I admit, it can be slow sometimes but the people are warm and friendly. The coffee always tastes great and is made professionally.

This location is the WORST. Long lines due to staff socializing with each other and drink order screw-ups that require correction. My drink order has been incorrect 60% of the times I've come to the Langley location. The staff is apathetic and the drinks never taste the way they taste elsewhere. This is the closest Starbucks to my apartment, but I gladly drive all the way to White Oak for a nicer atmosphere and competent service.

On the smaller side for a Starbucks. For some reason, they have never been able to make a Skinny Mocha (although it has always been on the menu). Actual store is hard to access from New Hampshire Ave.

Seriously the worst service I've ever received at a Starbucks! Customers were waiting at least 5 minutes for their drinks and it wasn't even busy. There was an employee sweeping while customers continued to wait in a long line. I ordered a sandwich and an Evolution drink, but had to wait an additional 10 minutes for an ice water! No one seemed even the slightest concerned that customers were waiting. And then the employee rudely asked why I didn't ask for a water, when I clearly asked for a water with my order. I can get food and coffee elsewhere, and I will next time.

The staff here mean well! However they are extremely slow. It's the morning rush, the line is literally out the door (which is expected), and the staff here are moving slower than molasses. I'm not normally a complainer, but if they moved any slower they would be moving backwards. One barista wasted 5 minutes taking 10 people's orders, while the other barista struggled putting coffee in a cup. It seems like this is everyone's first day working at Starbucks. I'm anxiously waiting my order (30 minutes later) as these 3 fumble around behind the counter. Now as I conclude my review the 4 people that stood behind have received their order and left and I'm still here steadily typing away. What started as a 2 star review is now a 1.

This is my local Starbucks, so I frequent it regularly. Although the store itself is small, it's a great location if you just want to pick up your coffee and go. The staff is also very friendly, which I always appreciate, and the service is good.

This Starbucks is about 3 blocks from my home. I recently have started to frequent it regularly. I have found the service to be decent. Its a small storefront, so if you are expecting to lounge out for a few hours you might want to find another spot.

Small location, but great service. Never dealt with managers but Margaret has always been extremely helpful

Absolutely the rudest staff. I came in with my brother to grab a coffee when I witnessed the manager snap at a physically handicap patron. The customer was picking up his coffee with his elderly parents when the manager looked at him and rudely asked if He had paid for it. The customer and aid said yes. The batista rudely rolled his eyes and asked if he had paid for the newspaper as he snatched it out from the customs hands. The worst customer service I have in a while. Disgusting. I regularly purchase coffee from Starbucks because of the companies standards and philanthropy but this was shameful. This manager should be fired. I won't visit this Starbucks ever again.

Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. These people are so rude, for the third time. The management here really ought to teach the employees of the right way to speak to a customer. Won't ever come back here again! ZERO STARS is more like it

Probably THE worst location ever... They somehow manage to mess up a straightforward drink order nearly every time... Whether it's the fact that they never take the time to shake the iced tea or the fact they have the uncanny ability to steam soy milk in such a special way that it always tastes scorched and starts to turn into the texture of pudding just as you get back into your car and drive a mile in any given direction...On top of that some of the employees are a bit sassy and seem to always be busy engaging in personal conversations or busy ignoring you or even giving you the stank eye while you wait for them to take an eternity to mess up your drink... Ugh! After several consistently bad experiences here, I now tell myself that my craving can wait until I reach another location...

Great service. The baristas are friendly and made my Venti 3 Soy white mocha with extra whip perfect everytime!

Customer Service at this location is pathetically dismal! The dour and surly African American older woman cannot relay an order accurately nor make the beverage as ordered. The baristas (with the possible exception of the manager) get uppity when told that they didn't make the beverage correctly - which happens for almost every order. FYI people, you work in a service industry. If you can't hack, find another job and stop inflicting your sorry attitudes on paying customers. Unless you really need a Starbucks, your money is better spent elsewhere - for the prices they charge, they should make damn well sure their baristas have the appropriate attitude. This location should be negatively rated but that option is unfortunately not available.

My love for Starbucks has always been their great coffee, customer service, free Wi-fi and clean bathrooms. This location disappointed me. I am usually greeted with a warm welcome by the baristas. But instead, I was just looked at and ignored. When, I tried to use the bathroom the door was locked. Come to find out that they have key to the door. WTF. A key to the bathroom is it that serious. My frapp was just OK could have been better. I guess I am spoiled by my special crew in Woodbridge.

"As good as it gets." I've patronized this Starbucks on my way into work at least once a week for three years. The staff is friendly and cheerful and clean. They know my order, and the orders of other regulars. And they're quick, which is helpful in the mornings. Obviously they charge what Starbucks charges for my grande americano, but I'm happy to spend that here versus the other Starbucks locations in the area.
