I like this Bob Evans. It's decent comfot food (it's a chain restaurant, so manage your expectations) and the service is great. My family went last night, a huge party of 8 adults and 3 small children and our server, Daniel, was so patient while we all got our lives under control. We really appreciated the great service!

What happened to this place???? I came here almost a year ago and it was great..came in Saturday April 11th around 11 am and the service and food were horrible. We even let the manager know who actually was our server half the time because our waitress was the worst I've seen in years and yet we were not compensated in anyway for this visit...won't come here again!

Quick service and delicious food that tastes almost homemade. You really get "your bang for your buck."

I love this place! Quick friendly service and I am happy when I can get an egg white ANYTHING! My main reason for loving it here though is the French Vanilla Cappuchinos which are to die for! Very affordable prices for the whole family and they have an extensive kids menu which few places do.! I believe kids eat FREE on Tuesdays!

Everything taste like it's been frozen for years or comes from a can. The color range of your food is yellow, gray or white..yucko. They need a lesson on quality ingredients and freshness. You might as well smoke a pack of cigarettes opposed to eating this pile of garbage. Service is good because the waitresses look like they have been there forever.

Last night we walked in to this Bob Evans, and since it was a Sunday night, there were maybe 6 tables filled. We were seated and given menus. However, we never were asked about drinks and our waiter never came to see if we have been helped EVEN ONCE! Every waiter that came by gave us eye contact but nothing happened after 20 minutes. One of the employees ( the one I believe was supposed to be our waiter ) decided to go on a smoke break instead of welcoming us and giving us our drinks. We were turned off 10 minutes into it, but were starving! We walked out and it wasn't even realized until the guy who was supposed to be our waiter ran back into the restaurant when he saw us. My husband and I had visited this restaurant a few months ago and had a great customer service experience, but this was disappointing. We will not be coming back!

I recently had a surprisingly good visit here. Our waitress was competent, friendly, and up on getting us refills and bread when needed (while actually working other tables as well). I hope she doesn't realize she's decent at her job and leave to work at the Long Horn next door. The menu had been updated since my last visit to this chain which was many many months ago, so I'm not sure how behind I am. But, I was super duper excited to see that macaroni and cheese is now a side! And boy was it cheesy and delicious. Completely contradicting that, I was also happy to see they have made an effort to highlight healthy choices on the menu, which I'm always a fan of. I enjoyed a grilled chicken breast with sides of mac n cheese and green beans. My husband had the chicken caesar wrap with a side of corn. We really like being able to customize sides here, there are so many yummy comfort options to choose from. I believe this location to be superior to the one in northern Waldorf and Bowie. Even the worst service I've had here (and yes, it is definitely hit and miss) is better than in those two locations.

To be honest I've eaten here before and had great food and service. Not today. Took 40 mins just to be served our food and when I got my food it was cold. Very disappointed. It's always been great aside from today.

Now I'm not that big on Big on these types of places but my Mom and Aunt and brother loves Bob Evans. Down here in this area visiting my uncle in the hospital we have been to this particular location twice with in 2 months. Food is on par with the "Silver Dinner" or the old "Bobs Big Boys" or even older back in the day "Hotshops". Not as bad as Denny's but not as good as say "Ruby Tuesday's". Nice thing about it is that it's very inexpensive. If you are hungry looking for a place that's safe in unknown waters then Bob Evans is the place. Family like the meatloaf dinner, bbq chicken dinner and the turkey dinner they went crazy over the fresh biscuits. While I had the all American burger first time which was fine and this time the new on the menu Texas beef brisket which was a little on the dry side and needed a lot of bbq sauce to bring the life back. I'm not expecting the type of brisket that I would find at a serious bbq restaurant but still too much dryness there guys. The lemon pie was actually very good highly fattening but good and this time I had a blueberry smoothie which was very satisfying for a cold healthy desert. First time there the service was spot on by a real cool guy working his way through college down in the ATL with a marketing degree. I'll say he is well on his way cause he was on point and knew how to treat customers and especially older ladies with the old fashion service and respect that they appreciate. He had no problem giving this or throwing in that and forgetting to put it on the bill. I guess my mom and aunt reminded him of his relatives. Second time around we had a new guy who wasn't quite on point and still a little rough around the edges but he is learning and did his job A-Okay none the less. Don't forget my refill on the ice tea guy... thanks. All in all it's a okay spot to go in and get familiar home cooked meals with a familiar vibe to it. No surprises no great expectations and plenty of older people at this one who appreciates old fashion customer service. Not exactly the type of place that I go to however, it is the type of place I would take my parents, aunts and uncles to for a decent meal at a bargain price and priceless family bonding.

Food and service has declined over the past two years. Not worth your time or money. This one is as bad as the 2nd Bob Evan's in Waldorf.

This morning they was a little off, my food was just ok, although the wait staff was pretty decent, overall they could have done a better job.

Very confused staff. Were seated for breakfast and waited 30 minutes for a server to wonder by our table. Food has been consistently good here. Not sure why it took a entire staff of servers standing behind a counter looking at our table but not walking by and taking our order.

Inconsistent service and rude waitresses here that don't like it when you challenge their knowledge of the menu. On the upside, they make Arnold Palmer's.
