This DD location is very convenient for me since I drive up and down New Hampshire Avenue every day. I love the DD brand but this place is the worst. Today I ordered a "mocha latte" and they gave me cocoa. Bagels there are nearly always taste like they are a day old. If you want a donut, ice cream or muffin, they are OK. People reasonably friendly but taste your coffee before you drive through - they sometimes rush and don't make your coffee to your specifications. If this place could get their act together I'd probably drop a bundle there.

As I write this review, I am sitting in my car waiting for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. Keep in mind, it's been 15 min since I placed my order. I get to window and my order is WRONG!!!! There was no apology for the "delay" or for getting my order wrong. I was not pleased at all.
The service is fine but the quality of anything here is just terrible. That would be expected if it was cheaper. The prices are on par with a boutique coffee shop but the coffee tastes like it's been sitting for quite some time. Really no reason to ever go back here.

I've been going to this Dunkin Donuts pretty regularly for the past 3 years (at least once a month), and I have never dealt with such incompetence and lack of service. I have witnessed so much employee turnover; with no improvement whatsoever. Any good employee that has ever done something right is no longer there. English is my third language and I am not from here originally so I understand how language barriers between the staff and customers might be a huge struggle for the employees. They have gotten my order right maybe TWICE out of these 3 years I've been coming to this location. I get literally the same thing every time, and they still can never understand what I am saying. I go in the drive thru with the intent on making my words as minimal and easy to understand as possible yet they continuously interrupt me one moment after another while I am making my simple order. In the end, they always get a few things wrong: wrong drink, no straws, hash browns are soggy and not crispy like I asked... One thing I can say they've gotten wrong almost all the time is the donut.... I would ask for vanilla Creme filled donut, I'd get something random like strawberries with sprinkles... Their coffee is almost never good. Sometimes completely unbearable- too much sugar and absurdly sweet, and other times so bitter. I ask for Creme and sugar every time. The list can go on and on. The people who work here don't want to be here. They don't want to listen. That is the problem. Language barrier, not so much. I repeat myself kindly every time. They interrupt, catch an attitude when you ask for the correct items that you're paying for, and don't have simple manners. A handful of times I have been stalking in the drive thru waiting on them to make my order when I hear them cracking jokes, laughing and yelling at each other while their headsets are on, clearly not doing their job which would be to take my order- not having me wait 5 minutes while they decide to not fool around. On top of that, after making my order while the lady obnoxiously interrupts me at every sentence; I pull up to the window only to have two employees pushing each other towards me while I hear them exchanging how one is off the clock and needs to be gone and the other doesn't want to be at work. The guy turns to me and says "you see that?! She doesn't want to work!!" While both are laughing. Meanwhile, I am just waiting for my order, completely baffled at what I'm seeing.. No, I am not amused. I never leave negative reviews. I believe in open communication straight from the customer to the employees themselves. But there is so much attitude and a lack of care in this place. At this point, I just want others to know that it's not worth coming to. Like another reviewer said- there is another around the corner on university. This just happened to be more convenient for me because It's a drive-thru. P.s. I walked into the actual location today for the first time in a year because they could not understand my order of a box of dozen donuts- only to find a clusterfuck of flies all over their donuts.. The whole inside looks pretty gross. This place is truly whack.

Quick service, but like other reviewers mentioned, sometimes they don't prepare items properly. Donuts are donuts, so they're solid there. I go back to this DD, but only because its the closest one.

Not sure why they have such low stars! I have been to this DD on several occasions and this is older and could use some sprucing the service is phenomenal. From quick to very sweet gestures from staff with kids! Very nice staff as well as service!

I love my Dunkin, but this was my first (and likely last) time going to this location. Not my last time because of the experience, but just out of convenience. My biggest issue was that today if you pay with your Dunkin app you get 20 extra bonus points for any purchase, and this location's scanner didn't work, so no points. My iced tea was pretty good though I don't think it was made right. It was way sweeter than I thought it should be, but I wasn't actually mad about it, so maybe they did me a favor. They also have a drive thru so as long as you don't pay with the Dunkin app you'll be fine!

Absolutely the worst attitude at the DD. I used drive thru And saw that they had a new item Pumpkin Cremè Brûlée. So I tried to order but the lady couldn't understand me (she was Ethiopian I am Hispanic but with what I would say a good English accent) I was asked to pull up to the window. After about 4 times of repeating the name of the drink she said go around and take a picture. So I did. She said 'that's called 'Latte with Pumpkin Flavor' I replied 'the cup itself on the picture says Pumpkin Cremè Brûlée' She said 'I don't know the name' ???????????????????? I pointed out that she does work there and ignored me I just drove away. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN There's one on University Blvd. not even 10 mins away
