Estimated delivery time when ordering was 16-26 minutes. Actual delivery time was about 1.5 hours. The food was cold and dry. The driver was apologetic for the long wait time, but overall this was not a good experience. I watched my food sit in quality check status almost 40 minutes before being switched to delivery. This would lead me to believe the food sat in the store getting cold for almost 40 minutes before being delivered. This is horrible customer service and next time I will order delivery from Papa John's.

Worst Dominoes Ever!!!! Slow Slow And More Slow!!! Can't take an order!!! Had Hair in My Pizza!! The workers Are Rude and do to much Talking instead of getting the Orders Correct!!! Never Go there Again Nasty don't Wash their Hands touch all doors and registers and then go back to touching Bread Doe and Ingredients without Washing They Hands!!!! Nasty

I placed an order for a medium two toppings pizza and spinach and feta cheesy bread via the website. The website ensured me that my order would arrive in 30-40 minutes. The time came and past. After an hour, I called the store, the manager was short and told me that the driver left ten minutes ago. My math says that they didn't send out until the 50 minute mark. This is a bad practice and leaves their drivers taking a beaten on tips. I felt for the older gentleman who delivered the pizza. The tardiness is not his fault. Now, another problem was discovered when opening the pizza box, it was the wrong pizza. It was someone else's three topping pizza. The crust was a little dark (burnt), the onions looked like crispy ham and tasted a little burnt as well. There was no heads up about the delay. There was no apology for the delay or acknowledgement of their mistake. I doubt I will ever buy pizza from this location. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor attitude.

Decided to try Domino's again after years of Pizza Hut. Ordered a pizza and wings for pick up. Got my pick up time and went there. After paying they tell me that they missed the order for the pizza and only had the wings ready. They left me standing there for 20 minutes while they cooked the pizza. Then to add insult to injury they tried to charge me again! The pizza was NOT worth the effort and the service couldn't be worse. I went on the Domino's website and filed a complaint - nothing. No Domino's pizza in my future I assure you.

"Meh. I've experienced better." I gave this particular Dominos Pizza two stars because of the service I received tonight. When I placed the order, I was told that it would take between 20 and 30 mins for it to be delivered to my home. Over an hour later, my delivery arrived by way of an unenthusiastic delivery person who frankly did not seem to care that he was so late! On top of that, the food was cold. Like I said, I have experienced better.
