Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Fast delivery great prices. The general t's chicken is yummy as is the pork fried rice. The fortune cookies kinda suck tho, both the fortunes (not really fortunes) and taste (a bit stale tasting). The fried donuts are yummy too! Could use a little more sugar on them so I suggest requesting it.

My sister said let's go get some Chinese food at my spot. I haven't been here since the change in management, but I wasn't nervous because she raves about this place weekly. I ordered the general tso's chicken dinner combination with pork fried rice and an egg roll and some crab Rangoon. The food had excellent flavor, good quality and was prepared just right!! The customer service in addition to the good food made this a great experience for me. I spoke with the owner who said "he has mumbo sauce" being from the PG/DC area I had to sample it, and he handed me a sample. I will admit, it's not like the mumbo sauce back home, but it is a close and good comparison. He then informed me that he was from Silver Spring...so he might now a little bit about mumbo sauce. Overall, when I want some good, fresh, flavorful Chinese food I know where I will be going. Took several menus with me!

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had..and I will eat just about anything. The sesame chicken was flavorless with no sauce at all. The shrimp toast was dripping with grease and had nasty fatty pieces in it. It didn't even taste like shrimp. It was soaking wet and mushy. The service over the phone was awful. They put me on hold 3 times and I had to repeat me address 4 times. They didn't give me and total or say how long it would be. They also read my credit card number and expiration date out loud twice. I called in at 8:00 after the dinner crowd. The man that delivered my order was not friendly. He rang my doorbell very fast and bolt towards his car. I was sitting at my front window waiting and saw him bolt. Was he not going to deliver my food? Maybe he thought he had the wrong house? Either way the food sucked. I also paid more than what the menu said. My meal should have been $10.50. With free delivery over $10.00. I paid 17.97.

I placed an order for takeout. The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere could use some cleaning up, but it's no big deal if you're just getting take out.

This was an okay option before the new owners, NOW it's my FAVORITE take-out Chinese I've ever had. Lots of fresh veggies and full of flavor.

food looked good, tasted good, good price, and the delivery was fast and accurate. However, It made me sick. I was in the bathroom all night. Not eating here again.

Nobody wants watery, tasteless gravy on their Shrimp Egg Fu Young. My boyfriends General Tso's was also flavorless. I'll stick with China Moon.

We got take out here one night and well the General Tso tasted more like orange chicken, very disappointing. But other than that, the delivery guy was really quick getting to our place and that's a BIG plus!
