from the time I walked in, ordered, received my food and walked out, my car had been towed in 6 minutes. I parked in from of the La Musica next door, and was towed by Ricky's Towing. I didn't even see the sign, but ain't that always the way. A tow truck sits in the next parking lot over, waiting to take advantage of the pre-coffee clouded vision. I had to get myself up to Rockville, MD and they charge $150 at least. It's straight up extortion. Be careful where you park!
