This place is a mixed bag. The food being most important, I can say that it is mostly as good as you'd expect from a Panera Bread. I wanted to get breakfast there one day, but arrived five minutes after they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I was told that they could not make an egg sandwich for me after 10:30. Bit early for lunch. The young woman taking my order helpfully suggested one of the souffles. It was good and that was a good recovery, but it wasn't what I wanted. I had issues on multiple visits. I tried to get a cup of tea. On several occasions, the "hot water" was too cold to make tea. I spoke to one manager who told me that I could microwave it. (Gee, thanks.) On the next visit, I had the same problem, but a somewhat more responsive manager. How lame do you have to be to not be able to make tea? It used to be that they would get the hot water for you, but (to cut costs) it is now self-serve. They used to have slices of lemon, but don't anymore. Finding myself unhappy after these visits, I sent a complaint via the Panera Bread website. Panera Bread was responsive, but told me that this location was a franchise. They told me that they'd pass my concerns along and I'd hear from the owner or manager. I never did. I would give the food three or even four stars and the management one or two stars. The quality is not as good as it used to be.

I stopped here for lunch today only because I knew they had free wi fi. The wi fi worked well, if just a bit slow, but the food was good. I had a you pick two combo including a tomato and mozzarella panini and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was fantastic, the panini was alright. This is a great alternative to fast food especially if you are eating alone. Tons of people come here to eat in the company of a lap top.

Nice atmosphere, a great place for students to go to do some studying, or for friends to meet up. I met up with two old friends and we were there for hours but were not given any trouble for taking up a table that long. I have never had a meal there that was less than delicious, and their specialty iced tea is fantastic! Their food is great but is a bit pricey for what you get, in my opinion. The staff always seems to know their jobs well.

I love the Cobb salad & strawberry smoothie. I have had the paninis, they are kinda greasy. I have had the bread bowl & soup. Not worth it. Tiny hole in the bowl. The broccoli & cheddar soup is really good. Panera has my favorite salad. Cobb w/ avacado. It is huge. I have to be really hungry or I can't finish it. My daughters love the brownies and bagels. My husband really likes the mac & cheese. Their portions of this are really small. They don't fill the cup. My husband always has to order a few things because their portions for some things are really small. Not salads. They are good sized portions. I love the strawberry smoothie. If I go to Panera, chances are I am getting a smoothie. Also, I got the Panera card & I get free items every so often.

this is an entirely different take on fast food!! i will even go for carryout if there isn't time to eat in. awesome! food is great. we usually go at odd times, so there is never a wait. free wifi and comfortable restaurant atmosphere. i have never seen messy tables or food/trash on the floor. it seems that no matter where we go or when, other than Forbidden City, there is debris on the floor, under the table where we are seated, or there are tables that have not been bussed around the restaurant. it is not pleasant. i have never seen this at panera. very nice!

This Panera is always busy.. I mean it's Westminster right. Anyway the store is clean and every employee is usually happy. I finally ordered the Chicken Soba Noodle Bowl today for lunch. It's was good and prob now my go to here even on a hot summer day. Personally I love eating light and this broth bowl accomplishes everything that I need in a lunch meal. Opt for the apple (no chips) to become Super Hero Healthy! You'll receive your own Hero Theme Song as you eat that will last you throughout your day. Top it off with Green Tea ova ice. I'm such a healthy inspiration #Enjoy

After being here numerous times, I have mixed opinions. Like their other locations, the food is delicious! The selection of drinks, soups, and sandwiches were enough to satisfy my appetite. However, the teenage staff is obviously bored as they rush my orders through, and you have to deal with pretentious customers who believe this is the Gucci equivalent to McDonald's. Also, the WiFi is limited and extremely slow. Overall, I keep going back for the food!
