Ok not to much to say here but it is Golden Corral. If you are going there to be wow on cleanliness and service FORGET ABOUT IT. The food as always was great. I had the fish as we where there at lunch. The food has never been shot of good food again it not the best but for the funds you can not do to much complaining. This is the first time i went in one and I had to wait in a long line most of the time I walk in or a 5 min wait not 15 to 20. If you are hungry and it is your kids favorite place and grandpa is in town just go and enjoy.

It's a buffet! I really don't have any complains considering what it is, a buffet! We brought the children here for breakfast and it was a hit! The children got to choose their food and they were happy! The waffles were good and the gentleman making the omelets was extremely nice! The food was good! And the service staff was equally as nice!

Gross. That's the word to sum up this joint. I was optimistic when arriving--thinking that it was crowded enough that the food would have to somewhat fresh. What a joke! It was crowded alright--the staff could barely keep up with the crowd. Empty tables were dirty every surface just looked sticky. I wanted to leave as soon as I grabbed a plate and saw that it still had food on it! Gross! And that happened again on my second trip up to the buffet! The food--the quality of the food was poor. Overall I would recommend staying away from this location!

Plenty of food, decent price. Staff not very helpful. People serving food did not speak English and were not helpful.

Disgusting. First off this place is filthy and needs remodeled. Second the food is hit or miss. Today we are there for breakfast. My husbands milk was slimy and had a chunk of green stuff that looked like a green bean. The manager was totally unaccompanied or apologetic. We walked out grossed completely out.

Wow! My last review of this place was 2.5 years ago! We decided to go here last night for some odd reason. The service was good, but that's about as positive as it gets. The restaurant is dirty, I had to fish through stained forks and plates to find a clean one. The tea tasted old. I tried a bite of almost everything and that's how I got full. Nothing was good enough to take a second bite, and to put a cherry on top there was poop in the highchair that the server brought for my friends son. Yuck!

This is the worst Golden Corral ever. Very dirty setting and the utensils and plates are just as dirty. The food is lukewarm and not much flavor. Flies flying every where. Absolutely disgusting. And I didn't have high expectations... I mean its a cheap buffet. But, come on this is ridiculous. The manager was walking around looking depressed and that's exactly what my dining experience was....depressing. We will not be returning EVER.

Its better then the largo location. Not the best if your on this side of town it will have to do! The drinks have no sugar in them. Add sugar to your like of taste.

I went on a Saturday evening. I was not disappointed. Thankfully arrive just before a motor coach of 45 people.

If you like buffet food, then Golden Corral is for you. The selection is vast and the prices are cheap. I opted to stay semi healthy. I got the fried okra, 2 small pieces of the fried whiting fish and a large spring salad mix with carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, corn and boiled eggs. My fried okra weren't as great as I had remembered from my trip years prior. But they sufficed. The fish was great. If healthy isn't what you want, they had plenty of other options. Fried chicken, ham, steak, meat loaf, sausage, mashed potato, French fries, onion rings, just to name a few items. And their desert selection ranges from an ice cream station, where you can make your own sundae, to a few chocolate fondue fountains (white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate) with marshmallows and an array of fruits to "chocolatize" (I made up a word. So what!? Lol) My only grip with this restaurant would be that it seemed a little dingy to me. I'd probably go back. I'd just carefully inspect my dishes to make sure they're clean. :0)

I went there with a group of 13 with no reservations. The management cleared out an area that we could sit in. The selection of food was outstanding. I particularly liked the sirloin steak as my main item. There were tons of desserts to choose from as well. Our waitress kept our glasses full and was very pleasant. I can't give it 5 stars because there were no forks at one of the service stations but that's about the only thing that kept this buffet from being outstanding. Can't wait to go back!

Downhill. Dirty, dirty dishes/utensils/cups; long waits for refills. Food is ok and breakfast is good. Long wait for omlettes.

Haven't been here for a while so we thought it was time. Now I remember why we stayed away so long. Its not so much the food (its a buffet after all...not 5 star dining), it was the service. Aside from the chinese dishes that one should stay far, far away from, a few of the people behind the line are fairly rude and mean. I pointed out some good looking cake to my daughter, when I started to walk away the guy snapped at me and said "you gotta take that man, you ruined it now." I was so embarrassed that I just took it. Then he started talking trash to the other person behind the counter. She looked over at us and just shook her head. First of all...didn't even touch it. Second, their behavior was a disgrace. Also, had to wait over 30 mins to get a drink refill. The only teason we got one is because I waljed over to the machine to do it myself. Lastly, the place is filthy, tables and chairs are sticky, and floors are sticky. That will be thr very last trip to this restaurant.

I visited the restaurant on Saturday, 3 May 2014, for breakfast. I'm sorry to say that I found the place to be dingy (especially the floor and windows), the dishes and cups dirty (food stuck on them), and the utensils spotty. However, once I found a clean plate and cup I went to the grill and had my food made-to-order and found the spinach omelet to be excellent. My companion had the fried chicken and waffles and said that was excellent also. So, I'm giving it 2 stars.

If you're in the area, come to this one rather than the one in Landover. This Golden Corral is less crowded, tables cleaned, plates and utensils are also organized by color! That means someone took their time!

I used to love this place. My son would beg me to eat here. He and I went here for lunch the day before Thanksgiving. I should've just stayed home. It was REALLY bad. Ugh. But at least the serve Pepsi Max. I will only go back if dragged there after losing a bet to someone.

I gave it 2 stars just because its a buffet, and I love buffets. Besides that, there isn't much else to say about this place. The quality of the food is so-so. I don't think it can even compete with the asian buffets because they have so much more seafood.

Do not expect anything fancy when you go here. Quite frankly for a buffet this place is just plain over priced. The food is... alright, but certainly nothing to write home about. I found the server who refilled our drinks to be wonderfully attentive, but I seriously get the feeling he was one in a million. The worst part about this place? The other diners. Loud, rude, and messy! This is a location you go to when you've got nothing else...

This is one of my top 10 worst dining experiences ever! I have eaten at a few Golden Corrals before and didn't expect anything gourmet but come on! I sat down took a few bites from my potatoes, veggies, and chicken and promptly got up and left. Cold and disgusting. I can eat just about anything but this was bad. Very bad.

Bad, just bad. Now I realize this is a chain buffet, but with that you would hope they would at least have standards on quality. The lettuce at the salad bar tasted musty and old, the taco shells were soft from sitting out too long. Also, they need a system like OCB has with the dining cards. This was my second time having my table and drink cleared while getting another plate. There is nothing more annoying than that. The waitress only made one stop at the table, and the second visit was to clear it. The other reason this is inexcusable is that on a Saturday you pay more for the meal. This was my last visit to this establishment. To sum it up: poor service, old food, over priced compared to the competition.
